Mr. Bell is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to this role, Mr. Bell had served as Intersil's President and Chief Operating Officer. Chris Henningsen joined Primarion in April 2005 as vice president of sales, where he is responsible for driving Primarion's revenue growth with customers worldwide, focusing on increasing market penetration and accelerating demand for digital power ICs. Previously, Henningsen was the senior executive of global Marketing for Intersil Corporation, a high performance analog semiconductor company with annual revenues in excess of $500M. He was responsible for deploying worldwide marketing programs that directly supported the business objectives and aggressive growth plans in its high performance analog and power management business units. Vern Kelley is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Intersil Corporation. Mr. Kelley joined Intersil in February 2003 and is responsible for overseeing human resource activities for all of Intersil's global locations. He joins Intersil from National Semiconductor where he was VP of Human Resources for their product divisions. In his 19-year tenure at National, Kelley held a variety of leadership positions within human resources, most recently partnering with business group leaders to ensure that the human resource efforts supported each business group's strategic direction. Huibert Verhoeven is Vice President and General Manager of Intersil's High Speed Products group, which develops and markets high performance analog and mixed signal solutions for a broad set of consumer and communication applications. Howard E. Rothman joined General Counsel Advisors P.A. in October 2002, after 2 years as Intersil Corporation's Acting General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to the spin-out of Intersil Corporation from Harris Corporation, Howard served as in-house counsel for 25 years in various capacities of increasing responsibility, finishing as Senior Division Counsel and the number two attorney in the Harris Corporation Semiconductor Sector, forerunner of Intersil Corporation. Howard is a 1973 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Florida and each state's respective federal courts. Howard has practiced in the legal areas of contract and commercial law, secured transactions, government contracting, corporate transactional law, intellectual property law, other than patents, corporate governance, employment law and construction law. Howard has represented 29 different divisions of Harris Corporation with regard to business ranging from manufacture and sale of printing presses, radio and television production equipment, government products and services to semiconductors.

Dr. Yang is a veteran of more than 10 years in power electronics industry with a wide range of experience. Since 2000, Dr. Yang has been with Intersil as a Sr. Applications Engineer, providing definitions and applications support for power management IC's. Before joining Intersil, Dr. Yang was a Member of Technical Staff with Lucent Power Systems since 1999, designing system power supply for computer servers. Dr. Yang was as a lead engineer for system power supplies for mobile base stations and 2-way radios in Motorola since 1994. Dr. Yang received MS, Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and received his Bachelor from Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Mr. Pokelwaldt retired as the chairman and CEO of YORK International Corporation in November 1999. He was chairman and CEO of YORK since January 1993 and was previously president and chief operating officer of the company since 1991. He joined York as President of Applied Systems Worldwide, a YORK Division, in 1988. Prior to joining YORK, Pokelwaldt was chairman and CEO of Frick Co., which was acquired by York in May 1987. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries in the areas of sales and marketing, business development, strategic advisory, and finance. Prior to joining Worldview, he was with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown's Global Investment Banking group and led their Semiconductor Investment Banking practice. He joined Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in 1996 as the Senior Equity research analyst covering the semiconductor and EDA industries. During his career, Bruce has provided strategic and investment advice to numerous leading private and public semiconductor and EDA companies. Some notable firms include Atmel, Amkor, ChipPac, Cooper and Cyan (acquired by Cadence) Infineon, Intersil, Level One Communications (acquired by Intel), Macronix, MEMC, MIPS Technologies, Mobility Electronics, Phillips Semiconductor, and Pixelworks (Nasdaq: PXLW), where he serves on the Board of Directors. Before entering the financial services industry in the mid 1990s, he held a number of executive management positions over a 17 year career in the semiconductor industry that has included work with start-up companies as well as large multinational firms such as Texas Instruments, VLSI Technology, and Cirrus Logic. In addition to his Pixelworks Board seat, Bruce currently serves on the board of Fyrestorm, a Worldview IV portfolio company, Bruce holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a B.S in Mathematics from Texas State University, and has performed graduate work in electrical engineering at the University of Texas Austin.
