Mr. Klaus is Founder & CEO of Klaus Entertainment, Inc. and Founder & CTO of Internet Security Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISSX). Mr. Klaus is regarded as one of the world's foremost security experts. He provides high-level security consultation to a number of global government organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was selected to co-chair the Technical Standards and Common Criteria Task Force for the Department of Homeland Security National Cyber Security Summit. The task force is one of five private sector sponsored task forces to address cyber security issues within the President's National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace and will be recommending metrics and action for implementation to the Department of Homeland Security.

Allen Vance has more than 18 years of experience in software development, product management, and OEM business development in the software and network services industries, including director roles at AT&T and Internet Security Systems. Earlier in his career, Vance served as technology director at a vertical-market network services provider that was acquired by AT&T in 1989. Vance received a B.S. in information and computer science, and an M.S. in management of technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Combining an impressive background in "real world" security experience with extensive software engineering and management experience, Roger Cooley comes to IntelliSentry from Internet Security Systems (ISS), where he was Vice President of the Security Management Applications business unit. He played an integral role in the ISS transition from a software company to a service and solutions provider. Prior to ISS, Mr. Cooley was Vice President and Enterprise Information Security Officer at Prudential Insurance Company, where he established and staffed the company's first Information Security Office. In addition to organizing and defining company-wide security activities and standards, Roger. created a number of internal structures to support Prudential's Information Security Office as a critical and ongoing function. These included creating a network of line-of-business Information Security Officers, a security operations control center for real-time monitoring and testing, and the Prudential Computer Emergency Response Team (PruCERT), which participated as a member of the Forum for Incident Response Team (FIRST). Earlier in his career, Mr. Cooley earned substantial mission-critical e-business/security systems expertise from positions with firms such as Bankers Trust/CertCo, LLC., JP Morgan, and Deloitte & Touche.

Sam Nunn is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. He served as a United States Senator from Georgia for 24 years (1972-1996), having first entered politics as a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives, and is retired from the law firm King & Spalding. In addition to his work with NTI, Senator Nunn has continued his service in the public policy arena as a distinguished professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and as chairman of the board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC. Senator Nunn has also served in the U.S. Coast Guard both in active duty and in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve. He attended Georgia Tech, Emory University and Emory Law School, where he graduated with honors.
