Allan R. Tessler is the chairman of Epoch Investment Partners, Inc., and the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of International Financial Group, Inc. Previously, he served as co-chief executive officer of Data Broadcasting Corporation, now known as Interactive Data Corporation; chairman of Enhance Financial Services Group, Inc., which he also co-founded; and in a number of positions in the legal and investment banking fields. He currently serves as the lead director and chairman of the finance committee of The Limited, Inc., the vice chairman of the board of the Hudson Institute and a member of the board of governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Tessler has his B.A. from Cornell University and his L.L.B. from Cornell University Law School.
