The International ISO Group (IIG) is a world wide consulting and training company, with offices in Cincinnati OH, Detroit MI, and London England. IIG is committed to quality and exceeding customer expectations. Since 1989, IIG has performed ISO/QS-9000 consulting and training services for over 800 companies world wide. IIG has been consulting and training in the QS-9000 automotive industry both nationally and internationally. Many of our clients are Japanese-owned automotive companies. To fully support them, we have translated QS-9000 training materials into Japanese and can teach in Japanese or English and Japanese with an interpreter. To fully support clients in Europe, we opened an office in London, England in February 1997. IIG's principals have over 25 years documentation experience and 15 years systems design experience. Our instructors are RAB and IQA certified auditor and lead auditors with many years of auditing, quality systems, manufacturing, aerospace, environmental, and industry experience. IIG's courses are developed and presented by experiences ISO 9000 and QS-9000 practitioners who have coordinated and implemented numerous successful registrations. IIG uses a systems approach to build quality systems that are easily maintained, controlled and effective.
