Dow Jones Description

Privately owned and operated, IT Group was founded in 1985 as a provider of Payroll processing services. When new technology started becoming more available, the company realized the need to innovate and set the pace with new solutions to traditional business problems. In 1995 IT Group implemented their first ECM solution for CellularOne, a telecommunications company in Baton Rouge, LA. After the success of that initial effort and the realization of the benefits delivered to the client, we started to focus full-time on providing business-proven imaging, content management, electronic reports management, and automated business process solutions - primarily in the areas of AP and AR for companies in a variety of industries. During the past decade, IT Group has provided ECM solutions to companies with locations across the United States and Canada.
