Mark Madsen joined Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. (ISA) in April, 1996. During his tenure, Mr. Madsen has received training in the Accounting, Risk Management, and Marketing Departments. He has managed the Policy Administration Department for the last nine (9) years and currently, Mr. Madsen is leading the development of our newest insurance program, ISA's Private Client Group. Mark is also leading the development of several other Specialty Lines programs. Among Mark's major accomplishments are: improving turn around time for processing and mailing policies from 31 days to 15 days, and developing more efficient processes on endorsements reducing processing time to 28 days. Prior to ISA, Mr. Madsen worked eight (8) years at an oil distribution company in various management roles including managing the Accounts Payable department as well as the retail portion of the business. Mr. Madsen holds an AAS in Business Management from Orange County Community College, and is attending Dominican College in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Business Finance. Mark also acquired his AU designation through the Insurance Institute of America in 2004.

Sean Gerow joined Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. (ISA) in March, 2002 as Program Manager for the Behavioral Health Program. He is currently the Assistant Vice President of Risk Management, overseeing loss control and claims. Mr. Gerow has broad experience in the human service field. He began his career as a vocational evaluator and school-to-work supervisor where he assisted high school students with disabilities in transitioning from school life to community life. Mr. Gerow's employment background also includes experience on a psychiatric mobile crisis team and the director of residential services for a long-term care agency. Sean continues to be active in the field of disaster mental health and is certified in the area of critical incident stress management and post traumatic stress. Sean also teaches on the topics on HIV/AIDS education, CPR and First Aid as well as other health related topics. Sean is the Chairman of the Board of SPAN USA (Suicide Prevention Action Network). Mr. Gerow has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in healthcare management.
