George Heinrichs is cofounder and president of Intrado, a global provider of emergency communications infrastructure and services. A recognized emergency services expert, Mr. Heinrichs has played a key role in the evolution of the nation's 9-1-1 network and continues to influence 9-1-1 public policy. For his sustained support and leadership as well as his contributions to public safety and communications, Mr. Heinrichs has received numerous awards, including the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) William H. Stanton National 9-1-1 Service Award, the NENA President's Award and the Denver Telecom Professionals Executive of the Year. In 2005, Mr. Heinrichs received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Technology.

Stephen Meer is the cofounder and chief technology officer of Intrado Inc., a global provider of emergency communications infrastructure and services. An expert in public safety communications, Mr. Meer has made significant contributions to the advancement of the nation's 9-1-1 network. He is also actively involved with the development of 9-1-1 public policy and is a valued advisor to government and industry organizations such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Meer is a charter-certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP), RCA Fellow, and an active member of NENA, APCO International, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the National Sheriff's Association. In 2005 Mr. Meer received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Technology.

Nancy Casey is the corporate controller for Intrado. She has responsibility for all of Intrado's financial reporting. She brings over 15 years of diversified business advisory, management, financial and accounting experience to her position. A certified public accountant, Ms. Casey has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with multinational, multi-location companies in the high tech, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing industries. She joined Intrado in 2003 and was instrumental in establishing the company's Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance program. She also managed due diligence activities related to the acquisition of Intrado by West Corporation, a global outsourced communications solutions provider. Prior to joining Intrado, Ms. Casey was the corporate controller and treasurer for Wild Oats Markets, Inc. in Boulder, Colorado and was an audit manager for Price Waterhouse LLP in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Casey holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Christian Militeau has more than 15 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry with hardware, software and services companies. He currently works for Intrado, a division of West Corporation, based in Longmont where he is in charge of developing global emergency services communications standards for the public safety industry. He has a B.S. Electrical Engineering from the University of Provence in France, a M.S. Telecommunications and a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Militeau has been on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Connection since 2004.

Mr. Wade has served as a director since October 1999. His current term as a director expires at the 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Wade was the Chief Executive Officer of MediaOne Malaysia from 1997 until his retirement in 1999 and the Managing Director of MediaOne India, BPL/US West from 1996 to 1997. From 1981 through 1995, Mr. Wade held several positions with US West, including Vice President Network Operations, Vice President Network Infrastructure, Vice President Technical Services and President Information Technologies Group. Mr. Wade currently serves as a director of EFJ Inc. and of AmeritasAcacia Life Insurance Company. Mr. Wade is 67 years old.

Darrell is the Managing Director of DuSable Capital. Previously, Mr. Williams was the Chief Investment Officer of the Telecommunications Development Fund. Prior to TDF, he was the VP of Venture Capital for Ameritech Development Corporation, where he executed early stage venture capital investments in wireless communications equipment, Internet content, electronic commerce, vertical applications, and electronic security. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Williams was a Director in Ameritech's M&A Group and was involved in projects in wireless communications, voice messaging, network management software, independent local exchange carrier operations and competitive local transport. He has also worked at First National Bank of Chicago and Dean Witters Reynolds. He is a member of Urban Students Empowered Foundation's Board of Directors and serves as a Board Director, advisor and consultant to numerous private companies. He received a B.S. from DePaul University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Kronfeld founded JK&B in 1996. Mr. Kronfeld is an experienced venture capital investor and telecommunications industry executive with over 30 years of experience. Prior to forming JK&B, Mr. Kronfeld was a General Partner at Boston Capital Ventures ("BCV") where he focused on making venture capital investments in companies in the telecommunications and software industries. Before joining BCV, Mr. Kronfeld was with Ameritech where he was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Venture Investments responsible for directing Ameritech's venture capital investments in a broad array of telecommunications-related companies and all of Ameritech's mergers and acquisitions activities. In addition, Mr. Kronfeld was a Senior Manager at Booz Allen & Hamilton and a Systems Analyst at Electronic Data Systems (E.D.S.). Mr. Kronfeld earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with high honors and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business.

Mr. James has served as a director since October 1999. His current term as a director expires at the 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. James has been an independent executive business consultant since 1993 and has served as the Managing Partner of Boulder Telecom Partners since October 1999, Boulder Telecom Partners II since March 2001, Boulder Telecom Partners III since January 2004, Boulder Telcom Partners IV since January 2005, Boulder Telecom Partners V since January 2005, and Boulder Bancshares since March 2003. He also serves as a director of two other companies: First Western Bank Holding Company and LeftHand Networks, Inc. Mr. James has also served as a director of Stratagene Holding Corp. from January 1996 to August 2003. Mr. James is 61 years old.
