Dr. Morris was previously with Hollywood Riviera Studios, a creator of multimedia computer training and interactive hypertext multimedia CD-ROM programs. He is also the President of Morris Financial, Inc., a NASD member broker-dealer firm,. Morris has been active in funding, designing, negotiating and structuring Internet Infinity, Inc. George plans to remain active in guiding the future Partnerships and acquisitions for us. George was the West Coast Regional Director of the American Society for Training and Development, a Director of the South Bay Business Roundtable and a speaker on a number of topics relating to business, training and education. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association and numerous investment banking and venture banking organizations such as the Securities Industry Association, National Investment Banking Association, Southern California Investment Association,. George Morris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, and a Ph.D. (Doctorate) in Marketing and Finance and Educational Psychology from the University of Texas. Prior to founding the company and its Affiliates, Dr. Morris had 20 years of academic experience as a professor of Management, Marketing, Finance and Real Estate at the University of Southern California (1969 - 1971) and the California State University (1971 - 1998). During this period Dr. Morris had served as Chairman for the Management and Marketing Departments. Morris has retired from University teaching. Morris has created or been directly involved in the design, writing and development of numerous Internet web sites for Internet Infinity including, blankvideo.com, Greg Norman, iiemc.com, Northwestern University, spacecamp.com etc. He most recently taught University courses about Internet Marketing for domestic and foreign markets and Sales Force Management.

Charles J. Yesson, Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Strategic acquisition has over 35 years of successful experience in the financial services industry. His direct experience includes senior management of public corporations. Yesson has been a consultant to emerging companies as well a consultant to reorganization of troubled situations, As a member of the securities industry; he has raised capital and has been a published financial writer and public affairs speaker and commentator. Mr. Yesson holds a Master's Degree, PhD level study from New York University. He holds certificates in Education, Banking and International Finance. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy including flight training at Pensacola, Florida and was Air Force Intelligence Officer.
