Procera Networks, Inc. is a global provider of next generation intelligent network traffic identification, management, and control solutions for broadband service networks. Procera's core product suite, the PacketLogic line of appliances, provides the most accurate application identification available today by using the Procera Networks-developed, industry leading, deep flow inspection (DFI) engine, DRDL (Datastream Recognition Definition Language). The DRDL engine enables PacketLogic to monitor and analyze network traffic in real-time, optimize the utilization of bandwidth, throttle over-consuming applications, identify and mitigate security threats, and prioritize mission-critical applications. PacketLogic also has the capability for Service Providers (xSPs) to differentiate their broadband services based on, for example, bandwidth rate, access or denial of applications and/or volume of delivery. Procera Networks sells PacketLogic through its direct sales force, resellers, distributors, and system integrators in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe. PacketLogic is deployed at more than 300 broadband service providers, Telcos, colleges and worldwide.
