Mr. Sepulveda has served as a director since June 2007. Mr. Sepulveda has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Battery System International, Inc. ( Interstate Battery ) , a seller of automotive and commercial batteries, since March 2004 and was its Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2004. Prior to joining Interstate Battery, he was with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick in Austin, New York and San Francisco for 11 years. Mr. Sepulveda serves as chairman of our Audit Committee and is designated as the Audit Committee financial expert. Mr. Sepulveda was nominated by the Mitchell Investors.

Mickey Elam is vice president of Interstate's All Battery Group and e-commerce. He graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and joined Interstate in 2000. Mickey previously worked with the public accounting firm KPMG and brings a 15-year commercial real estate background to Interstate. Mickey is also President of Interstate Batteries Franchising & Development, Inc.

Merv Tarde is vice president of Interstate's Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and minors in chemistry and astronomy. Merv sets the strategic direction for IT and oversees all IT based networks, systems and resources serving customers throughout the Interstate Batteries System. He is also responsible for Interstate's office facilities and real estate. Prior to joining Interstate in 1998, he spent over 20 years in Telecom starting with Bell Laboratories and ending up with AT&T Wireless where he held several executive level positions.

Alex Louis is vice president of Interstate's company-owned distribution network, known as Interstate Owned Territories. Prior to joining Interstate in 2001, Alex was involved in the private equity business working as a contract executive with early stage business formations and turnaround opportunities. He also worked as a management consultant specializing in operational improvement and marketing and strategic planning. Since joining Interstate, he's served as director of Interstate Battery Franchising and Development, vice president of All Battery and vice president of the Interstate Owned Territory Eastern Region. Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Southwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.

In 1979, Billy Norris started his career at Interstate Batteries as a hot-shot warehouse person. Later, he held the positions of route sales manager, national sales representative, director of distributor development and director of national accounts. Now, as vice president of national accounts, Billy focuses on getting Interstate and its distributors in a position to grow in the retail world, while maintaining and growing the businesses the company has today.

Charles Suscavage is vice president of Interstate's Advertising and Public Relations group. He began his career with Interstate in 1989 as director of public relations and earned a bachelor's degree in business from Villanova University. When he joined Interstate Batteries, Charles brought 15 years of marketing and public relations experience gained at Frito-Lay. Prior to Frito-Lay, he taught at Rutgers University and was an officer in the U.S. Army.

Chris Antonio joined Interstate in 2002 as the director of supply chain operations (All Battery), and now serves as the vice president of supply chain management. Before coming to Interstate, Chris worked for EDS, Ericsson and AT&T Wireless. Chris' background gave him the skills he uses to lead Interstate's supply chain management group to be the best they can be. Every day, supply chain operations manages everything from out of the ground to the supplier to the customer procurement, distribution, quality, customer service and the transportation inbound and outbound to the customer.

Chris Antoniou joined Interstate in 2002 as the director of supply chain operations (All Battery), and now serves as the vice president of supply chain management. Before coming to Interstate, Chris worked for EDS, Ericsson and AT&T Wireless. Chris' background gave him the skills he uses to lead Interstate's supply chain management group to be the best they can be. Every day, supply chain operations manages everything from out of the ground to the supplier to the customer: procurement, distribution, quality, customer service and the transportation inbound and outbound to the customer.

Dennis Brown is vice president of Interstate's marketing/e-commerce group. He started his career with Sears after attending Wayne State University. Later, he worked at Johnson Controls, where he focused on original equipment batteries and gained experience in battery manufacturing, battery design and battery quality standards and control.

John is a life-long member at Southeastern. John works as a route sales manager for Interstate Batteries. John and Carla have been married since 1983 and have three children: Leah, Jacob, and Amanda. John was appointed an elder in January 2007.

NASCAR Racing: He pioneered Interstate's entry into NASCAR racing in 1989, and since Interstate teamed up with Joe Gibbs Racing in 1992, Miller has become well-known as a team sponsor figure. He and former Washington Redskins coach and race team owner Joe Gibbs share the philosophy to work hard to honor God. The team, featuring driver Bobby Labonte, captured the Winston Cup Championship in 2000, bringing Interstate Batteries unprecedented brand awareness levels.

Peter began his career in Facilities Management 20 years ago and has been employed at Interstate Batteries since 1991 as the Corporate Facilities Manger. He has developed the office environment through the company's growth from around 140 employees to an employee base of over 1400 today. He is responsible for long term strategic planning, space planning, construction management as well as the day to day operations of the Corporate Headquarters and two warehouse facilities. Peter joined the Dallas Chapter of IFMA in 1992 and has held various positions, both at the Chapter Committee and Board levels. Peter served for two years on the World Workplace Program Advisory Committee. He served as Chapter President from July, 2000 till July, 2002 and has maintained the chapter website for almost 10 years. This year he is serving as President. Peter feels it is a pleasure to serve the DFW Chapter because we have so many faithful, dedicated members that support us both financially and with volunteer hours. Peter has been married to Debi for 31 years and they have three daughters, one son-in-law and one grand daughter. He also serves as the President of his HOA Board in McKinney is on the board of directors for the Heritage Guild of Collin County, and he teaches an adult BFG class at First Baptist Church McKinney.
