U.S. Robotics

Kevin Pfau serves as USRobotics' CFO and has been a part of the USRobotics team since 1992. Pfau has held the positions of controller, manufacturing controller and assistant controller since his career began at USRobotics. He also played an instrumental role in helping to restructure the business once USRobotics was re-established as an independent company. Prior to joining USRobotics, he served as an auditor for Grant Thornton. Pfau received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Ross Laws was named director of worldwide customer service and sales of U.S. Robotics' Asia and Pacific Rim operations in 2001. Laws is responsible for the entire region's sales performance, developing new markets and managing pre- and post-sales support activities globally. Before joining U.S. Robotics in 1997, he held many senior executive positions in both sales and support services in the IT industry. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Laws studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and earned several certificates in the field of television and radio operations.

Tom Pryzgoda serves as director of global marketing for U.S. Robotics. Pryzgoda is responsible for directing the company's overall product marketing strategy through effective brand strengthening, channel development and all aspects of the company's product and corporate positioning. Pryzgoda received a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton and a business management degree from the University of Phoenix in Fountain Valley, California. Additionally, he received an associate's degree in business administration/retail merchandising from Saddleback College.

Jason Sherwood is the co-founder and President of NGS Marketing Inc. Jason drives his entrepreneurial spirit as a dynamic Sales and Management executive. With over 15 years experience in the IT industry in various management capacities, Jason has a proven track record in new business development, sales channel integration strategies, successfully establishing a number of major brands in Canada. Jason held the role of Corporate Sales Manager at D-Link Networks, and then went on to develop and expand D-Link's National Retail Business Unit. Jason also held roles with 3Com Canada as part of the National distribution management team, and National Retail Sales Manager at USRobotics, attributing to one of Canada's most successful retail launches of it's time, managing both the Palm and Megahertz retail divisions.

Mark's background includes positions as software engineer and applications developer for the following companies: Emware Incorporated, US Robotics, State of Utah, Ysource, PowerPix and most recently Overstock.com. Mark's past experience with problem solving has made him resourceful in managing multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Lester D. Taylor, Ph.D. is Professor of Economics and Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics at the University of Arizona. He is an expert on empirical analysis of demand behavior. He has extensive experience as a consultant to private firms in telecommunications and other industries. His book on telecommunications demand has long been recognized as the preeminent study in this area.
