Introgen Therapeutics Inc.

J. David Enloe, Jr., joined Introgen in March 1995. He has served as General Business Manager and Vice President, Administration, and he is currently Senior Vice President, Operations. From 1989 to 1995, he held various positions at Centrilift, a division of Baker Hughes, Inc., an energy services company, including Region General Manager, Southeast Asia, and he worked at Arthur Andersen LLP as an accountant prior to that time. Mr. Enloe is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.B.A. in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

G. Thomas Finnegan III joined Introgen in March 2001 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. From 1999 to March 2001, he was employed in the Health Care Investment Banking division of SG Cowen. From 1996 to 1997, he was an equity analyst for Forstmann Partners LP. Prior to 1996, he worked with various hedge funds as a trader and an analyst. Mr. Finnegan earned his M.B.A. from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and his B.A. in finance from the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Zumstein joined Introgen in 1995. He has served as a Program Manager and Associate Director of Research, and is currently Associate Vice President of Research. Dr. Zumstein has been working in biotechnology since 1993, in both research and preclinical drug development. Dr. Zumstein received his B.S. from Florida State University, and his Ph.D. from Harvard University in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Post-doctoral work at Harvard and Stanford focused on protein-nucleic interactions using both molecular and genetic approaches.

Ms. Burke has served as Director of Corporate Communications for Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. since 1999 and prior to that held various operations positions since joining Introgen in 1995. Prior to joining Introgen, she helped establish the legislative relations practice at Winstead Sechrest & Minick P.C. and prior to that worked for the Texas State Senate. Ms. Burke holds a bachelor's degree from Southwestern University. She is also a graduate of The Fund for American Studies, an economic and political science curriculum conducted at Georgetown University.

Daniel D. Von Hoff, M.D., is the Director of the Arizona Cancer Center in Tucson, Arizona, and a professor of medicine in the Department of Medicine of the University of Arizona. Dr. Von Hoff is a past President of the American Association for Cancer Research. Dr. Von Hoff is certified in medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Warren, an expert in nucleic acid technologies, has over 20 years experience in molecular genetics and biotechnology. She has led successful R&D activities at several companies including Introgen Therapeutics, Genta and Gen-Probe. Dr. Warren holds a PhD in molecular genetics from the University of Minnesota.

John N. Kapoor is a co-founder of Insys and has served as the Chairman of our board of directors since our inception. Dr. Kapoor has served as the President and Chairman of the board of directors of EJ Financial Enterprises, since forming the company in 1990. Dr. Kapoor is also the Managing Partner of Kapoor-Pharma Investments, an investment company that he founded in 2000. Dr. Kapoor serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Akorn, a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer from March 2001 to December 2002 and from May 1996 to November 1998. Dr. Kapoor also serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Option Care, a specialty pharmaceutical services company, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from August 1993 to April 1996. In addition, Dr. Kapoor serves as chairman of the board of directors of NeoPharm and serves as a member of the board of directors of Introgen Therapeutics, both publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies. Dr. Kapoor received his Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.S. in pharmacy from Bombay University in India.

William H. Cunningham, Ph.D., has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2000. Dr. Cunningham served as Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer of The University of Texas System from 1992 to 2000, in addition to holding the Lee Hage and Joseph D. Jamail Regents Chair in Higher Education Leadership. He served as President of The University of Texas at Austin, a component institution of the University of Texas System, from 1985 to 1992. He is currently a Professor of Marketing at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Cunningham serves on a number of public commissions, private corporate boards and in a number of advisory roles to corporations. Dr. Cunningham serves on the board of directors of John Hancock Advisers, Inc. and John Hancock Funds II and III. He also serves on the board of directors of Lincoln National Corporation, Southwest Airlines, Inc., LIN Television Corporation and Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc., each of which is a publicly-traded corporation. Dr. Cunningham received his Ph.D. and M.B.A. from Michigan State University. In 1993, he received an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Michigan State University.

S. MALCOLM GILLIS, 65, University Professor, Rice University since 2004; President, Rice University, 1993-2004; Ervin Kenneth Zingler Professor of Economics, Rice University, 1996-2004; Professor of Economics, Rice University, 1993-2004; joined Halliburton Company Board in 2005; member of the Health, Safety and Environment, the Nominating and Corporate Governance and the Management Oversight Committees; Director of Service Corporation International, Introgen Therapeutics, Inc., AECOM Technology, Electronic Data Services Corporation and the Vietnam Education Foundation.
