Laurence Moskowitz , 56, the founder of Medialink, has served as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in 1986. He began his professional career as a reporter for United Press International in Pittsburgh before being promoted to an editor for UPI in Philadelphia. In 1976 Mr. Moskowitz founded Mediawire, a Philadelphia-based regional public relations newswire, which was merged into a British media company in 1985, where he was Vice President until leaving to form Medialink.

Ms. Lugbauer has been President of The Lugbauer Group, a management consulting firm specializing in client satisfaction since 2003, and was also a partner in Kelly & Lugbauer, a consulting firm that helped corporate public relations functions improve their alignment with their organization's strategic goals from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, she was global chief operating officer of Weber Shandwick, a large global public relations firm and a unit of The Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG), from 2000 to 2002.

Don Michels joined Medialink as CTO in 2007 with a brief to direct the development, implementation and maintenance of Medialink's technology applications and networks as the Company further expands its broadband capabilities with the launch of Mediaseed , its Web 2.0 content management platform. He was formerly Vice President of Technology for The FeedRoom, Inc., a supplier of broadband media solutions for media companies, organizations and government agencies, where he led teams specializing in software, infrastructure and broadcast engineering and operations, quality assurance and project management. A 20-year financial veteran with expertise in the digital asset management industry, Ken Torosian was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Medialink in 2005 to oversee the Company’s financial management and regulatory compliance. Ken previously served as CFO for Applied Graphics Technologies, Inc., one of the world's largest providers of digital asset management and prepress services that was later acquired by venture capital firm Kohlberg and Company. During his tenure, Torosian was responsible for all financial matters and controls within the company, including reporting, tax, and treasury functions, covering more than $600 million in revenue generated from more than 60 locations on three continents. Earlier, he held senior accounting and financial positions at Ogden Projects and Deloitte & Touche. He currently is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jack Serpa was appointed Senior Vice President of Client Solutions in 2007 and oversees Medialink's national sales force. Serpa brings more than 20 years of experience generating new revenue in public relations and media research. He was formerly a vice president of business development at Cision, an international provider of news media intelligence, where he focused on sales expansion and industry relations. Earlier, he led business and product development teams for electronic news distribution companies Business Wire, Marketwire and Entertainment Communications Network. Serpa also founded a Web-based media research venture that was subsequently acquired by The Arbitron Company. In addition, he later established the online media research practice within Mediamark Research Inc., a consumer research firm.

Scott Michaeloff joined Medialink in 1999 and oversees the company's video production and narrative marketing services. He leads the company's efforts to develop new media solutions for Fortune 100 clients and is responsible for developing broadcast and cable partnerships that leverage Medialink's diverse content. Prior to Medialink, Scott spent 14 years at London-based World Television News (WTN), the ABC-owned international news agency. Scott served as Vice President specializing in live international news event coverage, international programming and syndication, news feed syndication, and new media development. He also represented the services of ABC NewsOne and ABC ABSAT satellite truck division internationally. Before joining WTN, Scott held numerous producer positions in news and sports. He manages the production of live events, webcasts, and video productions, as well as all online products, media relations, monitoring and reporting. Prior to Medialink, Andrew was Partner in Image First Productions as well as the Founder and President of Iced Coffee Media, a company providing strategic and hands-on consulting to companies incorporating video into their online business practices. Andrew has also worked at some of the largest U.S. media companies including Viacom, Scholastic and Cablevision where he performed a variety of tasks from Production Managing broadcast TV programs to creating company divisions to manage all technology products.
