Jones Apparel Group Inc.

Mr. Cohen was named Chief Executive Officer - Wholesale Footwear and Accessories in April 2006 and also assumed responsibility for Company-owned retail footwear and apparel in April 2007. He served as President - Wholesale Footwear and Accessories from January 2006 until April 2006. He was the Group President of the Energie and l.e.i. Divisions from May 2004 to January 2006 and President of the Energie Division from July 2001 until May 2004.

Mr. Card was named our President and Chief Executive Officer on July 12, 2007. Mr. Card had been our Chief Operating Officer since March 2002. He had also been appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2007, a position he previously held from 1990 to March 2006.

Mr. Cade became our Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller on December 17, 2007. Prior to joining Jones, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant Corporation), a position he assumed in August 2006. Mr. Cade served as Vice President, Corporate Finance, of Cendant Corporation from June 2004 through July 2006. He also served as Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting, of Public Service Enterprise Group, where he was employed from October 2002 to June 2004.

Mr. McClain became our Chief Financial Officer on July 16, 2007. Prior to joining Jones, Mr. McClain served as Chief Accounting Officer of Avis Budget Group, Inc. (formerly Cendant Corporation), a position he assumed in July 2006. From 1999 to July 2006, Mr. McClain served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for Cendant Corporation.

Mr. Dansky has been our General Counsel since 1996 and our Secretary since January 2001. He was appointed as Executive Vice President in March 2002.

Mr. Kimmel founded the Jones Apparel Division of W.R. Grace & Co. in 1970. Mr. Kimmel has served as our Chairman since 1975 and served as our Chief Executive Officer from 1975 to May 2002.

Mr. Donnalley has served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Taxation and Risk Management since June 2002. He was named Treasurer in June 2007. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Taxation and Risk Management.

Ms. Reese co-founded the Center for Adoption Policy in New York in 2001 and is currently its Executive Director. Prior to co-founding the Center, Ms. Reese served as a principal with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity investment firm, from 1999 to 2000, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT Corporation from 1995 to 1998. Ms. Reese also serves on the Board of Directors of Xerox Corporation and Sears Holdings Corporation.

J. Robert "Bob" Kerrey has been the President of New School University since 2001. From January 1989 to December 2000, he was a U.S. Senator for the State of Nebraska. Kerrey was a democratic candidate for President in 1992. From January 1982 to December 1987, Kerrey served as Governor of Nebraska. Prior thereto, Mr. Kerrey was an independent businessman and founder of a chain of restaurants and health clubs. Kerrey served in Vietnam as a Navy SEAL from 1966 to 1969, for which he received the Congressional Medal of Honor. He serves on the boards of Jones Apparel Group, Inc. and Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Kerrey received a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska.

Mr. Robinson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of MIVA, Inc., an online advertising network, from August 2007 through March 2009. He joined MIVA in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He previously served as the President of LWR Advisors from 2004 to 2006, as Special Counsel (and Interim Chief Financial Officer) to the President of Polytechnic University from 2002 to 2004 and as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Special Independent Committee of the Board of Edison Schools from 2002 to 2003. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HotJobs.com. Previously, he held senior financial positions at ADVO Inc., Kraft Foods, Inc. and Citigroup Inc. Mr. Robinson also serves on the Board of Directors of International Wire Group, Inc. and on the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Ms. Georgiadis has served as a Principal at Synetro Capital, LLC, a private investment firm, since January 2009. From 2004 to 2008, she served as the Executive Vice President of Card Products and Chief Marketing Officer of Discover Financial Services. Prior to joining Discover, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 1990 to 2004, where she co-led the Marketing and Retail Practices and founded the Customer Acquisition and Management and Retail Marketing Practices. Ms. Georgiadis serves on the Board of Directors of NorthShore University HealthSystem.

Mr. Mettler was President of Special Projects of Macy's, Inc. from February 2008 until his retirement in January 2009. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Macy's West, a division of Macy's, Inc., from 2002 to 2008 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Macy's West from 2000 to 2002. Prior to joining Macy's, Mr. Mettler held various executive positions in the retail industry, including President of Merchandising - Full Line Stores of Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1996 to 2000, President of Apparel and Home Fashions of Sears from 1993 to 1996, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Robinson's May Company from 1987 to 1993. Mr. Mettler serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Virginia College Foundation, on the Board of Directors of National Jewish Health and on the Retail Advisory Board at the University of Santa Clara.
