Mr. Baker joined the company in 2002 as senior vice president and chief technology officer, bringing 21 years of combined banking and global technology experience. He has served as a controller and vice president of information services of a Dallas-Fort Worth bank, vice president of technology services at the Fiserv CBS division, senior vice president and director of market & application systems of Harland/Formation Technologies. Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Baker was senior vice president of global research and development of London Bridge/Phoenix International.

Ms. Reid joined the company in 1998 as senior vice president of operations, and was later named executive vice president and chief operating officer in February 2001. She manages accounting, office services, technical services, client services, client relationship management, human resources, advisory services and training for all U.S. locations. Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Reid was senior vice president of operations for State Savings Bank, a three billion dollar institution headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. During her 24-year tenure, Reid managed the bank's information systems group and credit card services, in addition to its electronic banking, call center and checking account/deposit services operations.

An experienced banker, Robert P. Kenney, CPA, joined The IPS-Sendero Institute in September 2008 as education programs instructor. His duties include designing and teaching customized financial, risk management and strategic seminars, both domestically and internationally, to financial services organizations, professional banking and credit union associations, and regulatory bodies. Previously, Kenney spent 27 years as a chief financial officer in the financial services industry. For the last 17 years, he worked for one of central Florida's largest community banks. There he was responsible for strategic and capital planning, financial reporting, risk management, profitability measurement, accounting and regulatory pronouncement interpretation and application, and management of the investment portfolio. Kenney has implemented and applied an interest-rate risk measurement system and created hedging strategies using interest-rate swaps and floors to mitigate earnings at risk. He has also installed and integrated, profitability systems throughout bank decision-making activities and implemented an online analytical processing reporting tool to improve the productivity of executive management and analysts. Kenney is also a former senior accountant and auditor for Deloitte, Haskins & Sells where he specialized in auditing financial institutions. He is a member of Financial Managers Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kiwanis Club of Bartow, Fla. He is past president of the Polk County chapter of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kiwanis Club of Bartow, Fla. In 1996, he received the club's Kiwanian of the Year award. Kenney is a 1977 high honors graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1994, he completed the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University, and in 1996 he finished the ABA Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management Executive Programs.
