Vince Parry is responsible for developing and leading a broad range of agency and communications capabilities in New York. He is also the founder and leader of Y Brand, inVentiv Communications strategic branding group. Headquartered in Manhattan, this group offers branding strategy development, consensus-building brand behavior models, proprietary branding research, and branding hallmark design. Since joining inChord in November 2001, he has conducted branding initiatives for clients such as: Lilly (Zyprexa global franchise, oncology portfolio, Xigris), Abbott (Biaxin), Roche (corporate, Fortovase), Genentech (Rituxan, Raptiva), AstraZeneca (Pulmicort), Corporate One (corporate), and Emisphere (corporate). With expertise in creative services, branding and global new product planning, Mr. Parry previously served as executive vice president/Chief Creative Officer at Sudler & Hennessey for 13 years, where he created and led Signature, S&H's brand identity group. He also developed the agency's creative protocols and directed the integration of creative activity between all lines of S&H business on a global basis, as well as cross-servicing opportunities with parent company Young & Rubicam. His global branding experience includes Lipitor, Vioxx, Rocephin, Neupogen, Amevive, Xenical, Nolvadex, Tamiflu, Propecia, Nicotrol, Accolate, Effexor, Advil, Benadryl, Sudafed, Dove, Colgate and Sony. Before S&H, Mr. Parry served as Group Creative Director at Klemtner Advertising, leading the work on Wyeth, Procter & Gamble and Berlex, among other accounts.

Guy Mastrion has over 25 years of strategic and creative expertise across a wide range of advertising communications. From local to national and international advertising campaigns, from post cards to television, radio, internet, his unique combination of talents and creativity continue to be a driving force for Palio and their clients. Tyrone Brewer, COO of inVentiv Patient Outcomes, is responsible for assisting in strategic planning, financial planning and forecasting; identifying investment/growth opportunities, new opportunities, new or emerging services and new companies for the Patient Outcomes Group. Before joining inVentiv Patient Outcomes, Mr. Brewer provided key leadership at The Franklin Group, most recently in the role of Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Brewer's prior positions include Product Director for PROCRIT at Ortho Biotech where he led the building and execution of the strategic business plan for the Nephrology franchise. He was the Senior Global Marketing Director for Anti-infectives at Aventis Pharmaceuticals where he led the worldwide development and implementation of the global leadership marketing strategy, global product positioning, pricing strategies, brand development and communication strategies. Mr. Brewer has also held a variety of roles in sales, training, sales management and marketing. He holds B.A. from the College of New Jersey.

Brad Patten is Senior Vice President of Business Development, inVentiv Commercial, which includes the Selling Solutions and Strategy and Analytics divisions. Mr. Patten joined inVentiv in 1998 and has provided great leadership to the organization in various roles, including National Business Director, Director of Sales Training and Management Development, Sr. Director of Recruiting Services and Operations, Executive Director of Managed Markets and Business Development, and Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Business Development. Kristopher Coombs leads inVentiv Communications' HR department and oversees all related functions including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, organizational development and talent management for all 13 of inVentiv Communications' companies. Coombs joined inVentiv from Kao Brands, a $1 billion global consumer products company that markets brands such as Jergens, Curel, Biore and John Frieda. He was a member of Kao's HR team (formerly Andrew Jergens Company) for more than 10 years, most recently as vice president of human resources and administration. While there, Coombs led the company's talent management program, managed integration efforts of mergers and acquisitions, led organizational restructuring and developed and implemented strategic HR processes. Prior to Kao, he spent eight years in management roles at Employers Resource Association, a non-profit organization providing training and HR consulting to member companies. Bryan Horveath is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Ventiv Professional Development Group. Mr. Horveath leads a team of training professionals that design, develop and deliver quality training and development services. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Horveath ran Client Training and Development, where he was responsible for overseeing the management and representative training function for several inVentiv contracts. Mr. Horveath brings more than 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of training and development, performance improvement, business development, sales management and marketing on both the client and vendor sides of the business. His diverse sales, marketing and training experience covers a wide range of therapeutic classes, including cardiology, CNS, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pain management and women's health. Mr. Horveath received his B.S. degree in Microbiology from the Pennsylvania State University, and he will be recognized in the 2006-2007 edition of the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. Mark Frank serves as EVP/Managing Director over GSW Worldwide's Newtown, Pennsylvania office, which opened in 2006. Prior to leading the establishment of that office, he worked for eight years at GSW Worldwide's Columbus office, where he held positions of increasing levels of responsibility, managing accounts for Zyprexa, Prevacid, Cymbalta, Topamax, Strattera, Lupron and CIGNA Healthcare. Prior to joining GSW Worldwide in 1998, Mr. Frank served as Marketing Director for Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for several brands in therapeutic categories including neuroscience, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and immunology. Mr. Frank also served as a consultant with Corporate Health Strategies before working at Novartis. Additional accounts that he has worked on include Sears, Alcoa, General Motors and LTV Steel Corp. During the course of his career, Mr. Merlino has had the opportunity to work closely with executives at every level within the health care arena. In his tenure with PROMOTECH, he has led the company through five major company expansions, including the latest, a new 100,000 sq ft. literature distribution center. These changes have enhanced the capabilities available to PROMOTECH clients and positioned this inVentiv division for continued revenue growth. Mr. Merlino earned a B.S. degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida as well as an M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Walter was named Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Health in May 2008, with responsibility for providing the strategic vision for the company, overseeing the four major operating divisions, and developing integrated solutions to meet client needs. Mr. Walter's previous positions at the company included serving as President of inVentiv Health and as President and CEO of the inVentiv Communications division. Mr. Walter also served as Chairman and CEO of inChord Communications, Inc. prior to its acquisition by inVentiv Health in October 2005. Mr. Walter joined inChord (then known as Gerbig, Snell/Weisheimer & Associates) as an Account Manager in 1994. In 1996, he became a Partner and later purchased the company in 2000. Under his direction, inChord became the largest privately-held healthcare communication company in the world, working with 16 of the world's top 20 healthcare companies and serving clients around the world through a global network with offices in 13 countries. Prior to joining inChord, Mr. Walter worked as a financial analyst in New York City for Smith Barney in mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.S. degree in marketing and finance from Boston College.
Dr. Saxton, 64, has been a director of the Company since December 2006. Dr. Saxton brings over 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development to inVentiv, initially as a clinical investigator and later through more than 25 years with Pfizer Inc. until his retirement in 2001. During his time with Pfizer, Dr. Saxton worked in a variety of positions in both Europe and the USA in the R&D and International commercial divisions.
