Mr. Costigan has been with IBC since founding the company in 1979. His 40+ years of experience in the transportation services started with Shulman Airfreight in 1966, and continued with various airfreight, courier, and brokerage companies until starting IBC. Joseph's vast experience in the courier, mail, cargo, and brokerage fields has been the cornerstone of the company's success making him a valuable resource in the management and leadership of the company to this day.
Gregory King supports the technology initiatives of WCS and its billing platforms. Mr. King also co-founded G3 Networks LLC with Chris Barton to build on of the most advanced telephone applications services providers (TASP) in the U.S. Before co-founding G3 Networks, Gregory served as Chief Information Officer of International Bonded Couriers, a global express transportation company operation in 58 countries. Gregory led the team that developed Pactrack , an industry renowned real-time package tracing system. Mr. King received a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Management from the Wharton School.

Since May 2000, Ed has held the VP Sales post for IBC. His 14 years of international mailing experience as Director of World Mail Services with DHL Worldwide Express poised him to be an impactful leader of the growing IBC sales department. Industries exhibiting a need for innovative international mail solutions printers, publishers, fulfillment companies, direct marketing companies, and colleges and universities as well as any company which mails invoices overseas, are Ed's specialty. These clients often look to Mr. Weissman and his staff for customized products involving Mail Plus, Postal Exchange, Direct Injection, and IBC's Courier Service, the success of which he has helped shape over his tenure with IBC.

Roberto came aboard IBC early in the company's history, starting out as an on-board courier, and later moving into management, first as Station Manager in Miami, then as Regional Manager, Latin America. In 2001, Roberto was again promoted to his current position, where he plays a decisive role in IBC's key market. For over 24 years, his experience in Latin business and courier services have paid great dividends for IBC and its clients.

Sharjeel-Antoine Moutier is a multicultural instructor/coach with an extensive background in venture capital and private equity. A French national with roots in the Indian subcontinent, Mr. Moutier has broad-based professional experience in the Middle East and Europe. He has consulted for a number of national and international companies in the USA, the Middle East and Europe, and has an in-depth working knowledge of a diverse number of countries, including France, US, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and India. After completing his studies in Business Administration, Mr. Moutier began his career as a strategic consultant advising French technology companies in search of strategic partners in the USA and Middle East. He then joined the US-based Venture Capital Fund Concept Development Inc., where he worked as a consultant and investment analyst for several years. Mr. Moutier has combined his extensive business experience with professional training and e-learning. He has worked as a Europe representative for the School of Continuing & Professional Education, a department of New York University. He also played an important role in the development of Michael Smith International France, a Paris-based company specializing in financial training. In addition to serving as Managing Director & Instructor for IBC Europe, Mr. Moutier is also a co-founder of LYNX Ventures Ltd, a joint Euro/US based partnership which delivers training programs for financial and economic development professionals on using venture capital as an economic development tool.
Dr. Andre Turcotte is a former nuclear physicist who was captured by the scientific method of measuring cultural gaps during his 15 years of working in Africa. He obtained advanced degrees in nuclear physics at University of Montreal, Canada, after serving in the Canadian Armed Forces as Lieutenant and Captain. In the 70' s and 90' s, he worked in West and Central African countries as Professor, Dean of Faculty, and later as Expert & Chief Administrator, successfully undertaking many international development projects, including a UNESCO project. Upon his return to Canada in 1998, Dr. Turcotte systematized his field experience and developed testing and training material on cross-cultural effectiveness as an expert on management systems and organizational capacity. His encounter with IBC has resulted in the establishment of the scoring system and diagnostic method of the .

A native of San Antonio, Steve Edlund has been an instrumental part and one of the driving forces of International Bank of Commerce’s commercial lending team. As Executive Vice President and Senior Lender, Edlund and his team have set the precedent on commercial lending in San Antonio and South Texas. Customers who previously had relationships with other financial institutions are drawn to IBC’s expertise and quick decision making process. A salesman at heart, Edlund enjoys providing the best service and products to IBC’s customers in the most efficient way possible.
In June of 2004, Edlund was named President and Chief Executive Officer of IBC San Antonio. As President/CEO, Edlund continues his involvement in commercial lending as well as overseeing IBC San Antonio’s 23 plus retail branch network. This includes the San Antonio area, Helotes, Luling, Marble Falls, New Braunfels and San Marcos.
Edlund began his banking career with NBC-San Antonio in 1985 as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lender. He then served as Vice President and Commercial Lender for Texas Commerce Bank-Houston before joining the IBC team.
In continuing his dedication to IBC’s customers and the communities they live in, Edlund is a staunch advocate of volunteerism and IBC’s Employee Advisory Board. He believes in a team oriented approach in business and in the community. Edlund is a Board Member for KLRN Public Television and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. He is involved in YMCA sports and is an active member in his church parish. He is also very active in various civic organizations
Edlund earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A & M University in College Station. He is married and has four children.
