Sathyan Iyengar has over 15 years of management, operations, business development and engineering experience in the networking, embedded systems and computer industry. Mr. Iyengar has served as President and CEO since co-founding Intoto in 1998 and has been instrumental in positioning the company as a leading provider of Network-Centric security software platforms to OEMs in the communications market. Prior to Intoto, Mr. Iyengar co-founded Technology Rendezvous. Inc., an embedded systems and networking consulting company where he held business development and operational management positions. A seasoned investment executive of over 20 years, Katherine Jen founded AsiaTech Management in 1997. She has substantial experience in general business finance, deal structuring, and venture capital funding. Ms. Jen played a key role in setting up the first six venture funds in Taiwan and also helped start the successful semiconductor industry there. Since the inception of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's leading semiconductor foundry, Katherine had been heavily involved with the company's strategic decisions and became very instrumental in its infant stage. She then served as a member of the Board of Directors of TSMC in the late 1980s. Ms. Jen was the Director and Deputy Executive Secretary of the Development Fund of the Taiwanese government for seven years. She also worked closely with major banks in Taiwan and served as a board member of the International Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Ms. Jen sits on the board of a number of private companies and was a board member of Netscreen Technologies prior to the acquisition by Juniper. She received her LLB from National Taiwan University.
