Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Merritt played a key role in building a program of licensing InterDigital's intellectual property and overseeing the growth in its patent licensing business. John Kritzmacher, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Global Crossing Limited, joined Global Crossing in October 2008 and is responsible for all of the company's financial operations, including finance, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, and investor relations. Mr. Kritzmacher previously served as chief financial officer at Lucent Technologies, where he managed the traditional finance functions, including financial planning and performance management, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, tax, internal audit and investor relations, as well as global real estate.
