Mr. Paul D'Amico serves as chief operating officer for Triple Point Technology. As a principal owner of Triple Point Technology, he is responsible for the global services organization, accounting and finance, and administration. Since joining the company in 1995, Mr. D'Amico has helped build and grow Triple Point to its leadership position of today. Formerly, Mr. D'Amico was employed by Phibro Division of Salomon, Inc., responsible for position management for the international products, fuel oil, crude oil, and derivatives trading groups. He served as a member of the functional design team for new trading systems development and supported the implementation of new trading systems worldwide, for all trading groups. Prior to Phibro, Mr. D'Amico was an accountant at Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, a business management firm for the entertainment industry. Mr. D'Amico earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in public accounting from Pace University.
Dan Reid is one of the founding principals of ROME Corporation and brings over thirteen years of experience in the energy, financial, and telecommunications industries to his role as Cheif Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Solutions. Mr. Reid is responsible for developing and leading the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to extend ROME's global presence . Prior to ROME , Mr. Reid served as national practice leader for Luminant Worldwide where he was instrumental in procuring over $40 million in client revenue over a three-year period. Mr. Reid provided in-depth strategy, business development and enterprise architecture consulting to Fortune 500 customers. In this capacity, Mr. Reid worked closely with clients, partners, and analysts to ensure the success of critical technology projects and to guide the development and execution of strategic business goals and objectives. Previously, Mr. Reid founded Balance Consulting Solutions, developing the organization and establishing several anchor accounts prior to being acquired by Luminant Worldwide. Mr. Reid began his career as an electrical engineer with Procter & Gamble designing and developing plant SCADA and HS&E systems. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Mr. Dilip Daswani serves as vice president, business development for Triple Point Technology. He focuses on alliances, partnerships and acquisitions. He applies an extensive background in both commodity trading software development, and power trading and scheduling software. Mr. Daswani founded Energy Crossroads Corporation in 1997 to develop trading and supply management products for utilities -- with clients including American Electric Power, Dynegy, and the City of Anaheim. Triple Point acquired Energy Crossroads in 2001. Mr. Daswani holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Karan Renjen serves as vice president, engineering for Triple Point Technology. He is responsible for managing all software development at Triple Point. Mr. Renjen has applied his experience in distributed architecture, transaction processing and process re-engineering in designing and overseeing the development of large scale, enterprise wide trading systems at Triple Point. Previous development projects include an expert system for analyzing market conditions, option pricing tools and a mark-to-market and realized profit/loss reporting engine for the physical and derivative energy trading industries. Mr. Renjen holds a Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Michael Ravo serves as vice president, industry solutions for Triple Point Technology. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Ravo has overseen deployment of systems for major oil trading clients. Mr. Ravo has been instrumental in the development in leading-edge products to serve the power and gas markets as well. His hands-on floor trading experience, in-depth knowledge of front- and back-office trading activities and technical background make Mr. Ravo uniquely qualified to manage deployments of large-scale commodity systems. Prior to joining Triple Point, Mr. Ravo was Commodity Systems project manager for J.P. Morgan & Co., responsible for the implementation of a large scale integrated commodity trading system for oil, base metals, precious metals and commodity derivatives. Mr. Ravo holds BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Tarun Bhattacharya serves as vice president of client operations for the EMEA region for Triple Point Technology and is based out of the London office. He is responsible for all post-sales services and support for clients in this region, including client relationship management and project delivery. Under Mr. Bhattacharya's leadership, Triple Point has successfully completed enterprise-wide implementations for major clients throughout the EMEA region in all commodity sectors. Prior to joining Triple Point, Mr. Bhattacharya held the position of systems analyst at Motorola. Mr. Bhattacharya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and Finance, and a Masters degree in Information Systems and Decision Science from Louisiana State University.
