Jeff joined Riverside in 2006 from Intuit, Inc. where he was a corporate officer and President of Intuit Eclipse, a $50 million enterprise software provider serving electrical, plumbing and industrial distribution. At Intuit, he also led a turnaround of the $130 million financial supplies group restoring them to revenue and profit growth. Before joining Intuit, Jeff held a series of increasingly responsible line management jobs at GE Industrial Systems and Saint-Gobain Abrasives. While at GE, Jeff led the $170 million residential electrical business and was trained as a 6Sigma Master Black Belt. Jeff is the holder of two US Patents for electro-mechanical devices (Patent #'s 6,950,725 and 6,741,439). He has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor's in Economics from Colgate University.

Levin's keen insight into distributors' technology needs makes him a popular speaker at industry conferences. His numerous articles on technology for distributors have appeared in such respected publications as The Electrical Distributor, Electrical Wholesaling, ASA News, and many other publications. His tenured experience with Prophet 21's base of more than 3,400 customers proves invaluable as he guides the development and strategic direction of Prophet 21 CommerceCenter, Prophet 21 Acclaim, and Prophet 21 Trading Partner Connect, and is one of the driving forces in shaping future growth strategies for Prophet 21. Before his appointment as executive vice president, Levin held several other positions within Prophet 21, including Vice President Sales, Senior Programmer, Senior Analyst, Product Consultant, and Sales Representative. During his career as a sales representative, he was recognized as the top salesperson of the year for three years in a row. Levin earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in computer science from Rutgers University. He is active in the community, including serving on the board of directors for the Newtown Library Company, a private library in Newtown, PA.

Mr. Tunnell became one of our directors at the effective time of the Mergers. Mr. Tunnell is a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman LLC. He is also a director of GeoVera Insurance Group Holdings, Ltd., as well as the Chairman of the board of directors of Vertafore, Inc. He was formerly a director of Arch Capital Group Ltd., Blackbaud, Inc., and Eastern Sea Laem Chabang Terminal Co., Ltd. Mr. Tunnell is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 1994, Mr. Tunnell was employed by the Banking Group of Lazard Freres & Co. in New York. Mr. Tunnell graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
