Craig H. Muhlhauser is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to holding his current position, Mr. Muhlhauser was President and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Before joining Celestica in May 2005, Mr. Muhlhauser was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Exide Technologies. Mr. Muhlhauser was serving as President of Exide Technologies when that entity filed for bankruptcy in 2002, was named Chief Executive Officer of Exide Technologies shortly thereafter and successfully led the company out of bankruptcy protection in 2004. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President, Ford Motor Company and President, Visteon Automotive Systems. Mr. Muhlhauser also serves on the board of directors of Intermet Corporation, a manufacturer of cast metal components for the automotive, commercial-vehicle and industrial markets, which filed for bankruptcy in the US in August 2008 and is currently operating under bankruptcy protection. Throughout his career, he has worked in a range of industries spanning the consumer, industrial, communications, utility, automotive and aerospace and defense sectors. Mr. Muhlhauser holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

"Gary L. Convis is Vice Chairman for Dana Holding Corporation. He retired in 2007 as the Chairman of Toyota Manufacturing, Kentucky and Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc., where he had served since 2002. Prior to serving in these roles, Gary spent 16 years at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc., and more than 20 years in various roles with General Motors Corporation and Ford Motor Company. He is also a board member of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. and Compass Automotive Group, Inc. "

John Holding started his career at British Aerospace in 1962 and was involved in the Jaguar and Tornado military aircraft programs. In 1979, he joined Canadair (acquired by Bombardier Aerospace in 1986) where he led new aircraft development, and served in a number of senior positions including: Vice President, and then Executive Vice President in charge of the Engineering, Product Development and Quality Assurance functions. In 2003 he became Executive Vice President of Integrated Product Definition and Planning for the New Commercial Aircraft Program, a position he held until 2005 when he retired from Bombardier Aerospace. During his career at Bombardier Aerospace he was responsible for controlling an annual budget in excess of $300 million and managing the overall financial performance of aircraft programs up to $1billion. Holding was also instrumental in creating innovative supplier partnerships and processes for the design, development and engineering of new aerospace products. He was involved in the formation and development of the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Aerospace in Quebec, and is on the Board of Directors of many Aerospace and technical related organizations and companies in Canada. Holding is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and has received numerous public achievement awards, including: an honorary doctorate from the Universite de Montreal, the SAE Aerospace Engineering Leadership Award (2002) and the World's Lifetime Achievement Award from the Regional Airline Association (2004). Holding earned his MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1967 from the University of Manchester, England.

Prior to joining Deere & Company in December 1997, Dave Nelson served for ten years as a corporate officer of Honda of America Mfg., Inc., Marysville, Ohio. He joined Honda of America Mfg. in 1987 as Vice President of Purchasing. During that ten-year period, he led the growth of the company s Purchasing Division in employment from 100 to 400 associates and in North American purchases from $600 million to $6 billion. In 1995, Honda of America s Purchasing Division was the recipient of the Medal of Professional Excellence from Purchasing Magazine. Mr. Nelson is a native of Indiana and attended Purdue University. In 1997, he was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Columbus State University.

Robert F. Cosmai was President and CEO of Hyundai Motor America from 2003 until 2006, and was responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company's U.S. operations. He was previously Vice President of National Sales and joined the company in 1998 in that position. During his tenure, sales rose from 90,000 units to 455,022. A 34-year automotive industry veteran, Cosmai also held senior management positions with four major automotive manufacturers: Ford Motor Company, Nissan Motor Corporation USA, Mazda Motor Company of America, and the Acura Division of American Honda Motor Company, before joining Hyundai. Cosmai earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marshall University. He resides with his wife of 31 years in Orange County, California.
