Scott has extensive search engine optimization experience and heads up our SEO research, development and implementation team. He reviews and analyzes websites before the optimization process begins. After reviewing & analyzing current rankings, META data, site architecture, site traffic and other essential elements of search engine optimization, Scott oversees and monitors the SEO process with team members. Scott also serves as our ambassador in our relationships with Overture, Inktomi, Looksmart and Ask; he is also an editor at The Open Directory Project (DMOZ.org) where he reviews and indexes websites in thier appropriate categories. Scott has a B. A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.
Mark L. Sanders has served as one of our directors since August 2003. Mr. Sanders served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Systems, Inc. from January 1990 to July 2002 and as its Chairman of the Board from July 2002 to March 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. Sanders served in a variety of management positions, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the Recording Systems Division of Ampex Corporation, a manufacturer of video broadcast equipment. Mr. Sanders is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of LookSmart, Ltd., a search advertising network and management company.

Jonathan Ewert serves as LookSmart's senior vice president of Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for expanding LookSmart's business through a combination of acquisition, investment, and strategic commercial transactions. He also focuses on cross-company business development and entry strategies for new markets. Jonathan joined LookSmart in April 2007 as East Coast vice president, Advertising and Publisher Services, and was promoted to general manager of Advertising Networks in September 2007 and to senior vice president in October 2008. Previously, Jonathan served as the CEO of ePALS until the sale of the company to In2Books in December 2006. Prior to ePALS, Jonathan served as vice president of Business Development at eCommerce Solutions, and as vice president of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Modem Media (Nasdaq: MMPT), where he led the preparation and positioning of the company for Modem's successful IPO in 1999. Prior to Modem, Jonathan served in a variety of management roles at Infoseek Corp. until the sale of the company to Disney in 1998. From 1991 to 1996, he was vice president of Newspaper Voice Services, an interactive voice-response service bureau serving the publishing industry.

A seasoned executive, Mr. Lonergan has more than 25 years of financial management experience helping technology companies achieve and manage rapid revenue growth and gains in market share. He also has extensive experience in taking successful companies public. Mr. Lonergan was most recently with Blue Lithium, where he was responsible for finance, operations and corporate development. In addition, he oversaw the international expansion strategy. He was also responsible for coordinating the due diligence activities relating to the $325 million acquisition of Blue Lithium by Yahoo. Prior to Blue Lithium, Mr. Lonergan was the CFO of LookSmart, an online media and technology company specializing in vertical search, where he was instrumental in transitioning the company from a search listing directory to vertical search technology provider. Previously, he was a senior partner at KPMG LLP. During his tenure at the firm he was chosen as global lead partner for the Microsoft and Hewlett Packard accounts, named to the Leadership 2000 Partner group and appointed national director of the High Technology Performance Improvement Consulting Practice. Mr. Lonergan is a C.P.A., a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of the University of Durham, England.
