Jack Boyson is Programs Director in the Education and Employment Units of the International Youth Foundation located in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2004 he co-developed, pilot tested, and operationalized a 60 lesson life and employability curriculum entitled Passport to Success targeting disadvantaged youth, ages 14-24, which includes lessons dealing with managing strong emotions, assertiveness, refusal skills, stressful situations, problem solving, managing conflict, reducing intimidation and bullying...

Adam is Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation for Young Australians. He has led reform in the area of student wellbeing with the Victorian Department of Education and has been engaged as a consultant in more than 100 schools across Australia. Adam has worked with more than 15,000 young Australians designing programs that seek to engage, challenge and inspire young people and their communities. In 2003, he held the position of Australia's Youth Representative to the General Assembly of the United Nations. Recognized through three nominations for Young Australian of the Year; Adam was the recipient of a 2004 Celebrating Melbourne Award, and was recognized, by 'The Age', as one of Australia's 40 most influential people under 40.

After four terms as the President of the Inter-American Development Bank, Mr. Iglesias now serves as Secretary-General of the Ibero-American Secretariat headquartered in Madrid. Prior to his election as president of the IDB, Mr. Iglesias was Uruguay's Minister of Foreign Relations, (1985-1988); Executive Secretary of the U.N. Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (1972-1985); Secretary General of the U.N. Conference on New and Renewable Sources of Energy, held in Kenya in 1981; and chairman of the conference that launched the Uruguay Round of international trade negotiations in Punta del Este, Uruguay, in 1986. Iglesias also served as President of Uruguay's Central Bank from 1966 to 1968.

Jacob Schimmel, LLB MA (Phil) is chairman of UKI Investments, the Schimmel Families investment arm. After graduating in law and philosophy from University College, London, in 1987, Schimmel spent 10 years in the family's real-estate business, one of the largest private real estate companies in the United Kingdom. Today, as chairman of UKI Investments, he is responsible for the family's substantial interests in real estate, financial services, technology, aviation, tourism and telecommunications. The family's business interests are centered in the United Kingdom, France and Israel with growing involvement in Eastern Europe and the United States. Recently, Schimmel has been involved in the purchase of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd., one of the largest business enterprises in Israel. The IDB Group, which encapsulates more than 200 companies, has leadership positions in almost every field of Israeli industry, including telecommunications, finance, real estate, retail, building materials and technology. The IDB Group accounts for more than 17 percent of the capitalization of the TA-25 Index and approximately 5 percent of key benchmark indexes. The Group employs 35,000 people and has more than $14 billion in assets. Schimmel is a Board member of the new Group. In addition to his business activities, Schimmel serves on the Board of various charitable foundations, including the Schimmel Family Foundations, the United Way, Israel - Matan (chair), the American Joint Jewish Distribution Committee USA and the European Board of the International Youth Foundation.

Maria Livanos Cattaui is Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce. As chief executive of the world business organization, she has raised ICC s public profile, making it a more vigorous advocate of world business to international organizations and governments. Mrs. Cattaui has strengthened ties between ICC and the United Nations. In July 1999 she was instrumental in bringing heads of leading multinational and top UN officials together to take up a call from the UN Secretary General for a global compact of shared values in the areas of human rights, labor standards and the environment. Before joining ICC, Maria Cattaui was with the World Economic Forum in Geneva from 1977 to 1996. She became Managing Director of WEF in 1991 and developed the Annual Meeting in Davos into a global summit .

Dr. Penina Mlama is Executive Director of the Forum of African Women Educationalists (FAWE), widely recognized across Africa for its leadership, especially in the field of girls' education, with operations in more than thirty countries. A Tanzanian who now lives in Nairobi, Dr. Mlama was formerly Chief Academic Officer and Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
