Hasan brings more than 20 years of business and technology leadership to IP Dynamics. Hasan founded IP Dynamics in 1999 and is responsible for developing and leading the long-term strategy and vision for IP Dynamics' products and technology. He is a widely recognized and well published expert in the areas of networking, distributed computing and the Internet and is the author of IP Dynamics' core technology patents. Prior to forming IP Dynamics, Hasan founded and ran a successful R&D consulting firm focused on networking technologies. Between 1981 and 1998, he was a professor of Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University where he also served as Director of the Distributed Computing Research Lab and headed the Ph.D. program in Computer Engineering. Hasan holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Baghdad, respectively.

Phyllis brings more than 12 years of proven startup experience to IP Dynamics. She co-founded IP Dynamics in 1999 and is responsible for all business development activities in Asia. Prior to IP Dynamics, Phyllis was a co-founder and Vice President, Sales & Marketing for AsiaInfo, a leading systems integrator for Internet infrastructure and developer of Internet billing and email systems in China. Under her sales and marketing leadership, AsiaInfo grew from 6 founders to over 500 employees, achieved revenues of $70 million and completed a highly successful IPO. Phyllis was also Deputy General Manager of China Telecommunications Center where she was responsible for development, sales and management of telecom products and integration projects. She holds a B.S. degree in Management of Telecommunications Systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

Pat joined Intel in 1979, and has held a variety of research, development and general management positions at the company, including responsibility for the Intel 486? and Pentium Pro processor families and management of Intel's Desktop Products Group.
