Chris Balsiger graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1977 with an MBA in finance. He joined Owens-Illinois in May 1977, where he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in international operations. In April of 1980, he joined Seven Oaks International and served as Senior Vice-President of Operations. In April of 1980, Chris, along with Supervalu, Inc., founded North America Data Processors (NADP). Under his direction, NADP merged with Indiana Data in January of 1997 to form IOS, where he now serves as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Chris travels abroad extensively on business and to pursue his passion for high-altitude mountaineering. He has embarked on a personal challenge to scale the highest peaks on each of the seven continents.

Steve Furr graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1982 with a degree in finance. Steve joined Indiana Data in 1982 and was instrumental in launching new data processing operations in Mexico. In the subsequent two decades, Steve has assumed a progressively greater scope of responsibility in operations in the U.S. and Mexico. As President of North American Operations, Steve now oversees all of IOS's North American operations.

Lance Furr graduated from the University of Evansville in 1983 with a degree in finance. Lance joined Indiana Data, Inc., in 1983 and worked in production at the company's Acuna, Mexico, processing facility. In 1989, he moved to the Bloomington, Indiana, office and served as a client representative and liaison between Indiana Data's two facilities. As CFO, Lance oversees fiscal management for all of IOS and its global operations.

Moshe Kaganoff has served as the Company's Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning since January 2000 and served as a director of the Company from March 1999 until December 2006. Mr. Kaganoff has served as a director of IDT Capital, Inc. since September 2004. From April 1994 through July 1998, Mr. Kaganoff served as the Company's Manager of Operations. From August 2001 through December 2004, Mr. Kaganoff also served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for IDT Telecom, Inc. Mr. Kaganoff holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University.

Dominique Roux has spent the majority of his career as a professor at Paris Dauphine University. As a Doctor of Economics and Management and a Professor of Management Science, he has served as department head of telecommunications economics since 1982. In January of 1997, he was appointed a Commissioner of the French Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, governing body for the French telecommunications sector. Mr. Roux has published several works, including Telecommunications pour l?Entreprise, Les Prix de Sciences Economiques, and Gestion. His achievements have been honored with awards from The Officier de l?Ordre national du Merite, the Chevalier de la Legion d?Honneur, and the Chevalier dans l?ordre des Palmes Academiques.

Douglas W. Mauro has been Chief Tax Officer of the Company since March 2005. He joined the Company in 1999 and is responsible for all tax matters for the Company. Mr. Mauro has over 25 years experience in corporate taxation. Mr. Mauro's prior experience includes Vice President, Tax for ICN Pharmaceuticals in Costa Mesa, California and extensive experience in international taxes at various pharmaceutical companies where he served as the top tax officer. Mr. Mauro received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University and an M.B.A. in Tax from New York University Stern School of Business.

Jack Wentworth graduated from Indiana University?s Kelley School of Business with a doctorate in business administration. He has served as a faculty member of the Kelley School of Business since 1959 and dean from 1984 to 1993. During his tenure as dean, the Kelley School?s national rankings for its undergraduate and MBA programs rose to second and eighth, respectively. In addition to his career as an educator, he has served on seven corporate boards of directors and as a consultant to companies such as General Motors, Hallmark and General Electric. Mr. Wentworth now holds a position on the advisory board of International Outsourcing Services, LLC.

Yona Katz has been Executive Vice President of Business Development of the Company since January 2006. Mr. Katz has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of IDT Telecom, Inc. since December 2005. Prior to that position, he served as IDT Telecom's Executive Vice President from December 2001 until December 2005 and as its Chief Operating Officer from February 2003 until December 2005. Mr. Katz has a B.S. in Mathematics from Touro College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College.
