Daniel R. Siciliano joined us in 2002. Mr. Siciliano has been IGT’s Treasurer since 2007, and served as Chief Accounting Officer from July 2007 until December 2008. Previously, Mr. Siciliano served in IGT’s Corporate Finance and Treasury as Vice President from September 2004 to June 2007 and Director from 2002 to 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM). Mr. Siciliano holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to joining IGT, Mr. Siciliano was the Corporate Controller for Anchor Gaming (acquired by IGT in 2001), and held several positions at Deloitte & Touche, including Audit Manager.

Patrick W. Cavanaugh joined IGT in 2004. Effective December 23, 2008, Mr. Cavanaugh was appointed our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, responsible for directing the investor relations, finance, accounting, treasury and tax functions. Anthony Ciorciari Executive Vice President, Operations Anthony Ciorciari joined us in January 1994 as our Vice President of Operations. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1998 and to Executive Vice President in 2003. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Ciorciari is responsible for worldwide manufacturing, procurement, corporate facilities and services. Mr. Ciorciari also serves on the boards of: National Association of Manufacturers in Washington, D.C. Truckee Meadows Community College Manufacturing Assistance Partnership Economic Development Authority for Western Nevada Prior to joining IGT, Mr. Ciorciari was the General Manager of manufacturing operations for Digital Equipment Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Chihuahua, Mexico, where he was responsible for the manufacturing and supply of Digital's workstation and systems product lines. Mr. Ciorciari also held various other positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and has more than 39 years of experience in U.S. and international manufacturing.

David D. Johnson serves as Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary of International Game Technology, the world's largest gaming machine manufacturer. A graduate of UNLV and the Creighton University School of Law, Mr. Johnson has practiced law in Nevada for 30 years and is a member of the Nevada and American Bar Associations. He also serves as a Trustee of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling. He holds gaming licenses in over 300 gaming jurisdictions throughout the world and lectures regularly on the topics of Gaming Law and Regulation. In the 1980's, Mr. Johnson served as chief legal counsel to the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board while acting as Nevada's Chief Deputy Attorney General. He later became a partner with the law firm of Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey during the years when the firm was recognized as providing legal advice and representation to some of the gaming industry's most prominent licensees, both corporate and individual. More recently, Johnson was general counsel to Anchor Gaming prior to its acquisition by International Game Technology in 2001. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary to the company presently called Bally Gaming Technologies.

Richard Pennington joined us in 1991. Mr. Pennington has been IGT’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy since 2005, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that create value using corporate resources and perspectives. Mr. Pennington was IGT’s Executive Vice President of Product Development from 2003 to 2005 and Senior Vice President of Product Management from 2001 to 2003. Previously, Mr. Pennington served IGT as Vice President of Product Management, Finance Director, and several other management positions in the finance and accounting areas. Adrian Marcu is VP, Architecture for International Game Technology (IGT). He has more than 20 years experience in gaming and engineering. Since joining IGT, Adrian prior to the current role has led multiple development projects, including progressives and ticketing systems that required him to author or contribute to a variety of communications protocols and system architectures. He was involved with both embedded and systems development efforts in his homeland of Romania, where he earned a mastera??s degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest.

Scott Menke, a principal of Paragon, is a visionary in the world of multi-million dollar resort development, with over ten years of experience in acquiring developing, opening and operating hotels and casinos. As a founder of Paragon, Mr. Menke is responsible for identifying and securing gaming and development opportunities. Upon graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Hotel School, he immediately became involved in hotel/casino operations with a founding management role in the development of the Colorado Belle Hotel/Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. The Belle set a new standard for the Laughlin area that is still maintained today. Scott later became responsible for coordinating the construction and development efforts of Circus Circus Enterprises. Reporting directly to Founder/ Chairman William Bennett, he oversaw the creation of over 10,000 hotel rooms and two of the most successful themed destination properties in Las Vegas. As a senior member of Mr. Bennett's team, he structured the acquisition of the Sahara Hotel and Casino by Gordon Gaming within a total transaction period of under 6 months, and played a key role in the redevelopment and transition of that property to the current Sahara management team. In 1997, he led the successful reorganization of the landmark Oasis Hotel/Casino on behalf of Mr. Si Redd, founder of International Game Technology.

David Jackson lives in Reno, Nevada, with his wife and, in a few more months, his brand new baby daughter. He is a programmer for International Game Technology. Jeanny Ng is a Senior Buyer/Planner at International Game Technology. She has been with IGT since March of 2004. She is responsible for the procurement and scheduling of commodities such as power supplies, ballasts, and lamps. She also works as the Supplier Management Diversity Coordinator for IGT's Supplier Management department. In this capacity, Jeanny is responsible for finding, recruiting, and evaluating women-, minority-, physically/mentally challenged-, and service disabled veteran-owned businesses as suppliers for IGT. Michelle Danielson is currently a Senior Buyer for International Game Technology in Reno, Nevada. She has been a member of APICS for over 2 years and in December, 2004 received her CPIM certification. Michelle's background was in Retail and Distribution buying. When she came to work for IGT she realized the necessity of learning more about the entire manufacturing process. The CPIM classes gave her the education she needed and were a big help to get a jump start in the manufacturing business. Michelle decided to join the Board of Directors for the Northern Sierra Chapter to meet people within and continually increase her knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Being on the Board has helped her to take a leadership role and has given her the opportunity to give something back to the community.

Mr. Roberson joined Hewlett-Packard Company in 2007, and is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Storage Works Division at Hewlett-Packard. Philip G. Satre, 59, was appointed to our board on January 28, 2009. Mr. Satre retired from Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. in 2005, having served on the company's board of directors since 1988 and as Chairman since 1997. Bob Miller is a principal with Dutko Worldwide and operates its Las Vegas Office. He has been affiliated with Dutko since 2001 as a Partner in Kaufman Pattee Branstad & Miller. Mr. Miller is also a Partner in Miller and Behar Strategies, Sofia Bulgaria. He is an Honorary Consul Officer for the Republic of Bulgaria performing primarily commercial, trade and tourism promotion functions for furthering the development of the economical, cultural and scientific relations between Bulgaria and the USA. Mr. Miller was formerly a partner in the Las Vegas law firm of Jones Vargas where he practiced legislation and government relations, as well as international business law, resort hotel development law and gaming law. Mr. Miller also served as Chair of the Western Governors Association (1993 to 1994). He was appointed by President Bill Clinton to the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (1993 to 1998). Mr. Miller is distinguished as the longest serving Governor in Nevada history. He has held several public offices including Lieutenant Governor and District Attorney for Clark County. During his tenure as District Attorney he served as the President of the National District Attorney Association (1984) and was one of nine individuals President Reagan selected to serve on a Presidential Task Force on victims of crime (1982). Miller is a member of various Boards of Directors including International Game Technology, Newmont Mining Corporation, Wynn Resorts and Zenith National Insurance Corp. He is the elected Secretary for the International Association of Gaming Attorneys for the 2007 fiscal year. A Las Vegas resident for nearly 50 years, Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Santa Clara and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
