Interwise

Mr. Porat has over 15 years in information technology operations including the buildout and management of hosted network services, voice and data networks and data centers as well as software implementation, support and support methodologies. Prior to his current role, he directed technology services, developed and managed Interwise technical support and call center operations for Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas operations. Porat holds a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration from Ruppin College.

John Donnelly has two decades of sales experience in enterprise software and telecommunications. He joined Interwise from CoManage Corporation where, as vice president of Worldwide Sales and Services, achieved over 300 percent revenue growth worldwide. Previously, Mr. Donnelly held similar positions at Longitude Systems, Kabira Technologies and positions at Synon Corporation, Automation Intelligence and Intellicorp. He graduated from Babson College with a degree in Information Technology Management and Marketing.

Mr. Kushner brings over 15 years of management and leadership to Interwise. Since joining Interwise in 1999, Kushner has led the development and expansion of Interwise's Customer Services organization, first in Europe and Asia and then globally. He previously worked for the Israel Prime Minister's Office, Yediot, and as a Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. He attended Haifa University, majoring in Economics and Business Administration.

Mr. Manzi has been a major figure in the information technology markets for more than 20 years. As Chairman, President and CEO of Lotus Development Corporation from 1984 until its sale to IBM in 1995, he was at the forefront of the PC software market, pioneering the development of the "workgroup computing" marketplace with a revolutionary product called Lotus Notes, years before network computing and the Internet were everyday phrases. Prior to Lotus, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked extensively with Fortune 500 clients as well as offshore clients in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Since 1995, with his investment company, Stonegate Capital, Mr. Manzi has been involved in the creation and development of numerous technology start-up ventures. He also serves as chairman of the board of Thermo Electron Corporation. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University where he created and chaired its Technology Committee. Mr. Manzi received his MA in International Relations from Fletcher School, and his BA in Classics from Colgate University.
