Mike Connolly is Vice President - Treasurer at Tiffany & Co. in Parsippany, NJ. Mike has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is also a member on the Strategic Alliance Committee. In the past he has served on the Audit Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. He has served on the AFP Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Task Force for the 2005 and 2006 conferences and chaired the 2005 conference. He is also a member of the AFP Retail Treasury Form Task Force for 2009 and the Corporate Treasurers Council Research Advisory Board. He has been a member of AFP since 1999.

Mr. King joined Tiffany in 1990 as a jewelry buyer and has held various positions in the Merchandising Division, assuming responsibility for product development in 2002 as Group Vice President. In 2003, he was promoted to Senior Vice President Merchandising. In June 2006, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and, in addition to his Merchandising leadership role, assigned responsibility for Marketing and Public Relations.

Ms. Cloud joined Tiffany in 1994 as an Assistant Buyer and has since advanced through positions of increasing management responsibility within the Merchandising Division. In January 2007, she was promoted to Senior Vice President Merchandising, responsible for all aspects of product planning and inventory management.

Born in Florence, Ms. Peretti joined Tiffany in June 1974. That year, the Elsa Peretti Collection debuted to thunderous critical acclaim. Her inspiration came directly from nature: bones, beans, hearts, apples, scorpions, snakes, teardrops and shells.

Liz Sullivan has been buying and selling real estate for more than 9 years. She has an honors degree from the University of Georgia (B.B.A in marketing, cum laude) and attended Georgia State for graduate work. Liz also has over 15 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals (Pfizer), jewelry (Tiffany & Co.), and real estate.

Raymond Carew is one of the founding principals and the Chief Executive Officer of Madison HGCD, LLC. Mr. Carew has spent over 30 years involved in various aspects of the retail real estate world, including financing, tenant leasing, developer leasing and consulting. Before joining Madison HGCD, Mr. Carew was Vice President of Real Estate for the retail group of W.R. Grace, leasing agent for The Pyramid Companies and leasing representative for Melville Shoe Corporation. In addition to his work with Madison HGCD, Mr. Carew is also a partner in GCD Consultants, a national firm that represents high-end retail tenants on a national basis, including Coach Leatherware, Tiffany & Company, J. Jill and Swarovski. Mr. Carew holds a real estate broker's license in New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Sarah began designing invitations and announcements for the special events in the lives of friends and family. Eventually the demand for her designs grew so much that what once had been a part-time hobby became a full-time passion. Sarah has been designing for Tiny Prints since 2005. A West Virginia native now living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sarah also is a freelance designer for Tiffany & Co. Stacey Gibbs is a public relations account supervisor with Luquire George Andrews, where she has led public relations strategy for a variety of clients, including Beck Imports of the Carolinas, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Curtiss-Wright Controls, Maggiano's Little Italy, Tiffany & Co., Shea Homes and University Park Baptist Church. She also manages client communication for internal and external audiences and coordinates special events and projects. Prior to LGA, Gibbs was the director of public relations for Johnson C. Smith University. She also has worked as external communications supervisor for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Gibbs is the volunteer coordinator for Girl Talk, a program that seeks to build positive self-esteem in young girls. She is a 1998 graduate of Wake Forest University and earned a Master of Mass Communication in public relations from the University of South Carolina in 2000.

Before joining Investcorp in 1999, Charles Marquis spent 31 years with the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and was a member of its executive committee for the final six years. In addition to general corporate work, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and floatations. As the lead corporate lawyer for Investcorp since its inception, he has advised the Firm on almost every corporate investment transaction it has conducted in North America to date. He has also been a board member of Tiffany & Co. since 1984. Charles holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Stanford University, California.

Gary Costley, Ph.D., 64, is a co-founder and managing director of C&G Capital and Management, LLC, which provides capital and management to health, medical and nutritional products and services companies. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Multifoods Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer food and food service products from November 2001 until June 2004, and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 through 2001. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Principal Financial Group, Pharmacopeia Drug Discovery, Inc., Accelrys, Inc., Tiffany & Co., and Prestige Brand Holdings, Inc. Dr. Costley has been a member of the Covance Board since September 2007.

Mr. May, 65, is President and founding partner of Trian Partners, a New York-based investment management firm launched in November 2005. Mr. May also serves as Vice Chairman and a director of Trian Acquisition I Corp. (AMEX: TUX.U), a publicly traded blank check company formed to effect a business combination, and as non-executive Vice Chairman and a director of Triarc Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRY, TRY.B), a holding company that owns Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Triarc"). In addition, Mr. May serves as a director and chairman of the compensation committee of Deerfield Capitol Corp. (NYSE:DFR). Mr. May served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Triarc from April 1993 through June 2007. Prior to joining Triarc, Mr. May was President and Chief Operating Officer of Trian Group, Inc., which provided investment banking and management services for entities controlled by him. Mr. May also served as President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of Triangle Industries, Inc., which, through wholly-owned subsidiaries, was, at the time, a manufacturer of packaging products (through American National Can Company), copper electrical wire and cable and steel conduit and currency and coin handling products. Mr. May is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, where he led the turnaround of this major academic health center from serious financial difficulties to what is today one of the most profitable and fastest growing academic medical centers in the United States. In addition, Mr. May is a Trustee of the University of Chicago, a member of its Executive Committee, and a member of the Advisory Council on the Graduate School of Business at The University of Chicago. Mr. May is also a Trustee of Carnegie Hall and a partner of the Partnership for New York City, as well as the past Chairman of the UJA Federation's "Operation Exodus" campaign and an honorary member of the Board of Trustees of The 92nd Street Y. He is a founding member of the Laura Rosenberg Memorial Foundation for Pediatric Leukemia Research and is Chairman of the Board of The Leni and Peter May Family Foundation.

William Shutzer is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shutzer was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he did both advisory work and was a principal in Lehman’s Merchant Banking Group from 2000-2003. From 1994-2000, he was at Furman Selz and ING Baring Furman Selz where he was President and Executive Vice President. Before Furman Selz, Mr. Shutzer spent 22 years at Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and a member of the Management Committee. Mr. Shutzer is a senior advisor to Hallmark Cards, Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., Tiffany & Co., TAMKO Building Products, and KB Homes and has represented all of the above companies in recent transactions. Mr. Shutzer also helped found Evercore Wealth Management LLC and is a member of its Board of Managers. Mr. Shutzer is a director of Test Equity, LLC., Tiffany & Co., and JupiterMedia Corp., and was a director of CSK Auto, E&J Gallo Winery, American Financial, RSI Holding Co. and Turbochef Technologies, Inc. He is a trustee of Prep for Prep and the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Mr. Shutzer is also a member of Harvard’s Graduate School Resource Committee. Mr. Shutzer received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Harvard College, both in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
