Peter E. Raskind is chairman, president and chief executive officer of National City Corporation. Mr. Raskind joined National City in September 2000 as the head of Consumer Finance, where he was responsible for National City’s consumer lending businesses. His responsibilities later expanded to include Retail Banking and the company’s mortgage businesses. He was elected vice chairman in 2004. Upon appointment as president in December 2006, Mr. Raskind also assumed responsibility for most of National City’s corporate banking operations and wealth management operations, building on the extensive experience in corporate banking, retail banking, operations, corporate trust, treasury management services and strategic planning gained during his 17-year career with U.S. Bancorp. Mr. Raskind was elected chief executive officer in July 2007, succeeding David A. Daberko. Mr. Raskind began his career in 1979 with Harris Bank in Chicago, IL. A native of Medford, MA, Mr. Raskind received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1979.

Gregory M. Jelinek is head of the Small Business Banking division of Consumer and Small Business Financial Services at National City and a senior vice president of the corporation. Mr. Jelinek joined National City in 1986 as a trainee in the Retail Lending Training Program. Since that time, he has held increasingly responsible positions in the Middle Market, Investment Real Estate, Special Credits and Retail divisions. Prior to being appointed to his current position in 2004, Mr. Jelinek served as senior vice president and division manager of Northcoast Middle Market Corporate Banking and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President and manager of Dealer Finance in the Consumer and Small Business Financial Services group. Mr. Jelinek earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Dayton in 1985 and an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Cleveland State University in 1992.

Robert Rowe is a senior vice president and the corporation's chief credit officer. His role includes chairmanship of the Corporate Credit Committee. He joined National City in 1990 as a corporate associate and was appointed to head the Equity Sponsor group in 1999. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Chief Credit Officer for the Capital Markets group. Mr. Rowe has a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University.

David L. Zoeller is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of National City Corporation. He is responsible for all legal matters involving National City Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Bruce McCrodden is the senior vice president of Corporate Public Affairs at National City Corporation. In this role, Mr. McCrodden manages relationships with public, government and community organizations in support of National City's corporate and business goals. Mr. McCrodden began his career with National City in 1999. Prior to joining the corporation, he worked at BP in the public and government sectors and across various business lines in Cleveland, New York, London and Washington, D.C. Mr. McCrodden earned a bachelor's degree in engineering at the University of Delaware in 1969.

Chameli Naraine is the director of Corporate Operations and Strategic Sourcing at National City and a senior vice president of the corporation. In this role, Ms. Naraine leads the Deposit, Cash Management, Item Processing, Trust Operations and Strategic Sourcing divisions of the corporation. Ms. Naraine joined National City in 2002 as a senior vice president of Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing. She was appointed to her current role in 2003 and named a senior vice president of the corporation in 2004. Prior to her career with National City, Ms. Naraine was employed by the NCR Corporation, where she served in a variety of senior management positions, including general manager of Outsourcing Business, director of Business Development in Asia and director of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering. Ms. Naraine also functioned as a senior management consultant leading major projects in the areas of Acquisition/Divestitures, Business Process Re-engineering and Imaging Technology. Ms. Naraine earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Wilfred Laurier University and a bachelor's degree in operations management from Conestoga College.

J. Andrew Dunham is manager of the Investment and Funding Division and a senior vice president at National City Corporation. In this role, Mr. Dunham is responsible for management of the corporation's fixed income investment portfolio, funding activity for the banking subsidiaries, derivative trading and risk management and foreign exchange trading and sales. Mr. Dunham began his career with National City Bank of Cleveland in 1987 as an assistant vice president and future and options trader. He was later appointed to the position of vice president and domestic funding manager in 1989. In 1994, Mr. Dunham was named senior vice president and assistant department manager of the Investment and Funding Division. In 1997, he was promoted to senior vice president of the corporation and assumed his current role as manager of the Investment and Funding Division. Mr. Dunham has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and has pursued graduate studies at the University of Akron.

James P. Gulick is General Auditor and a senior vice president for National City Corporation. He is responsible for managing Corporate Audit, Corporate Loan Review, and Loss Avoidance and Fraud Investigations.

Richard J. DeKaser is senior vice president and chief economist at National City, where he provides analysis to senior management, business leaders, and clients of the bank. His responsibilities include economic forecasting and financial market analysis. Mr. DeKaser is responsible for the corporation's economic and interest rate forecasts and related research. He also authors the Financial Market Outlook, a monthly commentary on timely economic issues, and The Region, a survey-based assessment of business confidence throughout the Midwest . Additionally, Mr. DeKaser is responsible for the Corporation’s widely-followed analysis of metro area housing valuations, which is updated quarterly and may be found at www.nationalcity.com/housevaluation. Prior to joining National City , Mr. DeKaser was senior financial economist at Bank of Boston, now Bank of America, where he handled capital market and risk management research. Previous to that, he was senior associate at Data Resources Inc., a division of Standard and Poors Corporation, where he managed contract research and forecasting. He joined DRI after serving two years as staff economist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis. Mr. DeKaser is a graduate of New York University, where he received undergraduate and advanced degrees in economics. He is a member of the Governor's (Hon. Ted Strickland) Council of Economic Advisors, contributes to the Blue Chip Economic Indicators and Financial Forecasts surveys and is a director of the National Association of Business Economics . Martha Gaskin is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management for National City Business Credit and has over 25 years experience in the Asset Based Lending Industry. Prior to joining National City, she was Senior Vice President, Head of Operations, and ABL Project Management Team for Chase Business Credit. Prior to the JP Morgan Chase-Bank One merger Martha was COO, Managing Director, Head of the Bank One ABL National Portfolio and Head of National Field Examination. Martha began her career working for Walter Heller & Company in various capacities within the ABL line of business. Martha received a BS in Accounting from DePaul Universiry and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Commercial Finance and Turnaround Management Associations.

Karen Pilarz is Director and Field Examination Manager for National City Business Credit with responsibility for the entire field examination process. Prior to joining National City in June 2004, Karen was a manager in Lender Services with Weiser LLP. Prior to that, she worked at PNC Business Credit and Summit Bank in field examination and portfolio management functions. She has over 12 years of asset based lending experience. Karen has been involved with the Commercial Finance Association's education program as a facilitator for the Collateral Control Workshop since 1998. Karen received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University .

Richard A. White is Director and Operations Manager for National City Business Credit with responsibility for customer reporting, collateral administration and the funding desk. Prior to joining National City, he was a Vice President in Structured Finance for 13 years at KeyBank, responsible for all field examination and operations functions. Rick began his career at Grant Thornton LLP. In his four years at Grant Thornton LLP, he was a member of the firm's audit team. Rick has taught Asset Based Lending Inventory Evaluation courses for the Commercial Finance Association. Rick received a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.

Don Cross, executive director for the DeKalb County Habitat for Humanity, is serving as chair of the board of directors and Margaret Sturm, manager for the Private Client Group s Charitable and Endowment Services at National City, is serving as vice chair of the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana.

Gregory A. Steve is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for National City Business Credit, responsible for managing the Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, Missouri and New York markets. Prior to joining National City in 2004, Greg was a Senior Vice President with PNC Business Credit in the Pittsburgh office, responsible for new business development. Greg also served as a corporate lender and worked in corporate credit policy during his tenure at PNC. He has more than 16 years experience in corporate lending. Greg began his career at Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh, working in the audit and tax departments. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Greg currently serves as President for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He is a director of the Pittsburgh Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and past president of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA). Greg also sits on the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Alumni Board of Directors and Business School Advisory Council. Greg received his BS in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

James V. Cannella is a Managing Director and Regional Manager for National City Business Credit, responsible for managing the Northern Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Florida markets. Prior to joining National City in 2004, Jim was a Senior Vice President with PNC Business Credit in the Cleveland office responsible for new business development. Jim has over 21 years experience in banking working as a business development officer, portfolio manager and field examiner. Jim is a former President of the Ohio Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and the Ohio CFA. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Jim has a BSBA in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Erica Varga joined the National City sales team in January 2005 as an Account Executive in the Southeastern MA territory. She has been with National City for three years as an assistant Government Underwriter in our Foxboro underwriting center. Prior to that Erica worked as a loan officer and a processor for a broker customer of National City. Erica brings with her previous mortgage experience as well as her ability and desire to excel as a sales professional in servicing your account needs. Mr. Rosenberg has over 35 years of significant experience in the full life cycle of business and product development, from design and implementation through marketing, sales, finance and administration. Mr. Rosenberg's efforts have promoted organizations, their products and services, globally. Mr. Rosenberg's involvement includes development, production and marketing, holding positions, and charter investment in private companies, taken or acquired by a public company. Mr. Rosenberg has developed innovative products and marketing strategies and has been co-founder and/or charter participant in information technology, as well commercial companies. Mr. Rosenberg has worked with acknowledged business innovators, and renowned scientists. Mr. Rosenberg's involvements include: charter investment and development of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer Corporation - JBS Associates, a privately held version to Tele-Check, ) sold to a NYSE Ohio based bank (National City Corp, "NCC") for $60 million (1993); co-founder of a unique international sporting goods company (ASTI) with global distribution and products meeting Olympics standards; business development for a public, materials handling equipment company, including setting up international/ national sales distribution channels; and has worked with pre-IPO investments. Mr. Rosenberg's current involvement and focus is on business development, mission critical financings, marketing and sales, teaming, strategic planning, and product development assisting companies to leverage their products and services, and obtain competitive advantages in content and distribution. My name is Lindsay Fischer and I am the National City Account Executive serving the Rhode Island territory. I joined National City in October of 2005 and haven't looked back. I can whole-heartedly say that I love being an AE with National City Mortgage primarily because I love the people that it allows me to work with from loan officers to in-house underwriters.

Romine joined ARC from National Processing Corporation with ARC's 1994 decision to bring Systems Development functions in-house. He has held executive positions at financial firms, including Vice-Presidencies at National City Corporation and First National Bank of Cincinnati.

Scott is responsible for the product management and direction of National City's Check Management disbursement products, which include Account Reconcilement, Positive Pay Controlled Drafts and Controlled Disbursements. Prior to joining National City, Scott spent 5 years as an Administrative Operations Manager for the United Parcel Service. He specialized in automated workflow engineering. Scott joined National City in 1996 and has held various Operations Management positions in Item Capture Control, Wire Transfer and the Image Accounts Receivable Center. He joined the Product Management team in March 2005.

Tim Burke is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Commercial Bank for National City Corporation in South Florida. Tim joined National City in 1998 and spent time in the Bank's Corporate Banking Training Program as a Credit Analyst, as a Portfolio Manager within National City's Asset Based Lending Group, and time as a Relationship Manager within the Commercial Bank prior to being named to his current position in May 2007. Tim received his bachelor's degree in Economics from John Carroll University and a Master's in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Tim is active in the community, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of the Palm Beaches, and resides with his wife (Rita) and children (Timmy, Jack) in Palm Beach Gardens.

Gerald L. Shaheen , age 64, has been a director of the Company since October 2005. Until his retirement from Caterpillar Inc. in January 2008, Mr. Shaheen held numerous marketing and general management positions, both in the United States and Europe. Most recently from 1998 to 2008, Mr. Shaheen served as a Group President. Mr. Shaheen is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bradley University and a Board member and past Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Board member of the National Chamber Foundation, the Ford Motor Company, Peoria Next and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter.

John W. Brown is Chairman of the Board of InHealth. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Stryker Corporation, a position he has held since 1980. Mr. Brown started his distinguished career as an engineer for the Ormet Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer, and then worked for Thiokol Chemical Corporation where he developed rocket propellants. In 1972, Mr. Brown became President of Edward Weck & Company, a subsidiary of Squibb Corporation, a position he held until 1977 when he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Stryker Corporation after the death of Lee Stryker, son of company founder Dr. Homer Stryker. Under Mr. Brown's leadership, Stryker went public in 1977 and steadfastly expanded its product lines. The company grew from $23 million in revenue in 1977 to over $4.9 billion by 2005, and the number of employees increased from 325 to 15,000 during the same period. Mr. Brown is a Director of National City Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Director of the American Business Conference, a coalition of Chief Executive Officers of mid-size, high growth companies. Mr. Brown serves as a governor-appointee on the Michigan Economic Development Committee, is a Board member of Southwest Michigan First, Greater Kalamazoo United Way and the Southwest Michigan Healthcare Coalition.

ROBERT A. PAUL (age 71, Director since 1970). Mr. Paul has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March 2004. Prior to March 2004, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for more than five years. He is also the President and a director of The Louis Berkman Investment Company.
