With more than 20 years of executive, business operations and management experience for global companies, Dennis V. Boyle has served as chief operating officer of Verio since October 2005. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations and the execution of Verio's business and development strategies, and leads sales, marketing and product management initiatives for the company. Mr. Boyle is also responsible for introducing new customer programs for Verio, and directing the company's efforts in service delivery to customers and partners worldwide. Mr. Boyle assumes this role as the company hones its strategic focus to delivering solutions and service excellence to small and midmarket businesses and partners globally. Prior to his appointment at Verio, Mr. Boyle was vice president of support services for Campus Management Corporation, an enterprise software systems provider for higher education, from March to October 2005. Here he managed operations, customer care, information technology and quality assurance, resulting in improved efficiencies that allowed the business to grow 10 percent while keeping operating expenses at previous levels. Before he joined Campus Management, Mr. Boyle served as vice president of operations for Verio from 1999 through 2004, where he managed the operations team for Verio's small and medium business unit, leading customer care and business operations, which contributed to the group's profitable business growth. In this role, Mr. Boyle led Verio's initiatives to develop an award-winning, customer-centric organization, recognized for improving service levels, garnering consistently high customer satisfaction results and creating a primary focus on customer relationships. Mr. Boyle held previous executive and management positions with companies including Office Depot, American Express and United Parcel Service, where he consistently delivered improved business efficiencies and customer operations. Mr. Boyle holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hofstra University in New York.

EMILY HUEBER is the Vice President of Property Management at Vector Property Services. Emily has 16 years of real estate experience including four years with Verio as the Real Estate and Facilities Director for its corporate real estate initiatives. In this role, she was responsible for over 50 sites nationwide and she designed, constructed and furnished 15 office sites. Emily also brings to Vector 11 years of experience as a portfolio and property manager for various Denver properties while employed by Equity Office Properties Trust, Prime West Real Estate Services and Mile High Properties. Emily is recognized as a leader in the industry having served as Denver Metro BOMA President in 1994.

Ronan is co founder of Zevas Communications and Zefone Ltd. He has worked in telecoms for the last 10 years in senior positions with Worldcom, Verio and Worldport. His extensive experience in the telecom and IT sectors has afforded extensive exposure to best of breed technologies. Ronan has over seen the implementation of these technologies within Zevas. "Our strengths are our people combined with the best technologies available - our dialler system helps to increase productivity by up to 300%. We have also implemented 100% call recording in line with customer SLA's." In addition to his role of chairman of Zevas Communications Ronan is also the Managing Director of Zefone Ltd which operates in Ireland and main land Europe.
