NMS Communications

Doug has been with Ubiquity since 2004 and has been working to advance Ubiquity's SIP SOA development strategy. Doug has more than 20 years of research and development experience, including developing one of the first IP telephony products to distribute audio and video over TCP/IP networks. In his varied engineering career, Doug has held the positions of VP Engineering, CTO, and Chief Scientist, working in both visionary architecture roles and core product development in a number of companies, including MCK Communications, Videoserver, ClearOne, PictureTel, and Codex Corporation/Motorola. He has also served as a consultant specializing in VoIP product definition, architecture and development for companies such as Siemens, Microsoft, Intel, and Spectel/Multilink. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from Fairfield University and is literate in a multiplicity of programming languages, development environments and communications protocols and actively participates in the standards process.

Piotr Cofta is with British Telecom (UK) as a Chief Researcher, Identity and Trust. He is responsible for strategic research in trust, identity and privacy. Previously he has been working for many years for Nokia and more recently for Media Lab Europe, concentrating on the relationship between technology and society. Dr Cofta has recently published his book "Trust, Complexity and Control: Confidence in a Convergent World". He is an author of several patents and publications, from areas such as trust management, digital rights management and electronic commerce. Dr Cofta is a contributor to several international standards, he publishes and speaks frequently. Piotr Cofta received his PhD in computer science from the University of Gdansk, Poland. He is a member of BCS and IEEE.

Mr. Donahue joined LiveWire Mobile in February 2007. Mr. Donahue served in senior finance and operations roles at Aspen Technology, Inc., a global software and solution provider, including as Vice President of Product Operations and Vice President of Finance. His prior experience includes positions as Corporate Controller at Corechange, Inc., an enterprise portal software company, and Manager of Financial Reporting at Ardent Software, which was acquired by Informix. Mr. Donahue began his career at Deloitte and Touche LLP in assurance and advisory services. He holds a BSBA in Management from Boston University, an MBA from Babson College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Callan has been vice president and general counsel at NMS since April 1997. She was deputy general counsel of Lotus Development Corporation from 1986 to 1996, where she concentrated in the legal areas of business development and intellectual property. Ms Callan holds a BA in Mathematics and an MS in Computer and Communications Sciences, both from the University of Michigan, and a JD from Boston University Law School.

As vice president of marketing for NMS Communications, Jamie Warter is responsible for the product direction, execution and promotion of the Open Access and Vision product lines worldwide. Prior to joining NMS, Mr. Warter was the cofounder and vice president of marketing at Brix Network, a leader in VoIP quality assurance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Warter held senior marketing and product development positions at Nortel Networks, Penril Datability, Acterna (now JDSU), Chipcom, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Warter holds an MBA from Boston University in addition to Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering degrees from Cornell University.

Ms. Mavroides is responsible for operations of LiveWire Mobile managed service offerings as well as product delivery, deployment and technical support. Previously, she was responsible for Supply Chain and Technical Support Operations for NMS Communications. Ms. Mavroides joined NMS in 2001 as Director of Manufacturing Engineering, responsible for developing a new product introduction processes that enabled NMS Communications' transition from a technology provider to a system and solution provider. Previously, she worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in many aspects of component and systems process and product development. She has a chemical engineering degree from University of Lowell and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Michael has over twenty-five years of software development experience with the last twelve at an executive level. Prior to joining LiveWire Mobile, Michael held executive engineering positions at Avaya, a global leader in IP telecommunications; Teloquent, a VC-backed firm that built distributed, mixed-media call center products; and PictureTel, a world leader in audio, video and data conferencing products. Michael has extensive experience building and running successful, globally-distributed and market-focused software development teams. These teams have delivered award winning real-time systems and large-scale J2EE servers for data, voice and video applications with web services presented in a broad range of UI technologies and devices.

Mr. Ricky Chan is the Vice President, Sales and Business Development, APAC and based in Hong Kong. In this role, Mr. Chan oversees Vidiator's Sales and Business Development Organization in the entire Asia Pacific region. Mr. Chan joined Vidiator in 2006 to head the business of Asia-Pacific region, prior to which he was the General Manager, Asia Pacific of Actix Limited and responsible for the operation of Asia Pacific Region. Ricky Chan has more than 20-years of sales, marketing and management experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined Nortel Networks Asia Limited in 1996 where he assumed several senior sales and marketing managerial positions including Director of Sales and Marketing, North Asia Mobility; General Manager of Global Carriers and Alliances, Asia Pacific; General Manager of Chief Technology Officers, Asia Pacific and General Manager of Account Management, Hong Kong. Ricky Chan was born in Hong Kong and holds both a Master's degree in Engineering Business Management from The University of Warwick, UK and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Asia International Open University, Macau. He is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK.

Will Yapp is responsible for all sales and partnership activities for LiveWire Mobile. Will is the former Vice President of North America Sales for NMS Communications' Mobile Applications division. He joined NMS Communications early in 2006 when NMS Communications acquired Openera Technologies, an IMS handset applications provider, where he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to Openera, Will was co-founder and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for ICE2go, a leading provider of messaging based mobile entertainment and communications solutions. He holds a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Dan Melinger is a co-founder and the CEO of Socialight (http://socialight.com), the platform that lets anyone create communities around location-based content. Socialight users find information and share stories with friends about places they go to. Publishers create, manage, and grow user communities around their location-based content with Socialight's location-aware mobile and web interfaces. Previously a technology consultant, Melinger has worked with leading global financial institutions, helping them to develop and deploy mobile solutions. He also has experience in radio and television production, working with media outlets including CNBC and Bloomberg. Melinger holds a Master's degree from New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and a B.A. in Communications from the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1999, his undergraduate thesis explored the potential impacts of P2P before Napster became a dirty word. In 2005, Melinger helped found the New York chapter of Helsinki-based global organization, MobileMonday (http://mobilemonday-ny.com/), a group that fosters NYC's mobile industry.

John Puterbaugh, Ph.D., founder and Chief Strategist of Nellymoser, Inc. has over 15 years experience in creating and developing interactive multimedia solutions for IP networks, mobile phones and other consumer products. Before Nellymoser he was CTO of Reelworks, which provides voice technology solutions for the film and entertainment industry. He was also part of the early team and held a number of senior management positions at Voxware, Inc., one of the first companies to provide Internet voice chat and real-time streaming solutions for companies such as Disney, Microsoft, Nokia and Netscape. He holds patents in wireless voice platforms, voice analysis and synthesis, user-generated ringtones, and in sound transformation. Educated at Princeton University, Dartmouth College and Oberlin College, he has taught courses and lectured on interdisciplinary topics related to music, computers and cognition. John is a frequent speaker at industry events including the CES, CTIA, Game Developers Conference, Digital Music Forum, 3GSM on a wide range of topics such technology roadmaps for Mobile TV, on-deck and off-deck strategies, and business models for mobile music.

Jud Bowman is the chief technology officer and the general manager of media & entertainment for Motricity and is responsible for overseeing the company's technology and product strategy and managing Motricity's efforts serving the mobile businesses for global media and entertainment companies such as MTV, BET, Warner Music and Universal Music. Bowman is a founder and chief architect of one of the industry's leading mobile content delivery platforms, Fuel, that has delivered more than $750 million of mobile content to date, and has been named as one of the world's "Top 100 Young Innovators" by MIT's Technology Review and one of "Tech's Best Young Entrepreneurs" by BusinessWeek in 2007. Prior to being named chief technology officer for Motricity, Bowman was co-founder and chief executive officer of Pinpoint Networks, which merged with PowerByHand in 2004 to form Motricity. Bowman led Pinpoint to a leadership position in the mobile content market providing software and services to mobile operators and raised $20 million in venture capital. Bowman was instrumental in leading the integration of PowerByHand and Pinpoint Networks and raising over $200 million in venture capital for Motricity, and has helped grow Motricity to over 300 employees globally.

As co-founder and Executive Chairman of mBlox, Andrew provides the strategic vision for mBlox product development leveraging his deep industry expertise. Andrew has a wealth of experience in the mobile industry and is widely recognized as an expert in the areas of mobile regulation and payments. Prior to assuming the role of Executive Chairman, Andrew was the CEO of mBlox Ltd, which he co-founded in 1999 and led to profitability. From 1988 to 1996, Andrew was head of mobile technology for Olivetti SpA in Italy. There he led the European development of DECT (the predecessor of WiFi), and launched Europe's first wireless LAN system. In 1994, while at Olivetti, he became the founding technical head of Omnitel (now Vodafone Italia). Between 1996 and 1999 he was a Director at Connect Communications Group, a leading European provider of corporate telecommunications services, and was the Group Marketing Director with Azlan plc, the 200m European distributor of internet technology. His earlier background was in mobile technology R&D. Andrew is a Board member of the global Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), which he helped found in 2001 and to which he was re-elected in 2003 and 2005. Bud is the Vice Chairman. In April 2005 he was appointed to the Board of ICSTIS, the UK regulator of premium-rate telecoms services. Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IEE, with a degree from Cambridge University.

Ofer Gneezy is President and Chief Executive Officer of iBasis, a leader in international long distance, VoIP, and prepaid calling cards. As co-founder of iBasis in 1996, Ofer is one of the true visionaries of the IP telephony industry and a recipient of Pulver.com's Industry Pioneer Award. He was named Best Business Leader for 2007 in the annual Capacity Magazine Awards. Ofer was an early believer in the power of the Internet to change global telecommunications and quickly established iBasis as the first provider of toll-quality Voice-over-IP (VoIP) service. Prior to founding iBasis, Ofer was president of Acuity Imaging, Inc., a multinational leader in industrial automation technology. He led Acuity to achieve significant increases in earnings, revenues and stockholder equity before successfully orchestrating the company's acquisition by RVSI, the second-largest company in the industry. The acquisition provided Acuity with strong financial backing and access to the semiconductor industry while delivering liquidity to Acuity investors. Previously, as president and CEO of Automatix, Inc., Ofer led the turnaround of the company to growth and sustained quarterly profitability and managed its merger with Itran, Inc. to form Acuity. Ofer is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration and has an M.S. in engineering from M.I.T.

Ronald W. White has served as a director of our Company since 1988. Since 2002, he has been a consultant and private investor. From 1997 until 2002, he was a partner of Argo Global Capital, a venture capital firm. From 1983 until 2002, he was a partner of Advanced Technology Development Fund, also a venture capital firm. Mr. White is a director of AirNet Communications, a publicly traded company and several privately held companies.
