Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries in the areas of sales and marketing, business development, strategic advisory, and finance. Prior to joining Worldview, he was with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown's Global Investment Banking group and led their Semiconductor Investment Banking practice. He joined Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in 1996 as the Senior Equity research analyst covering the semiconductor and EDA industries. During his career, Bruce has provided strategic and investment advice to numerous leading private and public semiconductor and EDA companies. Some notable firms include Atmel, Amkor, ChipPac, Cooper and Cyan (acquired by Cadence) Infineon, Intersil, Level One Communications (acquired by Intel), Macronix, MEMC, MIPS Technologies, Mobility Electronics, Phillips Semiconductor, and Pixelworks (Nasdaq: PXLW), where he serves on the Board of Directors. Before entering the financial services industry in the mid 1990s, he held a number of executive management positions over a 17 year career in the semiconductor industry that has included work with start-up companies as well as large multinational firms such as Texas Instruments, VLSI Technology, and Cirrus Logic. In addition to his Pixelworks Board seat, Bruce currently serves on the board of Fyrestorm, a Worldview IV portfolio company, Bruce holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a B.S in Mathematics from Texas State University, and has performed graduate work in electrical engineering at the University of Texas Austin.
David B. Bell, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer on February 13, 2008, Mr. Bell served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the Company from April 2, 2007 to February 12, 2008. Chris Henningsen joined Primarion in April 2005 as vice president of sales, where he is responsible for driving Primarion's revenue growth with customers worldwide, focusing on increasing market penetration and accelerating demand for digital power ICs. Previously, Henningsen was the senior executive of global Marketing for Intersil Corporation, a high performance analog semiconductor company with annual revenues in excess of $500M. He was responsible for deploying worldwide marketing programs that directly supported the business objectives and aggressive growth plans in its high performance analog and power management business units. Mr. Henningsen, prior to that, was VP of Marketing at Intersil for PRISM Wireless Products. As the chief marketeer for PRISM, Mr. Henningsen successfully promoted and expanded Intersil's leadership role in the IEEE 802.11 wireless local area network (WLAN) market, planning and launching several major product introduction campaigns during that time. Henningsen joined Harris Semiconductor in 1990 and actively participated in the launch of Intersil when it separated from Harris in 1998. During his years with Harris, he held management positions of increasing responsibility in marketing for several product lines including high speed linear, video, digital signal processing, data acquisition, multimedia and wireless communications. Henningsen also served in various sales and marketing management positions at Analog Devices, Setra Systems, and Applied Measurements. Mr. Henningsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Vermont.
Jonathan Kennedy, Interim Chief Financial Officer . Mr. Kennedy has served as Intersil s Interim Chief Financial Officer since December 3, 2008. From April 2005 to December 2, 2008, he was Intersil s Corporate Controller. From June 2004 to April 2005, he was Intersil s Director of Finance. Rajeeva Lahri is Intersil's Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Technology; he also serves as our Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Lahri joined Elantec in April 2001 as Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations. Prior to accepting this position, Mr. Lahri served as Senior Vice President and COO for Tessera Inc., a company that provides intellectual property for chip-scale packaging. Prior to Tessera, Mr. Lahri served as Senior Vice President and Deputy CTO for Philips Semiconductor. Previously Mr. Lahri was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Technology and Customer Engineering for VLSI Technology Inc., prior to its acquisition by Philips Semiconductor.
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Corporate Marketing, David Loftus oversees worldwide OEM and Distributor sales, Global Customer Care Network, and Marketing Communications for Intersil Corporation.
Mr. Loftus was previously at Xilinx, Inc. for 17 years, most recently holding the position of Vice President and General Manager of the General Products Division at Xilinx. Prior to that, his positions at Xilinx included General Manager of the CPLD Division, and Vice President/Managing Director of Xilinx Asia Pacific. In his Asia Pacific executive position, Mr. Loftus was based in Hong Kong where his primary role was to build an organization and market strategy capable of supporting customers in the region including the key markets of Korea, Taiwan, ASEAN, India, Australia and China. His responsibilities included direct sales, field applications, distribution, regional marketing and customer service. He was in this role for over three years before moving into a product division general manager role for Xilinx in San Jose, California. Mr. Loftus also held the position of Regional Sales Manager - Southeast United States, as well as other positions with growing responsibility while at Xilinx. Prior to joining Xilinx, Mr Loftus was a Research Engineer and Program Manager at Georgia Tech Research Institute for seven years.

As Senior Vice President of the Power Management Products Group, Peter Oaklander oversees Intersil's Consumer, Computing, Industrial, Communications, Automotive, and Specialty businesses.
Mr. Oaklander was previously senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and oversaw worldwide OEM and Distributor sales for Intersil Corporation. Prior to joining Intersil, Mr. Oaklander was at Analog Devices for 20 years, most recently holding the position of vice president and general manager of Power Management products in the Analog Semiconductor division. Prior to that, his positions at Analog Devices included vice president and general manager of Analog Devices’ Silicon Valley Operations, managing director of the Asia Pacific region, director of Consumer Sales and Analog Semiconductor Components division Field Marketing in Japan, as well as other positions with growing responsibility.
While managing director of the Asia Pacific region for Analog Devices, Mr. Oaklander was located in Hong Kong and was responsible for direct sales, distribution channel management, technical applications, marketing communications, public relations and customer service for the region. He was in this role for four years before moving into a product division general manager role for Analog Devices in Santa Clara, California.
Mr. Oaklander holds a BSEE degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York and an MBA degree from the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong.
Sagar Pushpala is Intersil's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Technology. Mr. Pushpala joined Intersil in December 2004 as the Vice president of Wafer Fab and Foundry Operations. Prior to joining Intersil, he served as the Director of Wafer Fab Operations at Maxim Integrated Products where he held responsible positions in their six-inch and eight-inch wafer fabrication lines. Prior to Maxim, Mr. Pushpala served as the Director of Process Technology Development at National Semiconductor where he was responsible for module development in their eight-inch R&D wafer fab. He was instrumental in the qualification of the first eight-inch fabs at both National Semiconductor and Maxim Integrated Products. Over his 20+ year career, Mr. Pushpala has held various senior engineering management positions at National Semiconductor, Saratoga Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices. He is on the Executive Board of the Fab Owners Association (FOA) and Telefunken Semiconductor. Mr. Pushpala holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India.
Susan Hardman is senior vice president of Intersil’s Analog Mixed Signal products group. Prior to her current role, Ms. Hardman has served as vice president and general manager of Intersil’s Automotive and Specialty products group and vice president of Intersil’s Corporate Marketing. Ms. Hardman has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. She joined Intersil from Exar Corporation, where she was vice president and general manager of the company’s Interface products division. Prior to that, she served as vice president of Corporate Marketing and director of Product Marketing for Exar.
Before Exar, Ms. Hardman worked for VLSI Technology for eight years and held a variety of management positions, most recently as director of Product Marketing for the company’s Networking products group. Ms. Hardman began her career with Motorola, where she worked for six years in a variety of engineering roles.
Ms. Hardman holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. She was also named an Outstanding Chemical Engineer by Purdue University in 2004.
Vern Kelley is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Intersil Corporation. Mr. Kelley joined Intersil in February 2003 and is responsible for overseeing human resource activities for all of Intersil's global locations. He joins Intersil from National Semiconductor where he was VP of Human Resources for their product divisions. In his 19-year tenure at National, Kelley held a variety of leadership positions within human resources, most recently partnering with business group leaders to ensure that the human resource efforts supported each business group's strategic direction. He oversaw HR activities associated with National's acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities which included joint ventures and acquisitions in China and Europe. His HR management experience includes development and implementation of performance management, success sharing, productivity improvement, and training and development programs. Before joining National in 1983, Mr. Kelley was a division employee relations manager for Allstate Insurance Company. Kelley is a recipient of the 2007 HR Symposium "HR Excellence" Award. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way Silicon Valley. He earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.

Davin Lee is vice president and general manager of Intersil’s Consumer Power products group, which markets high-performance power solutions for the consumer electronics market. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee was VPGM of the Industrial and Communications Products group and served two years as vice president of Intersil’s General Purpose Power products group. He joined Intersil after the acquisition of Xicor, Inc., where he served as vice president of Marketing for three years. Mr. Lee came to Xicor from Altera Corporation, where he was a strategic business manager for two years. Prior to Altera, he spent seven years at National Semiconductor working in various sales and engineering roles.
Mr. Lee holds a BSEE degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Huibert Verhoeven is Vice President and General Manager of Intersil's High Speed Products group, which develops and markets high performance analog and mixed signal solutions for a broad set of consumer and communication applications. He joined Intersil from National Semiconductor Corporation, where he was the Design Director for the Precision and Low-Voltage/Low-Power amplifier group. Mr. Verhoeven was a driving force behind the development of National Semiconductor's Precision Product strategy. He managed two US-based and two International development centers and was the Managing Director of National Semiconductor's subsidiary in the Netherlands. Mr. Verhoeven holds an MSEE and Ph.D. degree from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands. He holds US and international patents and is the author of over 10 peer-reviewed and trade publication articles.

Michael Althar is vice president and general manager of Intersil's Specialty Products group. Previously, Mr. Althar served four years as vice president of Marketing and Applications for Intersil’s Core and High Reliability products including military, radiation hardened, custom and commlink products serving the high reliability, space, medical and communications markets. Responsibilities in this role included establishment of Intersil's Bangalore, India design center and leading corporate Reliability and Package Engineering organizations. Prior to that, he served three years as vice president and plant manager of Intersil’s Ohio-based wafer fab operations. Mr. Althar came to Intersil from Harris Corporation where he spent 16 years in a variety of engineering and management roles, including two years as director of product/test/assembly engineering at Harris' Malaysian assembly and test facility.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Sferrazza served one year as vice president and four years as director of Intersil’s Power Management IC Design group. Prior to that, he spent two years as senior manager of IC Design and Applications for Desktop/Server power products. Mr. Sferrazza came to Intersil from Harris Corporation, where he worked for three years as senior manager of Microcontroller Design and Applications and three years as a senior principal member of Microcontroller Design Engineering. Prior to Harris, Mr. Sferrazza held various positions in microcontroller design, applications, and product marketing management for GE/RCA Solid State.
Mr. Sferrazza holds a BSES degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Yale University. He holds 10 U.S. patents.
Roger Levinson is Vice President and General Manager of the Precision Products Area within the Analog and Mixed Signal Product Group. His organization is focused on precision amplifiers, precision data converters, switch and interface products. Prior to his current role, Mr. Levinson held the position of Vice President of Design Engineering for the Analog and Mixed Signal Product Group. Prior to his tenure at Intersil, Mr. Levinson held Director of Engineering positions at Xicor Corp and Exar Corp. Mr. Levinson was a founder of Analog Integration Partners LLC (acquired by Xicor) - which provided advanced analog front end solutions for system-on-a-chip manufacturers in the areas of video, wireline and wireless communications including wireless LAN, Bluetooth and Gigabit Ethernet. Mr. Levinson has extensive experience in signal path and high performance analog electronics that span a broad number of market areas. Mr. Levinson holds a BSEE and MSEE in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Davis and has been granted over 15 U.S. patents.

James Diller, Sr. was a founder of PMC-Sierra, Inc., or PMC, serving as PMC's CEO from 1983 to July 1997 and president from 1983 to July 1993. He has been a director of PMC since its formation in 1983. Diller was chairman of PMC's board of directors from July 1993 until February 2000, when he became vice chairman. He also serves as a director of Intersil Corporation, and is the chairman of the board of Summit Microelectronics.

Mr. Pokelwaldt retired as the chairman and CEO of YORK International Corporation in November 1999. He was chairman and CEO of YORK since January 1993 and was previously president and chief operating officer of the company since 1991. He joined York as President of Applied Systems Worldwide, a YORK Division, in 1988. Prior to joining YORK, Pokelwaldt was chairman and CEO of Frick Co., which was acquired by York in May 1987. He has also served as president and CEO of R.G. Sloan, a Susquehanna Company, and as division vice president for Spalding Fibre Company of Tonawanda, New York. Gary Gist is Chairman of Intersil's Board of Directors. Mr. Gist has been one of the Company's directors since the Company's inception in August of 1999. Mr. Gist is a member of the Compensation Committee. Currently, Mr. Gist is the President and CEO of Palomar Companies LLC (Palomar). Currently, Palomar is the parent company for Palomar Technologies, Inc., a capital equipment supplier to semiconductor, disk drive, and other electronic manufacturers, and Palomar Display Products, Inc., a supplier of FLIR displays to the US Military. From mid-1993 to 1995, Mr. Gist was the Division Manager of the Technology Products Division of Hughes Industrial Electronics Company. Mr. Gist led a leveraged buy-out of the division which became Palomar. Since 1995, Palomar has bought and sold several companies in the Palomar Group including HID, an RFID access control company. Prior to that, Mr. Gist served as President of Transworld Communication, a manufacturer of radio communications equipment for the worldwide markets. He was also a former CPA with Touche & Ross.
