Harry Debes has served as our president and chief executive officer and as a director since June 2005. From November 2003 until June 2005, Mr. Debes was president and chief executive officer of SPL Worldgroup, a leading provider of enterprise software to the electric utility industry. From May 2001 until joining SPL Worldgroup, he was employed by JD Edwards & Co., an enterprise software company, where he served as senior vice president Americas until JD Edwards was acquired by Peoplesoft, Inc. in August 2003. From 1990 until May 2001, Mr. Debes was employed by GEAC Computer Corporation, an enterprise software company. While working for GEAC, Mr. Debes held a variety of positions including managing director of GEAC Asia-Pacific and president of GEAC Enterprise Solutions for the Americas.

Bruce B. McPheeters has served as corporate secretary since October 1999, general counsel since April 2000 and senior vice president since June 2002. Mr. McPheeters served as vice president administration from April 2000 until May 2002 and corporate counsel from September 1999 until April 2000. From 1981 until joining Lawson in September 1999, Mr. McPheeters was a business lawyer in private practice, focusing primarily in the areas of intellectual property, securities, and mergers and acquisitions of privately and publicly held companies. From December 1995 until September 1999, he was employed by the law firm of Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty & Bennett, P.A.

Craig Bickel joined Lawson in June 2008 with more than 30 years of information technology experience, including more than 20 years in senior management and executive positions. Mr. Bickel oversees Lawson’s global information services and is responsible for developing and managing Lawson’s technology strategy to support its worldwide operations. Before joining Lawson, Mr. Bickel led multiple business transformations and information services initiatives for global operations at several large U.S. firms.

Robert A. Schriesheim has served as a director since May 2006 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer since October 2006. From 2002 until October 2006, he was a general partner of ARCH Development Partners LLC, a technology venture capital fund. From 1999 to 2002, he was executive vice president of corporate development, chief financial officer, and a director for London, England-based Global Telesystems, Inc., a $1 billion revenue publicly traded provider of telecommunications services to businesses throughout Western and Central Europe and Russia, backed by George Soros and affiliates, where he led the financial restructuring and sale of the company. Previously, he held various executive positions at SBC Equity Partners, Ameritech, AC Nielsen, and Brooke Group Ltd. He also currently serves on the boards of publicly-traded Alyst Acquisiton Corp., MSC.Software Corp., Skyworks Solutions Inc., several private technology companies and served on the board of Dobson Communications until its sale to AT&T.

Dean J. Hager has served as senior vice president of product management since April 2006. Mr. Hager served as our chief product officer from June 2004 until April 2006, executive vice president of emerging markets from June 2003 until June 2004, executive vice president of the global products division from February 2001 until May 2002, executive vice president of worldwide marketing from June 2000 to February 2001, vice president of e-business marketing from June 1999 until June 2000, and director of marketing of Lawson's former AS/400 business unit from May 1998 until June 1999. From March 1989 to May 1998, Mr. Hager worked at IBM, where he held several management positions.

Guenther Tolkmit has served as senior vice president of product development since April 2006. Mr. Tolkmit served as the chief technology officer of Intentia from September 2005 until the time of the merger with Lawson in April 2006, and vice president support and delivery for Intentia from March 2005 until August 2005. Before joining Intentia, Mr. Tolkmit served as chief operating officer and chief technology officer for Parsytec AG from 2001 until February 2005. Mr. Tolkmit has also served in a number of senior roles at SAP AG including vice president of technology management, worldwide chief marketing officer, and senior vice president of SAP Ventures. He had formerly held management positions at Software AG, Cullinet Inc., and Siemens AG.

Kristin Trecker has served as senior vice president of human resources since April 2006 and vice president of human resources from June 2004 until April 2006. Prior to assuming that position, Ms. Trecker held a variety of roles within the Lawson human resources organization since 1994. Prior to joining Lawson in 1994, Ms. Trecker was employed in a variety of roles in the healthcare and gaming industries.

Travis White joined Lawson in March 2006 with more than 20 years of experience in shaping corporate strategies and delivering marketing messages. Previously, Mr. White spent more than nine years in various executive roles at J.D. Edwards. One of his first roles there was to introduce the company's manufacturing and distribution applications. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. White was based in Paris as the J.D. Edwards' vice president for marketing in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Carol Romeo, a founding partner of CBK, leads the Public Relations team at CBK. A true marketing communications expert, Carol has the ability to develop highly successful marketing programs for her clients that draw upon her keen understanding of public relations, advertising and sales support. In the public relations arena, Carol's expertise lies in shaping a public relations program to become an integral part of the total marketing effort. For nearly 25 years, she has specialized in brand-building PR, media relations, new product introductions, special events, cause-related marketing and sports marketing for many high-profile clients. Throughout her career, Carol has managed more than 200 successful public relations campaigns for prominent companies like M&M/MARS, Federated Merchandising Group (Department Stores), Fruit of the Loom, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, CPC International, The Stroh Brewery, Schenley Industries, Atlantic Mutual Companies, Munich-American Risk Partners, Thomas J. Lipton Company, The General Mills Food Group and Kenner Toys. When asked to identify her most rewarding PR experience, Carol remembers her role in spearheading the publicity effort for the famous "M&M Chocolate Candies Color Campaign '95 that won the prestigious Silver Anvil Award, Brammy Award and Big Apple Awards, among its many accolades. Carol was named one of the "40 Under 40" most successful business leaders in New Jersey by Business News New Jersey and honored by NJ Tech News for tech marketing excellence. Carol spent more than 15 years of her career in New York City as Vice President at Grey Advertising's PR subsidiary, GCI Group, Inc.; and VP/Director of Public Relations at Warner, Bicking, Morris & Partners. Prior to forming The CBK Group, Carol established the PR division of Keyes Martin Advertising in East Hanover, NJ and served as Group President.

Kimberli Munkres is senior public relations strategist and public relations director of Wilkin Guge Marketing. With 22 years experience in integrated marketing communications, including 16 years strategic and tactical public relations experience, she has had much success in affecting the middle ground between agency and stakeholder. An avid believer in the power of public relations to change the way people think, Kimberli embraces the idea of being engaged in the surrounding world to create synergy between company objectives and stakeholder needs. Her background includes public and media relations, research, strategic and creative development, Internet marketing and branding for a variety of industries including software, emerging technologies, public affairs/nonprofits, professional services and publishing. Prior to joining Wilkin Guge, she ran her own public relations/marketing communications agency in Sonoma County. Her account experience includes O'Reilly & Associates, Advanced Fibre Communications, Technicolor, Lawson Software, Visionary Logic Inc., Voice Activated Systems Technology, Creative Property Services, Health & Home Solutions, L'Monte Information Services, Sonoma County Community Foundation, Sonoma County Commission on the Status of Women, SofTECH, Canine Companions for Independence, 21st Century Medicine and Rehabilitation Technology Works (RTW). Kimberli is the coauthor of Beyond the Press Release: A Public Relations Handbook for Nonprofits. She co-founded SofTECH, the North Bay Information & Technology Association, where she served as vice president of public relations for and co-developed the public relations special information group. She also lectures and teaches workshops on public relations strategies and tactics for businesses and nonprofits.

Phil Harris joined Akibia in 2000 and has since held progressively responsible positions within the Sales organization. Currently, Mr. Harris is responsible for driving revenue growth while overseeing Akibia's North American sales team. Under his direction, Akibia's sales team is committed to a consultative approach that provides solutions to meet customers' emerging and complex business needs. With his leadership, Akibia's customer base and revenue continue to grow year-over-year. Mr. Harris brings real-world knowledge of customer challenges with over 20 years of sales and customer support experience having previously worked for Peoplesoft, Lawson Software, McCormack & Dodge Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a BA in Political Science from Assumption College.

Richard Lawson is one of Lawson Software's founders and has been a director since the company's beginning in 1975. Lawson served as the chairman of the board of directors from February 2001 until April 2006, and has served as co-chairman since April 2006. From March 2000 until February 2001, Lawson was the company's chief executive officer. Prior to that time, Lawson served as president and chief operating officer from October 1998 until March 2000 and chairman from June 1996 until October 1998.

David R. Hubers, 66 , has been a director of the Company since March 2005. Prior to being appointed a director of the Company he had served as a director of Chronimed since November 2000. Mr. Hubers was Chairman of American Express Financial Advisors Inc. prior to his retirement. He joined American Express Financial Advisors Inc. in 1965 and held various positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer until being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in August 1993. He served in that capacity until June 2001. Mr. Hubers serves on the boards of directors of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and Lawson Software, a publicly held software company. He is also Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Lawson Software.

H. Richard Lawson is one of Lawson Software’s founders and has been a director since the company’s beginning in 1975. Lawson served as the chairman of the board of directors from February 2001 until April 2006, and has served as co-chairman since April 2006. From March 2000 until February 2001, Lawson was the company’s chief executive officer. Prior to that time, Lawson served as president and chief operating officer from October 1998 until March 2000 and chairman from June 1996 until October 1998. Mr. Lawson has a B.S. degree from Oklahoma Christian College and an M.S. degree from Purdue University.

Michael Gorman is a founding Managing Director of Split Rock Partners. Gorman focuses on investments in software and internet services companies based in Minnesota and the surrounding region. Prior to founding Split Rock Partners, Michael was Managing General Partner of St. Paul Venture Capital, which he joined in 1995 and focused on software and services investments. He is an active supporter of the local entrepreneurial community, and works closely with organizations providing guidance to emerging companies. In addition, Michael served as president of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association in 2000 and 2001. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University, as well as MBA and JD degrees from Harvard University. He began his venture capital career with the Harvard Management Company. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with Bain & Company, where he assisted clients in the development and execution of corporate strategies.
