Interline Brands Inc.

Michael Grebe is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Interline Brands, Inc. Michael has served with Interline since November 1998. Prior to his career at Interline, Michael was a Group Vice President of Airgas, Inc., the largest U.S. distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding and related safety products. Michael has also served as a U.S. Naval Officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, and worked with AB Bonnierforetagen, a Swedish multi-national publishing company. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Restaurant Technologies Inc. and Leadership Jacksonville, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Mr. Sweder has served as our Chief Operating Officer since October 2008. Mr. Sweder joined Interline Brands in April 2007 as our Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining us, he was the First Vice President of Property Operations Strategy at Equity Residential Properties, a management consultant at Bain & Company, and a Vice President within the Corporate Banking division of PNC Bank. Mr. Sweder received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Thomas J. Tossavainen has served as Chief Financial Officer of Interline and Interline Opco since May 10, 2005. Mr. Tossavainen also serves as the Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Interline and Interline Opco, a position he has held since June 2004 in respect of us and August 2001 in respect of Interline Opco. Prior to joining us, Mr. Tossavainen served as the Director of Strategic Projects Treasury at Airgas, Inc. from August 2000 to August 2001 and in other positions with Airgas from 1996. Prior to that time, Mr. Tossavainen served in various financial positions for other organizations, including KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Tossavainen is a Certified Public Accountant.

William E. Sanford has served as our Executive Vice President since January 2002 and as our Chief Operating Officer since June 2004. Previously, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from April 1999. Prior to joining us, Mr. Sanford served as Vice President, Corporate Development of MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc., a distributor of industrial supplies, from January 1998 to March 1999. Prior to 1998, Mr. Sanford held various positions at Airgas, serving as Executive Vice President, Vice President – Sales & Marketing from 1993 to 1999 and as President of its Pacific Northwest subsidiary from 1988 to 1993.

William R. Pray has served as a director of our company since October 2001, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer since March 2002. Prior to joining us, Mr. Pray served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnett, Inc., beginning in June 1995. Until that time, Mr. Pray served as Senior Vice President – President of Waxman Industries, Inc.’s U.S. operations, after serving as President of its Mail Order/Telesales Group since 1989.

David C. Serrano has served as our Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Interline since February 2005. Previously, Mr. Serrano served as our Corporate Controller and as a Divisional Controller of Interline since September 2000. Prior to joining us, Mr. Serrano served as Corporate Controller of Barnett, Inc., a Florida based wholesaler of MRO supplies, from 1990 – 2000, and as Assistant Controller of U.S. Lock Corporation, a New York based wholesaler servicing the Locksmith industry, from 1988 - 1990. Mr. Serrano is a Certified Public Accountant.

Federico M. Bravo has served as Vice President, Field Sales of Interline since June 2004 and of Interline Opco since October 2001. Mr. Bravo previously served as the National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President, Sales of Interline Opco. Prior to joining Interline Opco in 1996, Mr. Bravo served as Vice President of Sales of HMA Enterprises, Inc., a Texas-based MRO parts wholesaler, from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Bravo served as Vice President, Sales for Cherokee Holdings, Inc., a Houston based MRO wholesaler from 1985 to 1987.

Hugh H. Bryan joined Wilmar Industries in September 1995 as Vice President of Information Systems. During his tenure at Wilmar, Mr. Bryan has planned and implemented a substantial renovation of computer, telephone and data communications systems while supporting Wilmar's growth in sales volume, computer user population and distribution locations. Subsequent to Wilmar's acquisition of Barnett, Inc. in the fall of 2000, Wilmar changed its name to Interline Brands, Inc. This new name reflects the company's move to multi-brand marketing. Mr. Bryan was named Vice President of Information Systems and CIO of Interline Brands in May of 2003. Prior to joining Wilmar, Mr. Bryan served for nine years as MIS Director with Today's Man, a men's clothing retailer operating in the Philadelphia, New York, Washington D.C. and Chicago markets. Prior to joining Today's Man, Mr. Bryan was a Manager in the consulting division of Arthur Young where he conducted engagements in strategic systems planning, systems selections, and management of systems development and implementation projects. Mr. Bryan received an MBA with honors from the University of Rochester Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Computer Information Systems and Operations Management, and also earned a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY.

Laurence Howard was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in May 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Howard was with Bombardier Capital Inc., the financial services arm of global transportation equipment manufacturer Bombardier Inc., for six years serving in various capacities including Vice President Legal Services. Prior to joining Bombardier Capital, Mr. Howard was with First Union Corporation (now known as Wachovia Corporation), serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Secretary of First Union National Bank of Florida. Mr. Howard is a graduate of the University of Florida, the University of Florida Graduate school of Business and the University of Florida College of Law.

Pamela L. Maxwell has served as our Vice President of Marketing since January 2001. Prior to joining us, Ms. Maxwell served as President of Airgas Rutland Tool & Supply Co., Inc., a subsidiary of Airgas and a direct marketing distributor of metalworking products and MRO supplies, from November 1998 to December 2000. During her 17-year career at Airgas, Ms. Maxwell held a variety of positions, ranging from customer support and sales management in the gas distribution division to marketing management in the direct industrial division.

Tony Faralli has served as our Vice President of Customer Care & Special Projects since 2001. He joined Interline Brands in 1999 as Director of Customer Care & Inside Sales. Prior to joining Interline, Mr. Faralli was Vice President of Office Operations for Rapidforms Inc. from 1997 to 1999. He also served as Operations Manager for GE Auto Insurance from 1994 to 1997 and began his career as a Regional Operations Manager for Crum & Forster from 1983 to 1994.

Gideon Argov is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, taking the helm of the company immediately after its merger with Mykrolis finalized on August 5, 2005 - he had served as CEO of Mykrolis since November 2004. Prior to joining Mykrolis, Mr. Argov was managing director of Parthenon Capital, a Boston-based private equity partnership, since 2001. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Argov led Kollmorgen Corporation as chairman, CEO and president. He served as CEO of High Voltage Engineering Corporation from 1988 to 1991. Mr. Argov currently serves on the boards of directors for Fundtech Corporation and Interline Brands, Inc. Mr. Argov received a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.
