Andrew Franzone currently serves as President of EHC. Mr. Franzone also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1987 through May 2001. Mr. Franzone served as President of Allen Field Company, Inc. ( AFC ) from 1984 until 2001, and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Ackerman Bodnar Corp., a manufacturer of interior aircraft lighting, from 1974 through 1983. Mr. Franzone is a manager and stockholder of Rencol Acquisitions, LLC, a holding company which owns a knobs, handles, and hand wheels manufacturing company located in the United Kingdom. Mr. Franzone is also a member and manager of ISSI Holdings LLC, the Purchaser in the Transaction. As a condition of the Closing of the Transaction, Mr. Franzone will resign from the Board of Directors of the Company upon the Closing.

Mr. Strebel has been with Smart Sourcing, Inc. since 2003 overseeing corporate-wide marketing activities. From 2001-2002 he served as Project Coordinator at Fidelity Investments. Mr Strebel currently serves as Chief Representative Officer in our Shanghai office overseeing corporate business development activities throughout Asia. Mr. Strebel has a BSBA from Boston Universitya s School of Management and an MBA from Baruch Collegea s Zicklin School of Business. Mr. Strebel has lived in Asia for over 15 years and speaks fluent Chinese-Mandarin.

Michael S. Rakusin has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since September 28, 2006. Mr. Rakusin is the President of 54 Pearl Street Associates, a restaurant management holding company. Mr. Rakusin is also a certified public accountant and currently maintains an active accounting and tax practice. He also has extensive experience as a builder of single family homes. Mr. Rakusin previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Echo Springs Water Co., Inc., a distributor of bottled water. Michael Rakusin has been designated as the Audit Committee Financial Expert by the Company.

Mr. Tiltona s diverse background in manufacturing and operations management has covered 30 years in the industry. Some of the companies where he has worked previously include General Electric, Eaton Corporation and Globecomm Systems before joining Smart Sourcing Inc. in 2001 to develop the Electronics division. During this time frame, he has held various positions of increased responsibility in consumer and OEM product manufacturing plus new product development. These positions have included manufacturing engineering, production control, quality assurance and overall plant management. Mr. Tilton is a graduate from University of Massachusetts a " Amherst, MA with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research.

Mr. Pellegrino is an accomplished engineer and consultant in the field of plastics, mold and product design, and manufacturing. His experience with the company goes back to 1968-73, during which time he was Plant Manager for subsidiary company Electronic Hardware Corporation, Farmingdale, NY. From 1973-74 he served as Molding Department Manager, Aurora Plastics Division of Nabisco Corp., in West Hempstead, NY. From 1974-1999 he served as Vice President Engineering of Electronic Hardware Corporation, and since 1999 Vice President of Plastics of Smart Sourcing, Inc.

Harry Goodman has served as Vice President of EHC since 1986. Mr. Goodman served as President of EHC from 1976 to 1986 and began working as an officer of EHC in 1970. Mr. Goodman has also been a partner at K&G Realty Associates since 1978. Mr. Goodman has served as an officer of AFC since 1984. Mr. Goodman has served as an officer of Memory Protection Devices, Inc. since 1987. Mr. Goodman is also a manager of ISSI Holdings LLC, the Purchaser in the Transaction. As a condition of the Closing of the Transaction, Mr. Goodman will resign from the Board of Directors of the Company upon the Closing.

Mr. Trendley has held various positions of increased responsibility in the metal fabricating and die casting industry. These positions include QC Manager, Sales Manager, Plant Manager and Marketing Manager during his 40 years in Manufacturing. Since 2002 he has served as Vice President of Metals at Smart Sourcing Inc. Mr. Trendley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Avilla College and he graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Business Administration.

Xia joined Smart Sourcing in 2000 as a Production Control Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2003. Xia began her career at the french nuclear company Framatome (now AREVA) from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000 she was a key logistics account manager at Scheker where she handled financial and logistics issues.

Davi has over 23 years of engineering experience and has worked for tier 1 foreign tooling and molding companies overseeing projects for Braun, Motorola, AMP Precision Connect Mold, Siemens, and Nokia. He has extensive manufacturing knowledge in the areas of tooling, plastic injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, vacuum forming, roto molding, pad printing, silk printing, and package design. He is the point man for vendor management in providing cost analysis, quality control, and technical support.

Xia is a mechanical engineer with a masters in quality management. He worked as an engineer at the Chang Chun Branch of Ji Lin Carbon Plant China from 1989 to 1996. From 1996 to 2003, he served as a quality engineer with Sunningdale Plastic Pte Ltd Singapore and quality manager with Sunningdale Pte Lte Shanghai China. He has served as department manager of the metals department of Smart Sourcing, Inc. since 2004.

Zhang has been with the company since 1999 and now she serves as manager of the logistics department. From 1997 to 1999 Zhang worked at Shanghai Sunrise Enterprise Company as a logistics manager.

David L. Kassel founded EHC and has served as Chairman of EHC since 1975. He also served as President of CDP from 1995 until 2006. From 2002 until 2006, Mr. Kassel was the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. From 1983 until 1995, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of American Safety Closure Corp., a company engaged in the manufacturing of bottle caps. Mr. Kassel has been the Chairman and principal stockholder of AFC since 1984. Mr. Kassel has been the Chairman of Memory Protection Devices, Inc., a company engaged in the manufacturing of devices for the protection of computer memory, since 1987. Mr. Kassel has been a partner in K&G Realty Associates, a privately held real estate company, since 1978. Mr. Kassel is a manager and stockholder of Rencol Acquisitions, LLC, a holding company which owns a knobs, handles, and hand wheels manufacturer located in the United Kingdom. Mr. Kassel is also a member and manager of ISSI Holdings LLC, the Purchaser in the Transaction.

Richard A. Peters has served as the Secretary of the Company since September 28, 2006. Mr. Peters has over forty years experience in business, development, marketing and management consulting. His product areas of expertise include data storage, telecommunications, computer graphics and software. Mr. Peters was the Vice President of World Wide Channel Marketing at Quantum Corporation in Milpitas, California from April 1998 until his retirement in February 2001. Mr. Peters lived and worked in Asia, Europe and South America for twelve years. He led acquisition teams, strategic partnerships and product introductions.
