Mr. Sandeep Murdeshwar, CIO, IT People (India) Ltd., would be responsible for our overall Technology initiatives and would be based at our Head Office in Mumbai. Mr. Sandeep has over 19 years of rich & varied exposure in the areas of IT services and BPO leadership, covering India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and North America. Mr. Sandeep Co-founded two IT software and services companies: Foundation Technology Services (FTS) in 1991 and Consolidated Data Systems in 1984. Grew FTS to a global IT services organization offering ERP (Peoplesoft, SAP) and EAI (Websphere, Tibco, Weblogic) services with a run-rate turnover of US$ 19 million, over 150 employees and offices in Mumbai, Singapore, New Jersey, California, Tokyo and Sydney. Mr. Sandeep is a BE from MS University, Baroda and prior to joining IT People, Mr Sandeep was associated for six years with Tata Share Registry Limited as CTO where he was successfully handled planning, budgeting; Directing the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, and infrastructure; Business Process Re-engineering, Balanced Score Card design and implementation; Business service delivery and reduction of process costs.

Helen Dublisky is founder and principal Omega Coaching, management consultant specializing in IT outsourcing and M&A, and former Information Technology executive at PECO Energy Company (now Exelon Energy) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Helene spent most of her career in IT executive and management positions in large corporate environments and in the early-1990s became involved in executive coaching and leadership development of high potential individuals in organizations. Helene is adjunct faculty in the University of San Francisco's Master of Science; Information Systems program where she teaches classes in Organizational Politics & Power, Project Management, and Human Resource management. Helene received a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from The Pennsylvania State University. She is co-author of two books, Hire Power: A Foundation for Organizational Excellence and IT People: Doing More With Less.

Mr. Ketan Sheth, Chairman of IT People (India) Ltd, has a visionary overview of the IT Industry and has repeatedly proven the worth of his vision. Having understood the potential of IT skills in India, he launched a software consultancy firm way back in 1995. Achieved a CMM level 4 Global Company status that was recognized for its value added Services in the IT Space. Almost a decade later, when the Indian industry is on the verge of competing globally, Mr. Sheth, once again understood the importance IT skill levels even in non-IT industries. Consequently, he launched a division of IT People (India) Ltd, Itpeople.in a recruitment portal devoted strictly to IT recruitment for all manufacturing and service industries in India. Mr. Sheth's creative expertise, experience and dynamism has been noticed as a significant contribution to the IT industry.

Mr. Murlidhar R. Mondkar, Member Board Of Directors, IT People (India) Ltd., Mr. Mondkar has over four and a half decades of rich & varied exposure in the areas of Insurance, Banking, Investments & Finance. During his association with Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India Limited (ICICI) now ICICI BANK, he played an instrumental role in managing the incorporation and setting up of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) in Sept 1977 which was promoted by ICICI. He was also involved in managing its first public issue of equity shares. Mr. Mondkar has been associated with JM Financial & Investment Consultancy in a very senior capacity and presently as a director and was also associated with JM Morgan Stanlay as an advisor.
