Tim develops strategic plans for the company and assists personnel in achieving short and long term goals. Tim spends several hours per week training and developing agents.

Daomi is responsible for assisting agents in becoming contracted with our insurance carriers through Investors Financial Group. Daomi ensures each agent's contracting process is easy and quick by proofing the contracts for errors, entering the information into our system, and sending the information to the carriers.
