Bonnie Walsh is the Chief Financial Officer of the IPA. She has overall responsibility for financial management, financial planning, forecasting, systems and external reporting. Previously, she was Supervising Auditor for KPMG San Francisco before serving as Controller and CFO for several companies in transition. She also provided consulting and contract accounting services to clients in the software, publishing, biomedical and pharmaceutical industries prior to joining the IPA in 2004. Ms. Walsh completed her MBA at University of Colorado and is a CPA in the State of California. She also received her Certified Financial Planner license from the College for Financial Planning in Denver.

Suzanne Talts, partner and co-founder of IPA has an extensive background in customer service and upper level management. For the past 16 years Suzanne has worked with employee-manager relations specializing in the reduction of high turnover and low productivity within several organizations. Suzanne s experience also includes performance assessment, team building, enhanced communication, conflict resolution, burn out prevention and stress management. Suzanne has been the sport psychology consultant for several Junior Colleges in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Suzanne has also worked with JAG, located in Phoenix, teaching at-risk teens sport psychology principles, which are transferable to everyday life. In addition to sport psychology consulting she has experience working with injury and rehabilitation of athletes. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Arizona School of Professional Psychology.

Mr. Jensen first joined IPA in 1993 as a senior auditor. Prior to his employment with IPA, he was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He left IPA in 1997 to work as the Manager of Financial Planning for Andalex Resources. Mr. Jensen returned to IPA in his current capacity in 1998. Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Aaron G. Cook is the Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager for the company and has over ten years of securities industry experience. Mr. Cook is also the President & CEO of CORE Capital Markets Group, Inc., the managing broker dealer for CORE. He oversees operations, program development, sales and marketing, distribution and business development for all CORE sponsored real estate investment offerings. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cook was the Managing Director and National Sales Manager at another leading real estate investment company where he had line supervisory responsibilities for over 30 registered representatives and more than 50 employees. He has supervised and assisted in the placement of over $1 billion of investor equity in TIC, LLC and real estate investment funds in the last several years. He also oversaw the operations, program development, sales marketing, business development and syndicate development for all company private real estate investment programs. Mr. Cook was formerly Senior Vice President for ATEL Securities where he was responsible for program development, marketing and business development for ATEL's public leasing programs and private placements. While at ATEL, Mr. Cook developed the territory business plan adopted by ATEL and trained the external wholesaling staff. He also worked as a Senior Financial Advisor with John Hancock and was a Registered Investment Advisor with SEIA. Mr. Cook is an NASD general securities principal (Series 24) and holds his 7, 63, 65, life and disability licenses. Cook graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has been an active member of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County since 2000. He serves on the Board of Directors, chairs the Memberships Committee and serves on the Planning Committee for the Tenant-In-Common Association as well as the Membership Committee for the Investment Program Association (IPA). He was named one of the top "40 under 40" in the Real Estate Southern California magazine in 2005. He resides in Newport Beach, California with his beloved wife and bulldogs.
