Mario Chaves is currently CEO and Founder of Avantica Technologies, a leading provider of business and e-commerce solutions delivered via web-based systems, products and services. His 25 years of software development and engineering management experience spans a wide range of technology areas. His expertise is instrumental in helping companies analyze, design, implement, integrate and support their critical technological initiatives. Mario began his career at Hewlett-Packard, where, as an integral part of HP's engineering team, he gained a solid understanding of financial solutions, small business systems and consumer-oriented software development -- all key factors in the subsequent success of his later products. His engineering and product development expertise led to an extended tenure at Software Publishing Corporation, where he created Harvard Graphics, the market-leading product that redefined the presentation graphics software category. The product was primarily responsible for SPC's growth from a $20 million company to over $100 million in revenues. As Director of Product Development for Intuit, Mario led the development of new products for the Quicken product line. Later, as the company's Director of International Development, he managed Intuit's European and Latin American product lines and was responsible for leading a multi-million dollar research and development effort. In this role, he directed the effort to centralize product development in Europe to dramatically reduce the costs of producing localized product versions. In addition to the obvious technical challenge, Mario was successful in creating an effective engineering team consisting of representatives from major European countries, and integrating their efforts with U.S.-based development teams. As Chief Technology Officer at Babcock & Brown, a leading investment banking firm, Mario led a worldwide team responsible for all technology strategies and implementations. Chief among his accomplishments was a highly successful, international infrastructure conversion. He also managed all internal software development projects, including the successful delivery of a critical high-end financial modeling tool that had been in development for years previously. Most recently, he was VP Engineering and Chief Operating Officer at Cuica Corporation, where, in addition to overseeing company-wide operations, he directed all product development efforts. This included the creation of the Cuica Exchange, an automated exchange for buying and selling online advertising, which he scaled from 7 million ads served per month to over 11 million ads per day. Mario received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.

Angela has kept some impressive company over the last several years; rock stars, software giants, cable networks and a host of non-profits. Abobe Software, author Chuck Palahniuk, the World Wildlife Fund and indie rockers Modest Mouse rank among her most memorable projects. Angela's designs cover considerable creative ground. But beyond the Fortune 500 the work has always come first. And in that idea she has found a home in Fox Parlor. Originally from Seattle, WA, Angela was drawn to the varied cultures, wealth of artistic influences and, of course, the delicious food of San Francisco. Before joining Fox Parlor she worked as an art director, in-house designer and freelancer for several companies on the West Coast. When she's not exploring the city, collecting anatomical novelties, or causing mischief, she can be found carving linoleum for her second love, printmaking, in the hope her fine arts degree was not in vain. Ms. Dana Mitchell serves as a Staff Accountant and Certified QuickBooks/POS Pro Advisor for Adams & Harper, PA. She earned her accounting degree in 1992. Ms. Mitchell has over 14 years experience in the accounting profession both in private and public accounting. Some of her responsibilities currently are establishing the accounting software needs of new and existing clients, software installation and setup, training clients to use their accounting software, compilations, payroll and individual tax returns. Ms. Mitchell is also currently serving on the 2005-2007 National Intuit Advisory Council where she travels several times a year to California and works with various members of Intuit to assist with the improvements of their accounting software. She is active in our local Chamber of Commerce and participates on the Small Business Resource Center and the Small Business Seminars committees.

Mr. Tedesco co-founded Guardian in 2002 and serves as its President & Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for directing Guardian's overall vision, corporate strategy and operations. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Tedesco served as Chief Executive Officer of PayMyBills.com a consumer eFinance company he founded in early 1999. Mr. Tedesco led this 200-person company from concept stage to revenue generation and market leadership in the electronic bill presentment and payment sector. In less than 18 months, he raised $35 million in venture capital and grew the subscriber base from zero to 40,000 while earning numerous industry accolades for most valuable consumer web site including Yahoo's 10 Supremely Useful Sites, Time's Top 10 Sites, CIO Magazine's Top 50 Internet Sites and Forbes.com's Best of the Web. At the end of 2000, the company completed a $200 million merger with industry rival, Paytrust. The service is now owned and operated by Intuit (NYSE: INTU). Earlier in his career, Mr. Tedesco was General Manager of an Internet-based commercial real estate service he created while at the financial conglomerate GE Capital. His experience also includes working for the consulting firm McKinsey & Company as well as serving as an independent consultant to the venture capital community. Mr. Tedesco received his Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. in Information Strategy & Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

TPI was founded by Nickolai Vasilieff. Since 1987 TPI has worked with over 300 software titles and provided marketing consulting and management services to companies including Intuit, Control Data Corporation, Virtual Management, Corp. (for Autodesk, Inc.), Advanced Rendering Technology, Cyco Software, PI Integrated Systems, Inc., DCA Engineering (became Softdesk, Inc. - now part of Autodesk, Inc.), LandCADD (now Eagle Point), and Softsource, Inc. Nick also established and operated the first direct technical software sales company in the UK (Software Direct, Ltd.) and has continued to develop and maintain contact with a world wide network of distributors, resellers, media contacts, and associates in the technical software field. Nick has a degree in electrictronic engineering, business management, advanced studies in psychology and has started and managed 11 companies. He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial business, marketing, and management skills to his position as President of Third Party International, Inc. Nick also acts as manager of the Consulting Division.

Pamela G. Rhodes, Senior Partner, has worked with SRI for the past 9 years, having managed both comprehensive agency searches and client/agency relationship enhancement programs. Pam's expertise stems from a background of over 20 years experience on the client side where she has managed nationally advertised brands while working closely with over 25 major agencies. Currently, Pam also has her own consultancy, Rhodes Marketing, offering customized strategy, planning, positioning and advertising services to a broad spectrum of companies such as Clorox, The Quaker Oats Company, Charles Schwab, Intuit and Safeway Stores. Pam is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. degree in Psychology.

Scott Ludeke is Director of Engineering. Mr. Ludeke manages the engineering and technical operations for all GlobalEnglish products. His previous software experience includes the startup Personal News, Inc., and Intuit, where he worked on the Quicken.com team. Mr. Ludeke received his B.S. in geophysics from Stanford University.

Terrence Ryan began his design career as a full-time intern at a Cincinnati agency before receiving his degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Championing the user experience, he has spear-headed usability, web design, and identity projects at both start-ups and multi-national companies, including Intuit, Excite@Home, and Andale. Terrence also teaches and serves on the Macromedia Advisory Board for Dreamweaver. In his spare time, he runs an independent record label.

Wayne Labit serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for "The File Depot" parent company and "The File Depot" East St. Tammany in Slidell, La. Wayne has over 26 years experience in operations management and accounting. He is a Pro-Advisor for the Intuit Company's Software QuickBooks and has been a consultant to many companies teaching operational, administrative, personnel, accounting and software management. His expertise both as a trainer and in operations management gives "The File Depot" greater depth and ability to provide training and support to its Licensees. In addition to consulting, Labit has served on the board of directors for numerous private and community organizations. Wayne and his wife Mary have been married for 24 years. Mary works for "The File Depot" East St. Tammany in Slidell, La. They have 2 grown children, Stephen, a construction foreman with a local contractor, and Heather, in her second year of college.

Chris Brody is Chairman of Vantage Venture Partners, a private partnership with investments in a number of companies to which it serves as an advisor. Mr. Brody was a partner of Warburg, Pincus from 1972 to 1998, and, for over 15 years, served as a member of its Operating Committee which managed the private equity and venture capital activities of the firm. During this period, he was involved in all aspects of the firm, including start-up technology companies, large buy-outs and the international expansion of the firm's activities. He has served on boards of many portfolio companies, including particularly active roles as Chairman of ChipSoft (which was merged into Intuit), and a Founding Board member of the Gartner Group.

Stephen M. Bennett Private Investor and Consultant Director since 2004 Mr. Bennett has been a member of the Board of Directors of Intuit, Inc. since January 2000 and served as Intuit's President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2000 through December 2007. Prior to joining Intuit, a financial management software company, Mr. Bennett spent 23 years with General Electric Corporation. From December 1999 to January 2000, Mr. Bennett was an Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of GE Capital, the financial services subsidiary of General Electric Corporation. From July 1999 to November 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital e-Business, and he was President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Vendor Financial Services from April 1996 to June 1999. He also serves on the board of Qualcomm Incorporated.

John Johnston is co-founder of August Capital, and previously served as a general partner with two other venture capital firms, Technology Venture Investors (TVI) and Hambrecht & Quist Venture Partners (H&Q). During his venture career, John has invested in more than 25 companies, serving on more than 20 boards of directors. His high-technology venture investments include eShop (Microsoft), Frame Technology, Intuit, Insignia Solutions, Logic Automation (Synopsys), Saros (FileNet), Sybase, Visio and Xilinx.
