Annette Verschuren is president of The Home Depot Canada and Asia. She is responsible for the sales and operations of more than 160 stores in Canada and 12 stores in China. She leads a team of approximately 32,000 associates. Prior to joining the Company in 1996, Annette was president and co-owner of Michael’s of Canada, a leading chain of arts & crafts stores. She began her career as a development officer with the Cape Breton Development Corporation (coal mining). Annette then worked with Canada Development Investment Corporation as executive vice president. She eventually joined Imasco Ltd., a Canadian holding company, as vice president of Corporate Development. Annette serves on the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) as part of the Security & Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP). She also serves on the board of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, on the board of Liberty Mutual Group and as Chancellor of Cape Breton University. In 2005, Annette was recognized with the Distinguished Canadian Retailer of the Year award given by the Retail Council of Canada. She also was honored as Wilfred Laurier University’s 2006 Outstanding Business Leader. Annette is actively involved in philanthropic efforts. She chairs Habitat for Humanity’s National President’s Council and spearheads the Corporate Council on Volunteerism. Annette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. She received honorary doctorates from Mount Saint Vincent University and St. Francis Xavier University.

Chuck Clough is responsible for the overall portfolio strategy and risk management for the Funds.A Mr. Clough has been active in the securities and investment business for 40 years. His experience covers most analytical functions from research analyst to portfolio management. Prior to founding Clough Capital Partners, Mr. Clough served as the Chief Global Investment Strategist at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. (a Merrill Lyncha est investment firm. Mr. Clough advised many of the worlda s top institutions and investors on portfolio strategy. He was named to the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team for 12 consecutive years and earned a place as the top ranked strategist on Wall Street on three separate occasions. Mr. Clough has been consistently recognized as a top strategist in areas such as U.S. equities, global investments and fixed income. Mr. Clough graduated magna cum laude with a major in history and a minor in economics from Boston College and earned an MBA at the University of Chicago. He has maintained a Chartered Financial Analyst designation since 1979.
