Fred Reller has responsibility for the full scope of Human Resources' functions, from talent acquisition and management to employee relations, compensation, benefits employee education, diversity, change management, organizational effectiveness and other HR activities. In addition to working closely with the McKesson Provider Technologies Executive Committee, Reller will also collaborate with Paul Kirincic, Executive Vice President, Human Resources in San Francisco, to ensure alignment across McKesson Corporation. Reller has nearly 20 years of solid HR generalist and leadership experience, serving at senior levels in major business units of global companies such as Whirlpool Corporation and Nortel Networks. Mark Rau joined Airvana from Carrius Technologies, where he was Vice President of Engineering responsible for the development of Intelligent IP service platforms. Mr. Cleghorn is Chairman of the Board and a director of Molson Coors Brewing Company. He is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank of Canada and is a member of the Desautels Faculty of Management Advisory Board and Governor Emeritus of McGill University, Immediate Past Chairman and a director of Historica Foundation of Canada, Chancellor Emeritus of Wilfrid Laurier University and a director of the Atlantic Salmon Federation.
Mr. Cleghorn graduated from McGill University with a B. Com. and is a chartered accountant.

Mr. Unger has been a director of the Company since 2001. Andre brings more than 18 years of global executive management and leadership experience. Since 2005, Andre has been serving as the President and CEO of NTRglobal, a successful Remote Support and Access software company. Prior to NTRglobal, Andre turned around and transformed Expertcity into a profitable Enterprise solution provider, which was acquired by Citrix. Prior to Expertcity, Andre Angel served as CEO of ElasticEdge a content delivery company that solved last mile problems and simultaneous distribution of large content to millions of users, which was acquired by BackWeb. From 1999 to 2000, Andre was Global Vice President of Sales, Marketing and e-Business at Nortel Networks, prior to which he started and led Nortel's $9.6 billion in electronic commerce business. Andre also served as the CIO of Nortel's Service Providers, $17 billion division. Earlier, he started and managed Nortel's Professional Services organization that grew to over $1 billion and the Alternate Software Delivery program, which grew to $450 million. Andre holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and is also a concert pianist.
Bill McGee is Vice-President of Product Development at Third Brigade. He was founder of KeySpire, a security software development company prior to joining Third Brigade. He was Senior-Vice President of Product Development at Entrust for over six years and was part of the founding team which created Entrust as a spin-out from Nortel Networks. Mr. McGee managed the growth of the product development team from a small group to over 300 people and the award-winning Entrust product line from four to over 40 products. While a member of the cryptographic systems group at Nortel Networks, Mr. McGee did pioneering work applying public-key technologies to communication systems. He received a B.A.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) from Queen's University and has completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies.
