Invista

Duncan is the CEO of Invista, overseeing the growth of its AUM from A 4bn to A 9.6bn as 31 October 2007. Previously he was a main board director of Insight Investment and a founder of specialist property boutique Gatehouse Investment Management. His career has also included being a partner at Jones Lang Wootton and a director at LaSalle Investment Management. Duncan has studied at Insead Business School and is an FSA approved person and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Guy Eastaugh joined Invista in May 2007 as Finance Director. A Chartered Accountant, Guy began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, qualifying in 1987. Guy subsequently spent six years in investment banking before moving into industry in 1995. He worked at Enron Europe before joining Hanson plc as Head of Corporate Development in 1999. Prior to joining Invista, Guy was Head of Corporate Finance & Corporate Director a " Strategy at GKN plc, a company he had been with since 2003.

Malcolm, better known as "Tom", is a licensed Realtor and Sales Associate with Tull Ramey Real Estate. Tome came to the shore from Severn, Maryland over 28 years ago. He lives in Federalsburg, Maryland with his wife, Brenda, and their daughter, Jennifer. Tom is a graduate of Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg, MD. After graduating, Tom owned and operated his own farm for the past 25 years. He also has experience in the retail business by owning and operating Linden Hall Antiques. Tom has been buying and selling real estate for the past 15 years. He has a special knowledge of commercial, agricultural and investment properties. Chris joined Invista in October 2004 as a Director of Property Fund Development. The main focus of Chris' work is the development and structuring of new property funds in the UK and overseas. Chris was formerly a director of Real Estate Investment Banking at the French bank IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank and prior to this he was a director of Corporate Finance at DTZ. Chris began his career in the investment banking divisions of ING Barings and then Merrill Lynch. Chris has studied at the London Business School and holds a degree from Cambridge University. Chris is an FSA approved person.

Isaac K. Iverson joined the CCCS Board in July of 2008. He is married to Carmon Iverson, who will be teaching chorus at CCCS starting this year. Isaac and Carmon have three children; Isabelle (entering 3rd grade at CCCS), Malachi (entering K at CCCS), and Helen (3 years old). Their family relocated to the area from Minneapolis in June 2007. Dr. Iverson was born and raised on a ranch 30 miles north of Roundup, Montana. He received his Bachelor's in Chemistry from Central College in Pella, Iowa in 1996 where he met Carmon. He completed his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Nevada in 2002. He spent six years in Minnesota working as a research scientist for GE. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist at INVISTA in Camden, SC.
