John P. Raeder, Jr. is president and CEO of IQNavigator, Inc. Under Raeder?s leadership, IQNavigator has transformed from a start-up Contingent Workforce Management vendor into the market-leading, global Services Procurement and Optimization solutions provider. As the driving force behind IQNavigator?s solutions and services strategy, Raeder also oversees operations, product development and delivery, sales and marketing, finance and administration along with his executive team. Since 1999, Raeder has led IQNavigator through 20 consecutive Quarters of record revenues. He has orchestrated an impressive surge of 9,970% compounded annual revenue growth since inception. IQNavigator?s Global Fortune 500 customer base includes marquee clients in every major industry vertical including: Financial Services, Energy, Telecommunications, Consumer Packaged Goods, Electronics Manufacturing, Healthcare, and various Services industries. Raeder?s 20 year career in fast growth technology companies, including Oracle, CSG Systems, and MSA/Dun & Bradstreet Software span technology and product management, sales and marketing and operations. Prior to joining IQNavigator, Raeder was Vice President at CSG Systems, the leading provider of Customer Care and Billing solutions in the Telecommunications industry, where he drove the company?s revenues from $80M to $250M. At Oracle, Raeder ran the Applications business for Oracle Telecommunications, and led growth in revenues from $3M to $70M in 18 months. Raeder holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Colorado and since then has been awarded Alumni of the Year. He has also served on a variety of start-up software, telecomm and e-commerce Boards. He is an involved member of the Young President?s Organization, a network of young, global business leaders. David Walters serves as the CFO for IQNavigator's overall financial management, domestic and international business execution. Before joining IQNavigator, he was the Director of Finance and Accounting at TCI Ventures Group LLC, a $1 billion-plus revenue company with more than $10 billion in assets and investments in enterprises of various stages ranging from small start-ups to mature public companies. During Walters' tenure at TCI, he played an instrumental role in the group's successful public offering. Walters has also held management positions at KPMG, where he was responsible for audits of both public and private companies. Walters holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Steve Coburn is Executive Vice President & CFO of IQNavigator. Steve has executive responsibility for all Accounting, Finance, Business Development, Human Resources and Legal functions. Before joining IQNavigator, Steve served as the SVP & CFO of F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV), a publicly-traded company specializing in complex Internet networking equipment. During his tenure at F5, Coburn helped lead the company through a successful turnaround resulting in a 400% increase in market share and a 5x increase to shareholder value in less than 3 years. Steve also led the company through a secondary public offering and was ranked #1 in One Year and Three Year Total Returns by the Wall Street Journal for the Telecom/equipment Sector in 2004. Previously to F5, Steve served as SVP and CFO at Teletech Holdings (NASDAQ: TTEL) where he helped lead the IPO and secondary offering. Teletech's IPO was recognized as one of the top on NASDAQ in 1996. In addition, Steve held various Senior Financial positions at US West/Media One over a ten year period. Steve graduated from Southern Illinois and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

As the Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions at IQNavigator, Brian Owens leverages more than 5 years in services procurement and over 20 years of staffing and manufacturing management experience. His prior career experience includes the management of complex global Fortune 500 accounts in the Staffing industry, primarily in Telecommunications, High Technology and Media sectors. Previous to IQNavigator, Owens held positions as Chief of Operations at Fieldglass, Inc. and over nine years with the Adecco/Olsten Corporation as Vice President of Global and North American Sales and Director of Business Development/Marketing. He has driven annual sales revenues from $15 Million annualized to more than $500 Million annualized while sustaining company leading standards of profitability and gross margin returns in less than 24 months. He has led more than 20 major technology deployments throughout North America and Europe involving outsourced call centers, PCs and global staffing programs for clients such as AT&T, Gateway, Nielsen Media, TRW, GTE, Sprint, EDS and British Telecom, and others. Earlier positions include six years as President and Managing Partner of Brylin Enterprises, Inc., (DBA Snelling and Snelling), a full services staffing and consulting firm; and Quality Control and Production/Formulations Director for Morton Thiokol, Inc. Owens holds a bachelor?s degree in English/Communications from Purdue University.

As Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts, Drew Pipkin is responsible for the account management of key global accounts along with the development of strategic partnerships globally. Prior to joining IQNavigator in March 2007, Mr. Pipkin served in several senior leadership positions with Accenture, including Managing Director, of Outsourcing, for the Global Chemical Industry Practice, where he led the growth of the business to over $150 million in annual revenue. Other previous positions include Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing with American Management Systems (now part of CGI out of Montreal, Canada), and Vice President, Business Development with Kintana (now part of Hewlett-Packard). Mr. Pipkin attended Western Illinois University and earned a bachelor of business degree.

As Senior Vice President of International Markets, Kieran Brady guides the execution of IQNavigator?s implementation and support service functions on a global scale. Throughout his tenure, he has been a key member of IQNavigator's leadership team focused on building world-class applications to support the company's growth across multiple industry verticals and internationally. Prior to joining IQNavigator in 2000, Brady?s responsibilities included defining, developing and presenting Oracle?s product and technical solutions to address clients? business issues. Before Oracle, he was Practice Manager for Cap Gemini America where he led business development of IT solutions, architecture and consulting. Originally, from Ireland, Brady graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland with a degree in computer science.

As Vice President of Global Services, Melisa O. Liberman is responsible for the successful deployment of IQNavigator?s service procurement & spend management solutions, and for the staffing, development, and management of the global Professional Services Organization. Under her leadership, IQNavigator has built a consistent track record of successful solution deployments at numerous customer organizations globally. Liberman, who served as VP of Product Management from 2003-2005, is also a member of the IQNavigator product advisory council. Liberman joined IQNavigator in March 2000 as the Director of Product Marketing and Sales Consulting. Prior to joining IQNavigator, Liberman worked at Accenture in the PeopleSoft practice. Liberman attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she earned a B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science.

Louis Karahalios has served as Treasurer since October 2005 and has served as Webmaster since February 2008. He currently works for IQNavigator as their Billing Manager. Prior to that, Louis has worked at Dex Media, MX Logic, Citigroup and Sprint Nextel. He has previously served as secretary and member at large for an HOA board, has served as a delegate to the Highlands Ranch Community Association, and served two years on the Board of Directors for the Green City Project in Denver. He graduated from the University of Colorado with his B.A. in History. Louis completed his MBA in 2007. Louis has experienced the outdoor lab program in all capacities. He attended Windy Peak as a sixth grade student from Ute Meadows Elementary School, was a high school leader (from Chatfield Senior High) and college leader numerous times at both sites, served as a college intern at Windy Peak, and was the on-site program coordinator at Mount Evans for 1 A years. He got involved with the board in 2004 as a member of the alumni advisory board, and joined the Board of Directors in October 2005. When not working, Louis enjoys spending time with his wife Megan, who he met through the alumni advisory board in 2004. They enjoy traveling all over the United States.

Joseph R. Saviano joined Baker Capital in 1997 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. He has seventeen years of financial and investment management experience, including thirteen years in private equity. Prior to joining Baker Capital, Mr. Saviano served as a Vice President at Harvest Partners, Inc. and, from 1992 to 1996, served as controller for the private equity funds of Apollo Advisors, L.P. Mr. Saviano serves on the Boards of Action Engine, Dotster, Expert Realty, IQNavigator and MediaNet Digital. Mr. Saviano earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Jonathan I. Grabel joined Baker Capital in 1998. Prior to joining Baker, Mr. Grabel was an investment banker with Warburg Dillon Read LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc. Mr. Grabel has served on Boards of Directors of both public and private companies. He currently serves on the boards of Expert Realty, IQNavigator, Inc. and MediaNet Digital, Inc. Mr. Grabel received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
