Felix Diaz is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Interphase Corporation. He is responsible for contributing to the long range technology vision for the company and assessing advanced technology, emerging technologies, and strategic product planning. In addition, he leads all engineering organizations. Thomas N. Tipton, Jr. is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Interphase Corporation. Tipton is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Company, including financial reporting, tax, planning and treasury matters. Tipton joined the Interphase in January 2000 and became the Corportate Controller and Director of Finance that same year, a position he held until becoming Chief Financial Officer in December of 2005. Deborah Shute is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Interphase Corporation. Since 1999, she has been responsible for the company's worldwide Human Resources function, including workforce planning and organizational design, compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, recognition and morale initiatives, training and development, and safety. Shute brings nearly 20 years of HR generalist experience within both the telecommunications and computer industries. She was eventually responsible for key downsizing initiatives at the company during the consolidation of the PC market in late 90's. From 1987-1994, Shute was the head of Human Resources for Proctor & Associates, a designer and manufacturer of E-911 equipment for the telecommunications industry in Redmond, WA. She was also Branch Manager from 1984-1987 with Staff Resources, Inc., an HR consulting/employee leasing firm in Northern California, where she was responsible for growing the business, as well as for all HR-related functions for client companies. Shute received her B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento, and her A.A. in General Business from American River College in Sacramento. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Dallas HR Association, and sits on the Texas Council HR Committee for the American Electronics Association.

Jim Gragg is the Vice President of Operations and Fulfillment for Interphase Corporation. Gragg is responsible for all aspects of the company's manufacturing facility which includes manufacturing, manufacturing and test engineering, operations, and customer fulfillment. Gragg has over 25 years hands-on and leadership experience in the design, manufacture, and delivery of technical products. Marc DeVinney is the Vice President of Engineering for Interphase Corporation. DeVinney joined Interphase in August 2007 as Vice President Engineering responsible for all aspects of the planning, development and delivery of Interphase products. Prior to joining Interphase, DeVinney spent 25 years with Alcatel serving predominantly in the US, but also in Belgium and France during his tenure. Most recently, DeVinney served as Director of Operations Improvement in the Mobile Solutions Division based in Paris. Randall McComas is the Vice President of Global Sales for Interphase. Since 2002, Randall has been responsible for the company's domestic and international sales organizations as well as the global marketing and customer support functions. McComas brings to Interphase more than 20 years of experience in the computer and telecommunications industries. Yoram Solomon is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Interphase Corporation.
