Greg Jordan began his corporate career as an engineer and progressed to senior manager roles. He has been in corporate leadership positions for over 20 years, most recently as the Chief Innovation Officer with Maytag, responsible for innovation and R&D. Prior to that he was a Director at the Procter & Gamble Co. He gained broad industry experience in leading organization change and new product launch in the Utilities, Pulp and Paper, Orange Juice Processing, Disposable Diapers, Health Care, and Appliances industries. He started Peak Performance Solutions in the year 2000, as a management consulting firm that helps clients create high performance organizations. Greg received a BSME from Howard University in Washington , DC, and attended advanced business management classes at Xavier University in Cincinnati , Ohio . He is a member of the International Association of Coaches and is a Certified Behavioral and Values Analyst.

Byron has been a Grinnellian for over thirty years. He is a graduate of Grinnell High School and the University of Iowa and attended Grinnell College for two years. He served in the United States Army for nine years with tours of duty in Europe and the Middle East. Byron is the owner of Worley's Woodworking where he makes hand crafted custom furniture and reproduction millwork. Byron also works for Maytag in Newton. He has been a council member since January of 2000.

Bernard G. Rethore has been a member of our board of directors since April 2006. He has been a director of Walter Industries since March 2002. He has been Chairman of the Board Emeritus of Flowserve Corporation, a manufacturer of pumps, valves, seals and components, since April 2000. From January 2000 to April 2000, he served as Flowserve Corporation's Chairman. He had previously served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Flowserve Corporation. Mr. Rethore is a director of Belden CDT, Inc., a manufacturer of high speed electronic cable, and Dover Corp., a diversified manufacturer of a wide range of proprietary products.

Howard L. Clark, Jr. has been a member of our board of directors since April 2006. He has been a director of Walter Industries since March 1995. Mr. Clark has been Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Inc., an investment banking firm, since February 1993. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Clark also is a director of Lehman Brothers Inc., United Rentals, Inc., an equipment rental company, and White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., a financial services holding company.

W. Ann Reynolds, 71, formerly President and Professor of Biology at The University of Alabama at Birmingham, located in Birmingham, Alabama, until 2002. Director since 2006; formerly a Director of OCD since 1993. A graduate of Kansas State Teachers College and the University of Iowa, where she earned a Ph.D. degree, Dr. Reynolds previously served as Chancellor of the City University of New York and as Chancellor of the California State University System. In prior years, she was Provost of the Ohio State University and Professor of Anatomy and Vice Chancellor for Research at the University of Illinois at the Medical Center. Dr. Reynolds is a director of Humana, Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Invitrogen Corporation, and the News-Gazette, Champaign, Illinois.

Kerr is chairman of the board of Meredith Corporation. He was elected chairman in January 1998, having served as president and CEO from January 1, 1997 until June 30, 2006. In 1994, Kerr was named president and COO of Meredith, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business of the company's operating groups. At that time, Kerr was also appointed as a member of the Meredith Board of Directors and a member of the Board's executive committee. Prior to that, Kerr served as president of the Meredith Magazine Group and executive vice president of the company, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of all magazine operations. Prior to joining Meredith in September of 1991, Kerr was a vice president of The New York Times Company and president of its magazine group, a position he held since 1984. Kerr has also held posts with Dillon, Read & Co., and McKinsey and Company. A native of Seattle, Kerr is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Washington. He earned a degree in modern history as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Kerr also serves on the Boards of The Principal Financial Group, Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. and Arbitron, Inc.
