H.K. Desai is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of QLogic Corporation, headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California. Founded in 1994 and now a member of the prestigious S&P 500 Index, QLogic is a leading supplier of high-performance networking solutions. The company produces the controller chips, host adapters and fabric switches that are the backbone of storage and HPC networks for Global 2000 corporations. QLogic delivers a broad and diverse portfolio of products that includes adapters, switches and management tools for a variety of network topologies including Fibre Channel, iSCSI and InfiniBand. Mr. Biddiscombe has been senior vice president and chief financial officer for QLogic since April of 2008. Mr Biddiscombe previously served as senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary for Mindspeed Technologies in Newport Beach, California from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that he was vice president of finance and controller for the internet infrastructure business of Conexant from December 2000 to June 2003. Mr Biddiscombe was also senior vice president and chief financial officer from May 1999 to December 2000 and chief operating officer from May 2000 to December 2000 for Wyle Electronics.

Mr. Mulligan joined QLogic in October, 2007 as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Mulligan has responsibility for overseeing all QLogic Operations, including Engineering, Quality, Supplier Management, Demand management and logistics. Prior to joining QLogic, Mr. Mulligan spent 9 years in the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry where he held senior executive positions at both Solectron and Celestica. These positions included the role of Chief Procurement Officer and SVP of Materials for Solectron Corporation, VP of customer solutions at Celestica, and VP of Asia sourcing for Celestica. Before entering the Electronics manufacturing services industry, Mr. Mulligan held a number of management positions at Nortel in operations, IT and materials management.

Mr. Genereux joined QLogic in February 2009 as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. In this role, he has responsibility for executing QLogic's global sales and outbound marketing strategies. With a career spanning more than 18 years in the storage industry, Mr. Genereux was most recently Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Support at DataDirect Networks (DDN). At DDN, Mr. Genereux increased revenue in 2008 at twice the rate of the previous year. He also expanded the company's sales into new market segments, significantly raised its public profile in the industry and introduced a new indirect channel organization. Prior to DDN, Mr. Genereux led the $2.7B global storage business for Hitachi, Ltd.'s Data Systems unit (HDS) as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Support. Mr. Genereux spent 17 years at Hitachi in strategic sales, marketing and support roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

Mr. Parker joined QLogic in May, 2004. Prior to QLogic, Mr. Parker was at Intel Corporation with numerous roles spanning engineering, marketing, investment strategies, and business development. Mr. Parker’s last role was Director of Marketing for the Intel Server Group. At QLogic, Mr. Parker has overall responsibility for the company's network portfolio, including all Fibre Channel and InfiniBand-based switch product lines.

Mr. Hawkins has been with QLogic since January 2004. Prior to joining QLogic he was a partner of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, a law firm with 13 offices worldwide and over 900 lawyers. He was with O'Melveny & Myers for over 11 years.

Mr. Felando joined QLogic in April 2007. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Director of Human Resources at Skyworks Solutions, a global wireless semiconductor company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Felando held senior human resource leadership positions at Conexant Systems, TRW and Lockheed. Mr. Felando currently serves on a Global Special Expertise Panel and Business Advisory Council for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). At QLogic, Mr. Felando has worldwide responsibility for development and implementation of the Company’s human resources strategy and related programs.

Mr. Klein joined QLogic in February, 2001. Prior to his arrival, Mr. Klein held a variety of director and vice president level product management positions at startups and established technology companies in the storage and server industry, including CMD Technology, Unisys, and Burroughs Corporation. As head of the Host Solutions Group, Mr. Klein has overall responsibility for the company’s adapter product lines, including the highly successful and market-leading Fibre Channel HBAs, InfiniPath InfiniBand HCAs , and iSCSI | TOE HBA

Mr. Shah is Vice President/General Manager of the Storage Solutions Group at QLogic Corporation. With 11 years of service at QLogic, Mr. Shah’s focus for the first 9 years was driving HBA software strategy and helping to grow the HBA business in Fibre Channel and iSCSI markets. Mr. Shah has spent the past 2 years developing new solutions to expand markets for QLogic products. With 23 years experience in the storage industry, Mr. Shah joined QLogic following 8.5 years at Western Digital, where he developed a Storage Stack with Microsoft for Windows (an invention for which he holds the patent), as well as helping Apple transition from SCSI to an ATA interface for disc/CD-ROM in desktop and notebook computers. Mr. Shah also worked extensively on I/O subsystems during a 3.5-year tenure with Unisys.

Hieke joins QLogic from Quantum Corporation's ATL storage division where he was responsible for business development throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Before that, Hieke was responsible for value added reseller (VAR) programs and key OEM accounts for Adaptec.

Ryan Klein joined QLogic in 1999, and has taken on numerous roles within the company. He led design verification test efforts for QLogic SAN products for major OEM customers. Ryan has also led technical marketing activities, including fostering technology relationships from within the strategic partner base and the creation of QLogic Press, encompassing interoperability and overall SAN deployment. Ryan has 11 years of experience in the storage industry and currently manages the global Solutions Architecture team. He and his team are responsible for working directly with Global 2000 IT organizations. The team provides guidance to users on the deployment of storage area networks and insight into future storage technologies. Prior to joining QLogic, Ryan worked for Unisys within the engineering organization of the storage solutions division. Ryan is also involved with several industry organizations, including the Fibre Channel Industry Organization (FCIA), the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) and Blade Systems Alliance (Blades).

Tony Massetti is chief financial officer (CFO) for NCR Corporation. Massetti is also responsible for NCR's information technology and corporate real estate functions. Before joining NCR in 2008, Massetti served as CFO for QLogic Corp., a leader in networking storage and high-performance computing. During his five years with QLogic, he was responsible for building a strong finance organization with solid financial processes and controls. His leadership contributed to an improved financial model and profitable growth. Massetti began his career at IBM and served for 17 years in positions that spanned accounting, financial planning, treasury and business controls. He spent five years at IBM's European headquarters managing a business unit with revenue exceeding $20 billion and a balance sheet that included more than $20 billion in assets, as well as two years in Hong Kong and China as the CFO of an IBM joint venture, then CFO of the Technology Group, which included five Asian manufacturing sites with several billion dollars in revenue. Massetti's experience includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and measurement; business case development and modeling; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate governance; analysis and execution of strategic offshore partnering; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; and external reporting and investor relations.

Balakrishnan S. Iyer, age 50 —Mr. Iyer has been a director of Conexant since 2002. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Company from January 1999 to June 2003. He has served as a consultant to Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (networking infrastructure semiconductors) from June 2003 through December 2004. Mr. Iyer is currently a director of IHS, Inc., Invitrogen Corporation, Power Integrations, QLogic Corporation and Skyworks Solutions, Inc.

Since October 2002, Ms. Miltner has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Positive Impact, a national consulting company specializing in sales, strategic planning and compensation advice and seminars. From January 2000 to October 2002, Ms. Miltner served as Chief Executive Officer of the Global Technology Distribution Council, an international forum of the Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers representing the world's largest technology distributors. From February 1999 to January 2000, she was a partner in a national seminar and consulting company, Impact, LLC. From July 1991 to February 1999, Ms. Miltner was President of Motivation by Miltner. Prior to 1991, she spent nineteen years in sales management positions for IBM, Xerox Corporation and Apple Computer, and served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Ingram Micro.

Mr. Wells has served as a director since February 1994. Mr. Wells was President and Chief Executive Officer of Exar Corporation, a manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, from June 1992 until he retired in October 1996. Before joining Exar, Mr. Wells served as President and Chief Operating Officer of LSI Corporation (formerly LSI Logic Corporation), a manufacturer of HCMOS and BiCMOS application specific integrated circuits, for seven years.

Dr. Birnbaum has served as a director since February 2005. Dr. Birnbaum has served as a consultant in the technology industry since his retirement from Hewlett-Packard Company in 1999. From 1981 until his retirement in 1999, Dr. Birnbaum held several executive positions with Hewlett-Packard Company, including Senior Vice President for Research and Development and Director of HP Laboratories. Prior to this, Dr. Birnbaum spent 15 years at International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) where he last served as Director of Computer Sciences.

Ms. Lewis has served as a director since February 2008. Ms. Lewis is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Share Our Selves and THINK Together, both organizations that serve people at risk in Southern California. Until her retirement in 1998, Ms. Lewis held several executive positions with Western Digital Corporation. Most recently, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Digital’s Personal Storage Division.

Larry Carter is a Senior Vice President in Cisco's Office of the Chairman and CEO and a member of the Cisco Board of Directors. Carter joined Cisco as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 1995 and developed a world-class finance organization during his eight-year tenure. Under his leadership, the Cisco Finance Organization used Internet technologies to pioneer daily financial reporting on crucial metrics for company executives and made the one-day worldwide "virtual close" a reality. The "virtual close" not only increased the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting at Cisco, but also cut finance costs almost in half as a percentage of revenue. During his career as CFO at Cisco, his finance organization was spotlighted in major publications such as Fortune, Harvard Business Review, CFO magazine, and Financial Executive. His expertise has been recognized in awards such as the CFO Excellence Awards. Carter was appointed to the Cisco Board of Directors in 2000, bringing to this role more than 25 years of experience as well as a thorough understanding of the industry from a business and financial perspective. In 2003 he was appointed to his current position. As a member of the board and an officer, Carter continues to influence the overall strategy and direction of the company. Carter's career prior to Cisco was focused primarily in the semiconductor industry. He has held financial leadership positions at Advanced Micro Devices, VLSI Technology, SGS Thompson Microelectronics, and Motorola, Inc. Carter also serves on the Board of Trustees at Loyola Marymount University. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration/accounting from Arizona State University (ASU), which honored Carter in 2000 with the ASU College of Business Distinguished Achievement Award in recognition of his leadership in technology revolution.

Ms. Lewis has served as a director since February 2008. Ms. Lewis is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Share Our Selves and THINK Together, both organizations that serve people at risk in Southern California. Until her retirement in 1998, Ms. Lewis held several executive positions with Western Digital Corporation. Most recently, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Digital s Personal Storage Division.
