Coach Leslie is entering his 12th year of coaching football, having served as the defensive coordinator for the varsity program for the past four seasons. He began coaching in 1996 within the North Surrey Minor Football system, spending the 2000 season as a head coach at the midget level. He then served as defensive co-ordinator for two years with the Tri-City Bulldogs (BCFC), helping guide the team to the only two winning seasons in club history. Leslie is an NCCP Level III certified coach, and has coached at many camps in Canada and the USA. A product of the North Surrey Minor Football program, he played football at the University of British Columbia from 1994 to 1997, and was a member of the 1997 National Championship team. He served as a graduate assistant with the Thunderbirds in 1998 and graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Science degree. Coach Leslie works as a software development manager for Intrawest. He and his wife Amy, a New Westminster school teacher, live in the Glenbrook neighborhood of New Westminster.

Mr. Willmott is delighted to promote Paul Sparrow to the position of Vice President and General Manager. Paul has been involved in the development of minor football and lacrosse in Surrey for the last seven years. He currently is a marketing analyst for Intrawest which operates 11 ski resorts across North America including Whistler/Blackcomb. Paul will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the Junior A and Intermediate A Clubs including the game day presentation, minor lacrosse and sponsor relations. An Assistant General Manager will be appointed to assist Paul and to manage the Intermediate A club.
