Michael Beardsley has over 18 years of technology experience and over 9 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Beardsley founded Internet Securities in January 1999 and manages all operational and strategic aspects of the Firm. Prior to Internet Securities, Mike worked for Merrill Lynch in New York City for four years as a sell-side equity analyst covering the data networking and telecommunications equipment industries. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Beardsley was a management consultant at J.P. Morgan in New York City working in the Firm's telecommunications department. Mike was also a senior telecommunications equity analyst at Pacific Growth Equities in San Francisco. Prior to Mike's Wall Street career, he worked for Hewlett-Packard in Cupertino and Sunnyvale for seven and one half years in marketing management and telecommunications management roles. Mike's positions at HP included: Marketing Program Manager, Product Marketing Engineer, Telecom Operations Manager, and Telecom Engineer. Mr. Beardsley holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University, B.A. in economics from U.C. Berkeley, and A.S. in data communications from Foothill College. Mr. Beardsley possesses NASD Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
Rajesh Jha is the corporate vice president for Microsoft Office Live and Microsoft Exchange. In this capacity, Jha leads the teams responsible for worldwide development of Microsoft Office Live services, easy-to-use Web-based productivity services for information workers and small businesses, and Microsoft Exchange, one of the world's most popular communications systems. The technologies Jha and his team deliver are used daily by tens of millions of people via their PCs, the Web, and mobile phones. By pioneering new online productivity and communications services, Jha and his team are at the forefront of making Microsoft Corp.'s software-plus-services strategy a reality.
Jha has a long track record of positive contribution to Microsoft. Joining the company right out of university in 1990, he began his career as a software design engineer, developing five product releases with the Microsoft Works team. He moved on to create multimedia technologies in the Consumer Division and as a director of development worked for several years developing Internet technologies. Continuing his path of success in the company, Jha then became the general manager of Microsoft Office InfoPath and oversaw the launch of InfoPath 2003, as well as the planning for and early execution of Office InfoPath 2007 and form technologies in the 2007 Microsoft Office system.
Jha holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Chennai).

Motoko Kamiyama oversees the relationship between Internet Securities and its non- profit organization (NPO) partners to ensure the Firm is providing high quality financial services and consultation. Prior to Internet Securities Motoko worked for Canvas Capital and Japan External Trade Organization. In addition, Motoko has direct NPO experience at the Local Initiative Support Corporation, Japan U.S. Community Exchange & Education, and Legal Assistance for Seniors. Ms. Kamiyama holds a Masters of Non-profit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University and a B.A. in Linguistics and Education from Oberin University in Tokyo, Japan. Motoko Kamiyama possesses an NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is a registered representative of Internet Securities .
Johnson Hor is the Quality Improvement, Contracts and Compliance Manager at Walden House and the Relationship Manager at Internet Securities. Admitted 2003, California and Federal District Court. Admitted 2006, US Supreme Court. He is a LCSF life-member, American Bar Foundation Life Fellow, Coro Alum, and serves on various community boards.

Bill Carson is Internet Securities' NASD Series 27 licensed Financial Operations Principal. Mr. Carson is responsible for Internet Securities' financial reporting and NASD required internal records and FOCUS reports. In addition, Bill Carson advises the CEO on the prevailing NASD rules and regulations. Prior to Internet Securities, Mr. Carson worked as an examiner at the NASD from 1977-1980, and was part owner of a full clearing firm on the Pacific Stock Exchange, Kirchen & Co., from 1980-85. Bill Carson has an additional 14 years experience in Brokerage accounting serving as Financial and Operations Principal to several Bay Area brokerage firms.

provides an important advisory role to Internet Securities' Equity Research department. Mr Bellace has over 37 years of technology experience and over 33 years of investment management and investment banking experience. Joe worked for Merrill Lynch for 16 years in equity research where he achieved global recognition. Joe was ranked the number one research analyst in the Telecommunications Equipment sector for nine out of ten years in a row (1988-1998) by Institutional Investor (II) magazine. He was also a member of the II Data Networking team (ranked in the top four) from 1994-1998. Mr. Bellace's investment banking transactions included the lead manager on IPO for Cabletron Systems and the lead manager for secondary offering of Plantronics common stock. Also, senior co-manager on IPO for Lucent Technologies and co-manager for IPO and secondary financings for Advanced Fibre Communications and General Instrument. In terms of mergers and acquisitions, Joe was a key member of the team advising Boston Technology in their merger with Comverse Technology. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Bellace spent eight years at Bank of New York as a senior equity research analyst responsible for fundamental research on information processing industry (mainframe computers, mini computers, computer services, telecom equipment, etc). Joe also held research analyst positions at CNA Financial and Dupont Glore Forgan. Prior to Mr. Bellace's investment management and research career, Joe spent four years at AT&T as a sales manager for major accounts purchasing customer premise equipment in New Jersey. Joe was also a data communications specialist for selected major accounts. Mr. Bellace holds a M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate School. Joe was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (Economics Honorary Society). He also attained a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and a B.A. degree in Economics from Bucknell University where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi (Engineering Honorary Society) and Omicron Delta Kappa (Leadership Honorary Society).
