Ness Technologies Inc.

Sachi Gerlitz has served as our president and chief executive officer since March 2007, and as a member of our board since February 2007. Prior to joining Ness, Mr. Gerlitz served as acting chairman of Mobixell Networks and chairman of the board of the Israel Mobile Association. From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Gerlitz was a partner at Apax Partners, a large, global private equity firm managing assets of over $25 billion, where he focused on leveraged transactions and technology investments. He also served on the boards of a number of public and private companies, such as Bezeq, Starhome BV, Crescendo Networks and Bitband Technologies. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Mr. Gerlitz served for 10 years at Comverse Technologies, through 2000, including as president of the Asia Pacific division, vice president of business development and marketing, chief technology officer, and executive vice president. Before joining Comverse, he served in various roles at Telrad Telecommunication Industries, Hadassah University Hospital, and the Israeli Defense Force. Mr. Gerlitz received a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University in 1978, and is a graduate of the Business Administration Program for Industry Management at Bar-Ilan University.

Larry Scott has served as president of Ness Global Industries since September 2008. From July 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Scott served as vice president of global financial services sales for Sun Microsystems, an enterprise network computing infrastructure product and solutions provider. From August 2003 to June 2006, he served as vice president, business integration software for Sun Microsystems. From November 2000 to July 2003, Mr. Scott was vice president and general manager of Mimecom Corporation, a privately-held provider of application and infrastructure management services for e-businesses. From 1997 through October 2000, he was vice president at Cambridge Technology Partners, a provider of management consulting and systems integration services, where he directed the global financial services practice. From 1982 through 1997, Mr. Scott held various leadership positions with technology, consulting and financial industry companies such as CSC Consulting, Fidelity Investments, EJV Partners, Thomson Financial, SEI Corporation and First National Bank of Boston. Mr. Scott holds a degree in economics and political science from Dickinson College.

Michael Zinderman has served as president of the Telecom & Systems, Ness Israel, since April 2002. From April 2000 to April 2002, Mr. Zinderman served as the division manager and vice president of Ness Telecom & Systems Group, and from June 1988 to March 2002, he served as the division manager and vice president of Real Time & Systems Group of Advanced Technology Ltd., or ATL, an entity that Ness acquired in 1999. From May 1981 to May 1988, Mr. Zinderman served as software engineer and projects manager at ATL. From September 1977 to April 1981, Mr. Zinderman served as an electrical engineer at Yona Ushpiz, an electrical engines manufacturing company. Mr. Zinderman holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University in Beersheba, Israel.

Ofer Segev has served as our executive vice president and chief financial officer since April 2007, after joining Ness in March 2007 as an executive vice president. From June 2003 to March 2007, he served as chief financial officer of Attunity, a provider of service-oriented software and solutions in the workplace applications market. From May 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Segev was the chief financial officer of TeleKnowledge Group Ltd., a content commerce platform vendor, and he also served as its chief executive officer from January 2002 to June 2003. From May 2000 to May 2001, he served as chief financial officer of Tundo, a developer of an IP-based voice and media services platform. From 1985 through May 2000, Mr. Segev served at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where from 1991 he was a partner and led the high-tech industry practice group, participated in over 20 public offerings in the United States, and, from 1997 to 2000, was a member of the technology steering committee of Ernst & Young International. Mr. Segev holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and has studied at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Rich drives Innova's core service and investment (intellectual property) strategies and serves as an Executive Sponsor for our key customer and partner relationships. During his 25 years in the high-technology industry, Rich has held numerous senior leadership, technical and business positions within large enterprise organizations and global service providers. Specific experience includes Executive Vice President, Strategic Technologies for Digital Medical Systems; National Practice Director for both Inacom's and Vanstar's Enterprise Consulting Practice(s) and 13 years with Electronic Data Systems, during which he served in several prominent roles including: Chief Technologist for GMAC International, Technical Services Manager for General Motors Saturn Car Company, and Chief Architect of General Motors Europe's Client Server Strategy.

Shashi Bhargava is responsible for managing the Mumbai Development Center. He has more than 19 years of IT industry experience spanning diverse technologies. Prior to Blue Star, Shashi had worked with companies like TCS, ACES and NexGenix and had managed large offshore engagements. Shashi joined Ness from Blue Star InfoTech India, where he served as General Manager Delivery and was responsible for the company's overall technology planning, project and process management and presales. Shashi is an Electronics Engineering Graduate from IT-BHU, Varanasi, India and is a Certified Information System Auditor. He has successfully completed the Broker's Program by Bombay Stock Exchange and has been a National Talent Scholar.

Mr. Ben-Ari brings to his position as Chief Marketing Officer over 25 years of experience in general management, marketing, sales and business development with profitable companies, both Israeli and global. Over the last three years, Mr. Ben-Ari led the creation and implementation of the global marketing infrastructure and unified brand and corporate identity at Ness Technologies. Throughout the past year Mr. Ben-Ari was among the leaders in defining and formulating a major strategic issue at Ness - the CRM infrastructure. Uri Ben-Ari served formerly as CEO of Internet Zahav International and VP of Marketing and Sales at Internet Zahav. He was an integral member of the team who made Internet Zahav a leader in its field in Israel and took the Company public with an IPO on NASDAQ (IGLD) in 1999. Previous to this, Mr. Ben-Ari served as CEO and President at Jeunesse Cosmetics Inc. in New York for 4 years, where he established a sales force of 2,000 sales representatives in 35 states in the US within four years. Prior to this position Uri Ben-Ari served as Division Manager at SPC, a trading company in New Jersey. Before moving to the USA, in 1989, Mr. Ben-Ari served as a CEO of Sytel Consulting, a strategic consulting firm connecting US investors to Israeli Hi-Tech firms. Mr. Ben-Ari holds an MBA. degree in Marketing and BA in Economics from the Tel Aviv University.

Ytzhak Edelman joined Ness as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2005. He joined Ness from Cellcom, Israel's largest cellular phone provider, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, a position he has held since 1996. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Edelman held senior financial positions with Israel Military Industries, and served as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1996. From 1980 to 1990, he was with Tadiran as the vice-president of accounting, following several years in Israeli based accounting firms. Mr. Edelman graduated from the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Atzmon Lifshitz has served as our executive vice president of human resources since May 2008. From September 2004 to May 2008, Mr. Lifshitz served as corporate vice president of human resources at ECI Telecom Ltd., a global provider of telecommunications infrastructure. From August 2002 to June 2004, he served as managing director of Pilat Israel Ltd., a professional human resources company in Israel. From January 2000 to July 2002, Mr. Lifshitz served as chief operating officer of e-go systems plc., a high-technology company in the United Kingdom that developed services and systems in the field of unified communications services. From 1993 to January 2000, he served as managing director of Telemesser Ltd., an Israeli company in the field of interactive marketing through communications tools. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Lifshitz served as deputy managing director and vice president of human resources at Fibronics Ltd., a multinational company specializing in data communications. From 1974 to 1987, Mr. Lifshitz served in various roles at the Israeli Prime Minister’s office, the Israeli General Federation of Labor, Bank Leumi Insurance Group, Degem Systems Ltd. and Elscint Ltd. Mr. Lifshitz holds a bachelors degree in political science and labor studies from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Levy was formerly Vice President, Marketing & Sales at Crystal Systems Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: CRYS), and prior to that Vice President, International Sales at Formula Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: FORTY). He previously served as Senior IT Consultant at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, New York and Senior IT Consultant at Chemical Bank (now part of the Chase Manhattan Banking Group), New York. Mr. Levy studied Computer Science at Hadassah College.

Ashok Krishnan is part of the Business Development team focused on Financial Institutions and Data Management areas. He handles accounts like Finaplex and Wells Fargo. In 2000 he helped start Ness IBS (formerly Innova) Singapore office, building it to a 30 people company in six months. He has been with Ness IBS since August 1999. Earlier he headed the professional services arm of Sigmasoft, a Singapore-based company, and was Territory Manager for Mastek India, in charge of selling database and intelligence solutions.

David Chouraqui joined Ness Technologies in 1999 as VP Business Development of the Company's Integration and Networking Group. Prior to joining Ness, Chouraqui was VP Technologies and Business Development of IPEX ICS, which was acquired by Ness, and previously served as co-founder and Vice President of NEW-X Systems. Chouraqui also worked four years as a senior consultant at a leading IT integration services company in France, working with the European Communitiy, French Ministires, France Telecom and EDF.

David (Dedy) Dvorsky was appointed SVP of NessPRO Group Ness Israel's products & solutions group, in 2004. NessPRO is the Products and Technology Division of Ness Israel, representing app. 35 international software companies in Israel. NessPRO has been managed by Dvorsky since 2000. Since 1984 Dvorsky has been working with Advanced Technology Ltd ATL (which was acquired by Ness) where he served as a sales manager, director of business units, responsible for representing various software vendors and other senior positions.

Mr. Kubersky heads all US business development and marketing activities at Ness Technologies, and is responsible for strategic relationships with prominent clients and technology and business partners to ensure growth in sales revenue. Under his direction, Ness Technologies has been branded as a leading provider of innovative IT solutions in the life sciences and association industries. Mr. Kubersky has held various leadership positions in sales and general management through his career. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Professional Services, at Syndesa, a New York based information technology consultancy; and Vice President of Sales at DIS Research, a national systems integration and consulting firm. Mr. Kubersky holds a B.A. degree in East Asian Studies from New York University.

Mr. Wright previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Blueflame, Inc. (formerly PCSI, Inc.), which was acquired by Ness Technologies in 2001. Prior to 1997, Mr. Wright served as Blueflame's Vice President of Operations. Before joining Blueflame in March 1990, Mr. Wright held several management positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, most recently managing the IT unit supporting Pfizer's Finance, Personnel and Market Research departments. Prior to 1987, Mr. Wright served in several positions at Exxon Research and Engineering, and was head of its Advanced Technologies Group. From 1978 to 1981, Mr. Wright worked as a senior engineer at Singer-Kearfott. Mr. Wright holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, with distinction.

Effi Kotek joined Ness Technologies in January 1999 as VP Business Development at the Integration and Networking Group. Since May 2003, Kotek has served as Senior VP, Infrastructure and Technology Group Manager, Ness Israel, and in November 2005 he was appointed as the Outsourcing Group SVP. Prior to joining Ness, Kotek was VP Sales and Marketing of Gilad Group, which was acquired by Ness. Previously Kotek served as the President of a medical instruments company in the US. He is a certified computer science analyst and holds a B.Sc. degree in mathematics, specializing in computer science architecture and technology, at the Concordia University, Canada.

Ishay Shniadower was appointed as Senior VP of the SAP Group in 2005. SAP Group is responsible for the marketing, sales, support and delivery of SAP products in Israel. Between 2000 and 2004 Shniadower served as Director of the SAP Sales and Marketing Division of Ness Israel. Since 1979 Shniadower has been working with Advanced Technology Ltd ATL (which was acquired by Ness), where he served as Software Products Manager, International Marketing Manager and Projects Manager and other senior positions. Ishay was one of the three people to establish the SAP operation in Israel in 1994.

Justin has a 15-year history providing Thought Leadership, Executive Consulting, Systems Development and Integration Services spanning principle sectors of the Healthcare and Life Sciences. Before joining Ness IBS (formerly Innova), Justin was President and Managing Director of Phyxe, a boutique Health and Life Science consulting group focused on adoption and utilization of information technologies by Physicians and Clinical Investigators. Prior to Phyxe, Mr. Kromelow was Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, of Digital Medical Systems, an EHR and clinical outcomes platform company. Mr. Kromelow graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Economics and Master's Programs at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Computer Science and Landscape Architecture.

Kobi Saar joined Ness Technologies in 1999 following the acquisition of Gilad Software and Systems Integration, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his current position, Saar served in various positions at the financial department of Ness Technologies. Previously he worked as an accountant for Solel Boneh Building & Infrastructure and at Brightman Almagor accounting firm. Kobi holds a B.A. in economy and accounting from Tel Aviv University and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Raja Nagarajan manages the Delivery Consulting and Pre-Sales for Managed Labs. He has 14 years global experience in consulting with enterprise product based solutions. Raja's work experience spans leading companies such as VeriFone-HP, Ramco Systems and SPA Computers prior to joining Ness Technologies ( formerly Apar Infotech) . At, Apar, he was responsible for setting up the company's offshore delivery center at Bangalore and has been associated with Managed Labs since the inception. Raja holds a B.Sc in Engineering - Electronics & Communication from Gulbarga University, India.

Sefi Gal-Ezer joined Ness Technologies in 1999 as Managing Director of V-Ness, a subsidiary of Ness providing software testing and quality assurance services. In 2005 he was appointed SVP of the Professional Services Group, Ness Israel. Prior to joining Ness, Gal-Ezer was Vice President of Compro, which was acquired by Ness. Previously he served in various technological positions, including a software development manager in one of the prestigious projects of Israel Aircraft Industry and as a VP R&D in a start-up company. Gal-Ezer holds B.Sc. in mathematics and computer sciences from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Yoav Armony joined Ness Technologies in 2003 as Courts Division Manager. Prior to joining Ness Technologies, he worked for 10 years at Amdocs, specializing in customer management and outsourcing business development. Previously, he had served as Managing Director of a software house specializing in foreign trade. Yoav Armony holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Clement heads the ERP Solutions Group at Ness Global Services - Asia Pacific Regional HQ in Singapore. This solution group covers the delivery of both Oracle and PeopleSoft projects. Clement has been heavily involved in delivering Oracle-based projects for the past 9 years, holding key senior positions in global companies such as Sony, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and Ness Technologies.

Damodara is responsible for the operations and key offshore initiatives in the European region. Damodara joined Ness (formerly Apar Infotech) in 2000 to head the India recruiting and resourcing operations. Damodara is a Chemical engineer with Masters in Business Administration. He was a SBU head for the Speciality Chemicals Business Unit at ITW Signode. He also set up a greenfield offshore data processing Center for a Market Research Company NFO-MBL India Limited (now a part of TNS Group).

Erika Liptakova brings about 10 years of marketing experience to Ness. Prior to joining the Company, she was Marketing Manager at Delta E.S. Bratislava. Before that, she was Marketing Manager for the research agency Focus. E. Liptakova graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Technology's Department of Water Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.

Ms. Mardarasevici joined Radix in 1998, serving as financial manager before becoming executive director in 2001. Prior to Radix, she was key accounts director and financial manager at a local distribution company. Ms. Mardarasevici has a BA in Electrical Engineering from the "Gh. Asachi" Technical University. She is one of the founders of the Iasi Curtea Domneasca Rotary Club.

Gaurav is a founding member of the Ness Software Product Labs team which is fully focused on working with ISVs, technology companies and businesses for whom technology directly impacts their business success. Gaurav has been with Ness since 2001, and in his current role he is responsible for the business ownership of this revenue line. Gaurav has over 16 years of sales, business, and leadership experience with globally successful companies like Wipro, Parametric Technology Corporation, and Headstrong. Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from M.I.T. Manipal.

Martin Kohut brings more than a decade of sales experience to Ness. Prior to joining the Company, where he is also responsible for establishing independent divisions for the telecommunications and public administration sectors, M. Kohut was Sales Director at Delta E.S. Bratislava. Before that he was Director of Axon Pro in Ko ice and Sales Manager at Unicom. M. Kohut graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics' Department of Computer Technology and Informatics at the Technical University in Ko ice.

Milan Slanina brings more than 15 years IT experience to Ness. Prior to joining the Company, he was executive director of DELTA E.S. Bratislava, where he was responsible for internal management. M. Slanina graduated from the Department of Operation and Economics of Air Transport at the University of Transport and Communications in ilina (now University of ilina).

Pradeep Nair manages the Solution and Client Management functions for the Software Product Labs business. In this role, he is responsible for business consulting, presales and the Software Product Labs client management functions. Pradeep joined Ness during the inception of Software Product Labs in 2000 and has helped grow the business worldwide. Prior to Ness, Pradeep worked for Hewlett Packard/Verifone’s eCommerce group in the professional services and product development groups. He has over 13 years of experience in managing large accounts, designing solutions, and various facets of product engineering. Pradeep holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University.

Pravin heads the pre-sales and delivery of software solutions in the Asia Pacific region. Pravin holds a Masters degree from IIT, Mumbai and a Management degree from Henley, UK. He has 17 years of experience in development and implementation of custom-built and packaged software applications particularly in the BFSI domain. He has developed and implemented systems for large and medium sized financial institutions in US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and India. Prior to joining Ness, he was associated with companies like Misys, System Access & Tata Consultancy Services.

Mr. Vencu brings to Ness Romania over 15 years of IT experience, having worked in a range of projects from network infrastructure to highly integrated systems. He joined Radix as professional services director in 2002. Mr. Vencu has a BA in Electrical Engineering from the "Gh. Asachi" Technical University.

Sandeep is responsible for Sales in Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. Sandeep has 19 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked in UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. Sandeep's expertise spans diverse areas viz. Sales & Marketing, Product / Services Management, Recruitment and Operations Management.

Sudhir Saran Singh is responsible for the complete spectrum of HR function including talent acquisition, development and retention. He joined the Executive Management team of Ness MSS India, from Flextronics Software Systems (FSS) where he served as Director Human Resources. He has several years of diverse business experience, spanning information technology (IT), manufacturing and advertising. Prior to FSS, Sudhir had worked with companies like Eicher, Tality Corporation and Virage Logic International. Sudhir is an industrial engineer from IIT, Roorkee.

Zuzana Cillingova brings over 15 years experience in project management to Ness. Prior to joining the Company she was Director for Implementation and Services and held several project management positions at Delta E.S. Bratislava. Z. Cillingova graduated from the Faculty of Economic Informatics' Department of Economic Information and Control at the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Madhujeet has significant experience in the IT solutions and services industry spanning India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. Madhujeet has been based in Thailand for the last four years and has extensive experience in business development, major account management, Services and Software Sales. Madhujeet has a Masters Degree in Management Sciences and has been associated with several large IT Services organizations in the region over the years.

Milan Sames joined Ness in September 2004 as the Vice President Operations for Central and Eastern Europe, coming from LogicaCMG where he worked as the Sales Manager for Telecommunications, and later as the Sales Manager for Financial Services and Public Administration. Before that, he worked for Nokia where he was responsible for the sale of mobile telecommunication network solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. He was appointed Managing Director Ness Czech in May 2005. Milan Sames is a recognised expert on telecommunications and banking.

Peter has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Ness, he served as Associate Director of Banking and Financial Services in TATA Consultancy Services (TCS). Previously, Peter served as Head of Sales for Intelligent Environments Europe (IE). He has also held senior positions at other major corporations including Apple Computer, NCR, Xerox, and Wang. Peter studied Computer Science at Hatfield Polytechnic and has a Diploma in International Sales and Marketing from the London Business School.

Vaclav Klein brings more than a decade of IT and managerial experience to Ness. From 1995 until being appointed to his current position in 2005 upon Ness Technologies' acquisition of Delta E.S. he served as executive director of Delta's Ko ice branch and general manager of Delta E.S. Bratislava. Before that, V. Klein was a project manager at Novitech in Ko ice. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics' Department of Computer Technology and Informatics at the Technical University in Ko ice. V. Klein is a member of the presidium of the IT Association of Slovakia, and has actively participated in the group's professional activities since its establishment.

Morris Wolfson is the founder of our company and has served as a member of our board since our inception in 1999. Mr. Wolfson is a private investor and entrepreneur since 1983, with investments in a variety of companies and investment vehicles. He is a member of the Wolfson family, the principals of the Wolfson Group, which together with other Wolfson family entities has historically owned and developed commercial real estate development and ownership and actively invests in a diverse array of investments and investment vehicles, including a substantial portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.

Mr. Zoller is a founder and former CFO of Ness Technologies. In 2001 he was appointed as CEO of Ness, a position he held until March 2007. Today Mr. Zoller is the Chairman of Clal Finance Underwriters. Mr. Zoller is a Certified Public Accountant.

Martin HladIk joined Ness in 2005 as a key account manager in the financial sector. He also participated in the development of the company’s product strategy. Before that, he worked as an account manager in IT companies LogicaCMG and Unicorn, was the head of a software development team, and a manager of a team of consultants. He has also substantial experience with IT projects management. His hobbies include sports (volleyball and boxing) and traveling.

Hana Sou kova joined NESS Czech as the Marketing Manager in 2000. An economy and management graduate, she previously worked as the Marketing Manager in SCALA Business Solutions. As the Marketing Director, she is currently responsible for the Marketing & Sales Support department.

With more than 8 years of experience in IT services and solutions Julie joined Ness in 2004. Previously from a fortune 100 company, she trained and managed a team of sales and outsourcing specialists. Current portfolio includes business development, account management and overall operations of Ness Malaysia.

Stuart has had a long and varied career in IT going back to 1975 during which time he has covered most technical and managerial areas. He joined the former USoft company in 1993 having previously been working in the Dublin practice of Ernst & Young. He was the Project Manager for a Thames Television project between 1995 and 1999 and subsequently formed the Ness Media Services practice. He is currently the Manager of Media Services responsible for Strategy of the Media Group. He is a part of the Steering Committee for the iRights Media Contract Management product, in addition to being the Account Manager for the USoft Customers in UK.

Ivan Hruška has served as president of Ness Europe since April 2004. From September 2002 to March 2004, he served as managing director of Ness CEE. From May 2000 to September 2002, he served at Ness CEE (formerly APP prior to our acquiring it in 2002) as vice president for sales and marketing. From September 1997 to March 2000, Mr. Hruska served at Scala Business Solutions as vice president for sales in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Hruska holds a M.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia.

Prasanna leads the team in enhancing and implementing financial policies, processes, and internal controls. He is responsible for financial budgeting and forecasting processes, to ensure alignment with the strategies and priorities of the India business. He moved in from Ness North America Division, where he served as VP and Controller for the Software Product Labs. Prasanna, has been with Ness for over eight years and headed roles in both Operations and Finance whilst at Pittsburgh, PA and San Jose, California. Prasanna brings with him over 13 years of experience in the areas of marketing, key account management and operations. Prior to joining Ness he worked with ITW Signode in India, where he was responsible for managing the business unit selling industrial products. Prasanna holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Pune and a Business Degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad.

In his capacity as Chief Delivery Officer, Puneet is responsible for the growth and delivery of the ISV (Independent Software Vendors) business for Ness. The ISV vertical provides software product and R&D expertise from concept through development to market support, delivered via collaborative "extended software product labs." Puneet heads the overall delivery responsibility for all software product labs and provides leadership in driving maturity across these relationships. Puneet joined Ness during the inception of the company in the year 2000 and has helped grow the India operations. Prior to Ness, Puneet worked with HP-VeriFone's E-Commerce Group where he was responsible for professional services teams across the Asia Pacific region. Puneet has been with IBM Global Services across different geographies in the US, Singapore and India. His folio of engagements involved enterprise product development, customer solutions and consulting for multiple accounts in the financial, manufacturing and telecom sectors. Puneet holds a B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunication Degree from IIT Kharagpur.

Dr. Pickar has served as a director of NeuStar since 1999. He has been a Visiting Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology ( Caltech ) since 1997 and was the J. Stanley Johnson Professor from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining Caltech, he was Senior Vice President Engineering and Technology at AlliedSignal Corp. Dr. Pickar serves on the board of directors of Ness Technologies Corp.
